近年来,我国保健类饮料发展势头迅猛,许多研究机构、企业都在研发、生产保健类功能饮料,如申请号为201510867909.1的中国专利公开了一种草本能量固体饮料及其制备方法和用途,包含人参2~6份、红景天2~6份、瓜拉纳2~10份、陈皮5~10份、牛磺酸0.2~2份、红糖0.5~2份和果糖2~6份,通过调节新陈代谢、恢复元气、解乏困、补充能量达到抗疲劳功效。然而,中国中药资源丰富,引起人体疲劳病因涉及五脏六腑,因而关于抗疲劳类的保健型饮料的研发尚有较大空缺。另外,某些保健型液体饮料在生产和使用过程中会耗费大量的包装及原材料,并给环境造成一定的污染,卫生指标难以得到保证,且由于其体积和重量庞大,不方便随身携带,尤其不适合出差、出游一族。而某些保健型固体饮料虽可以解决这一问题,但因其溶解时为保护活性成分不被破坏需受到温度(比如需要高温或低温)的限制,因而在使用时并未带来多大的便利。
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,该泡腾片饮料采用可食用中药提取浸膏制备而成,营养丰富、口味独特、携带方便、易于溶解、冷溶热溶皆可,且生物利用度高、稳定性好,易于贮存,具有显著的缓解人体疲劳的功效。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
本发明提供一种具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,所述泡腾片饮料包括以下重量份的原料:可食用中药浸膏3~15份、崩解剂43~65份、润滑剂1~13份、填充剂2~10份、粘合剂1~8份、矫味剂0.5~3份、防腐剂0.5~2份,所述可食用中药浸膏为10~35份黄精、9~30份沙棘、5~20份砂仁、2~15份枸杞、1~10份肉桂、1~10份丁香的混合提取物。
现代中医认为,疲劳为一个病名,有其病因病机,是临床上常见病、多发病,是必须重视的新病种,归于亚健康范畴,涉及五脏六腑,主要以脾、肝、肾为主。可以通过中医辨证组方调治,以达到预防、治疗、控制的目的。本发明中药浸膏以黄精益气健脾养阴,以砂仁温脾化湿开胃,以沙棘消食理脾,以枸杞、肉桂、丁香补肾助阳,诸药合用,协同增效,从脾入治,综合益气健脾、温脾、理脾之功效,主治因脾伤引起的疲劳症,兼治因肝伤、肾伤引起的身体疲劳。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏由以下重量份原料制备而成:黄精15~30份、沙棘15~25份、砂仁9~17份、枸杞6~13份、肉桂3~12份、丁香2~8份。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏由黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:(15~45)ml30~60%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴1~3小时,再于功率为240~800W、装载量为10~30ml条件下微波10~50s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
本发明中药浸膏的有效成分受提取提取时间、溶剂料液比等参数影响显著,通过本发明人大量研究发现本发明中药浸膏在该提取方法及提取参数下有效成分溶出及保留率相对较高、杂质少。
进一步地,所述黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎粒度为2000~5000目。中药粉碎并不是越细越好,通过本发明人大量研究发现本发明中药粉碎粒度控制在2000~5000目范围内,既利于其有效成分的提取,又不会改变其成分。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏由黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:35ml50%中,于65℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
进一步地,所述可食用中药浸膏在50℃时的相对密度为1.02~1.20g/L。在该密度范围内,本发明中药浸膏制备成泡腾片时较为稳定,更利于泡腾片的贮存。
进一步地,所述崩解剂包括一个酸源和一个碱源,所述酸源为柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、水溶性氨基酸中的一种或几种混合;所述碱源为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
进一步地,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000、L-亮氨酸、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或几种混合。
进一步地,所述矫味剂为薄荷油、薄荷醇、人造香草、香蕉味、柠檬味、橘味、苹果味中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或两种。
本发明具有促进肠胃消化功效的泡腾片饮料具有如下的有益效果:
1、所含可食用中药浸膏有效成分溶出及保留率相对较高、杂质少;
2、本发明泡腾片饮料营养丰富、口味独特、携带方便、易于溶解、冷溶热溶皆可;
3、本发明泡腾片饮料安全、生物利用度高、稳定性好,易于贮存;
4、本发明泡腾片饮料可缓解因脾伤引起的疲劳症,兼治因肝伤、肾伤引起的身体疲劳。
具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
本发明泡腾片饮料的配方:
可食用中药浸膏3份、柠檬酸18份、碳酸氢钠25份、聚乙二醇6000 2份、氯化钠1份、淀粉1份、乳糖1份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液1份、乙醇溶液1份、苹果味矫味剂0.5份、苯甲酸钠0.7份;其中可食用中药浸膏由黄精10份、沙棘9份、砂仁5份、枸杞2份、肉桂1份、丁香1份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为2000目)后溶于固液比为1g:15ml30%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴1小时,再于功率为240W、装载量为10ml条件下微波10s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.02g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例2
