Abstract
慢性咽炎调理保健茶及其制备方法,提供一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶及其制备方法,通过以普洱茶、刺梨、罗汉果和红枣为原料,辅以薄荷、荷叶,经过粉碎、破壁、调配、干燥等步骤制作而成。在制备过程中,使得各原料的粉末更细腻,降低对原料成分的损失同时,提高原料的口感和冲泡的量度,适合人体吸收,调理咽喉、消炎利喉,对慢性咽炎起到调理保健的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健茶,特别是涉及一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
慢性咽喉炎的主要症状是咽部不适,干、痒、胀,分泌物多而灼痛,易干恶,有异物感,咯之不出,吞之不下。以上症状尤其会在说话稍多、食用刺激性食物后、疲劳或天气变化时加重。慢性咽炎在临床上是一种常见病、多发病、患者群较为广泛,如长期吸烟人群、感冒落下咽炎后遗症人群、甚至还成为了长期多语言和演唱人群的一种职业病,如教师、演员、导游等。在常规的药物治疗中,比较顽固,且反复发作。
咽炎在中医又叫“喉痹”,中医认为咽喉为肺胃的门户,如肺胃有蕴热,火热上延,气血结于咽喉,可见局部慢性充血,粘膜干燥而发病。另外肾水不足,虚火上延,咽喉干燥,久而也可发为本病。本病的病变在于咽喉,但其病理形成与肺、肝、胃、肾有密关系。慢性咽炎的治疗大多采用西医疗法。西医疗法虽然可以马上见效,但治标不治本,并且副作用大,会产生赖药性。中医治疗虽然副作用小,但现有的中药配方只对于一般性、初期咽炎症状具有一定疗效,而对病程较长的慢性咽炎往往起效慢、难以改善病变组织环境,疗效一般。
中国专利CN201110249116.5公开一种治疗慢性咽炎的保健茶及制备方法,保健茶按重量由下列原料制成:胖大海10~20份;挂金灯3~5份;麦冬5~10份;金银花3~5份;青果5~10份;鱼腥草5~10份;百合5~10份;枸杞子10~15份;杏仁5~10份;白茅根5~8份;牛蒡子5~8份;射干5~8份和白芍10~15份。该产品工艺简单,有效成分溶出率低,治疗效果缓慢。
中国专利CN201610124999.X用于慢性咽炎的茶饮,其特征在于,其由以下重量份的原料制成:木蝴蝶5~15份、天门冬5~15份、罗汉果5~15份、苏梗5~15份。该产品工艺简单,有效成分溶出率低,治疗效果缓慢。
现有的用于慢性咽炎的保健产品,在吸收方面存在一定的不足,而且有效成分溶出率低,治疗效果缓慢。因此需要开发一种功效显著,功效成分释放充分的慢性咽炎调理保健茶是非常必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,其疗效迅速、确切安全,能有效改善慢性咽炎的临床症状,改善患者的不适。
为解决上述目的,一方面本发明提供一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉40~60份、薄荷粉5~15份、罗汉果粉5~15份、荷叶粉5~15份、刺梨粉5~15份、红枣粉5~15份。
进一步地,本发明提供一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉50份、薄荷粉10份、罗汉果粉10份、荷叶粉10份、刺梨粉10份、红枣粉10份。
另一方面,本发明提供一种本发明所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,具体制备方法如下:
1)普洱茶粉的制备:取普洱茶叶,用30~40℃水清洗一遍后,倒去清洗液,破碎、用100目筛粉碎机粉碎得80~120目普洱茶叶粗粉;将普洱茶叶粗粉进行提取,提取液进行喷雾干燥得到含水量小于5%的普洱茶提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得普洱茶提取物粗粉,进行破壁制得普洱茶提取物超细粉体;
2)刺梨粉的制备:将刺梨鲜果清洗后,去除表面杂物后,60~80℃下真空干燥杀菌5~8分钟后,装入发酵坛,发酵后进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%,用100目筛粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛,然后将刺梨粗粉粉碎制成刺梨超细粉体;
3)红枣粉的制备:将红枣清洗去核后,低温梯度干燥,直至含水量低于5%;将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,进行间歇式灭菌,灭菌后粉碎成超细粉体,制成红枣超细粉体;
4)薄荷和荷叶粗粉的制备:将薄荷和荷叶分别除去杂质、洗净,进行杀青,温度控制在220℃~250℃杀青5~8min,然后在50~60℃干燥1~2h,然后温度降至30~40℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%,进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别制得薄荷和荷叶粗粉;
5)罗汉果粗粉的制备:取罗汉果鲜果,清洗除杂后,进行60~80℃真空干燥1~2h,粉碎过100目筛,制得罗汉果粗粉;
6)薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粉体的制备:将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行按重量份数比例混合后以浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1︰(1~4)的重量比的混合溶剂进行提取,提取液进行喷雾干燥得到含水量小于5%的薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉,进行破壁制得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体;
7)慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备:将步骤1)-3)和步骤6)制备的原料按重量份数的比例称取后,放入槽型混合机进行充分混匀;向混匀的粉剂中喷洒浓度为30~40%乙醇,制成软材后,在制粒机中制粒,将制得