可食用中药浸膏5份、柠檬酸21份、碳酸氢钠29份、碳酸钠3份、聚乙二醇6000 4份、氯化钠2份、甘露醇2份、乳糖2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液3份、橘味矫味剂1份、山梨酸钾0.9份;其中可食用中药浸膏由黄精15份、沙棘15份、砂仁9份、枸杞6份、肉桂3份、丁香2份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为3000目)后溶于固液比为1g:20ml40%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴1.5小时,再于功率为400W、装载量为15ml条件下微波20s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.06g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例3
可食用中药浸膏9份、苹果酸23份、碳酸氢钠31份、L-亮氨酸7份、葡萄糖6份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液3份、乙醇溶液1份、苹果味矫味剂1.5份、脱氢乙酸钠1.3份;其中可食用中药浸膏由黄精22份、沙棘20份、砂仁13份、枸杞10份、肉桂7份、丁香5份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为4000目)后溶于固液比为1g:30ml50%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为20ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.1g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例4
可食用中药浸膏12份、富马酸24份、碳酸氢钠30份、苯甲酸钠10份、乳糖8份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液4份、乙醇溶液2份、柠檬味矫味剂2.2份、苯甲酸钠1.7份;其中可食用中药浸膏由黄精30份、沙棘25份、砂仁17份、枸杞13份、肉桂12份、丁香8份混合粉碎(粉碎粒度为5000目)后溶于固液比为1g:37ml60%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴2.5小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波40s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.15g/L(50℃)既得。
实施例5
可食用中药浸膏15份、柠檬酸28份、碳酸氢钠37份、聚乙二醇6000 9份、氯化钠4份、甘露醇6份、乳糖4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮乙醇(水)溶液5份、乙醇溶液3份、香蕉味矫味剂3份、苯甲酸钠2份;其中可食用中药浸膏由黄精35份、沙棘30份、砂仁20份、枸杞15份、肉桂15份、丁香10份混合粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:45ml60%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴3小时,再于功率为800W、装载量为30ml条件下微波50s后真空浓缩干燥至相对密度为1.2g/L(50℃)既得。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述泡腾片饮料包括以下重量份的原料:
可食用中药浸膏3~15份、崩解剂43~65份、润滑剂1~13份、填充剂2~10份、粘合剂1~8份、矫味剂0.5~3份、防腐剂0.5~2份,所述可食用中药浸膏为10~35份黄精、9~30份沙棘、5~20份砂仁、2~15份枸杞、1~10份肉桂、1~10份丁香的混合提取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由以下重量份原料制备而成:
黄精15~30份、沙棘15~25份、砂仁9~17份、枸杞6~13份、肉桂3~12份、丁香2~8份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:(15~45)ml30~60%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴1~3小时,再于功率为240~800W、装载量为10~30ml条件下微波10~50s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎粒度为2000~5000目。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏由黄精、沙棘、砂仁、枸杞、肉桂、丁香粉碎后溶于固液比为1g:35ml50%乙醇中,于65℃下恒温水浴2小时,再于功率为640W、装载量为25ml条件下微波30s后真空浓缩干燥制得。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述可食用中药浸膏在50℃时的相对密度为1.02~1.20g/L。
7.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述崩解剂包括一个酸源和一个碱源,所述酸源为柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、水溶性氨基酸中的一种或几种混合;所述碱源为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙中的一种或几种混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为聚乙二醇4000、聚乙二醇6000、L-亮氨酸、苯甲酸钠、氯化钠中的一种或几种混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述矫味剂为薄荷油、薄荷醇、人造香草、香蕉味、柠檬味、橘味、苹果味中的一种或几种。
10.根据权利要求1所述的具有缓解疲劳功效的泡腾片饮料,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、山梨酸钾、脱氢乙酸钠、丙酸钙中的一种或两种。
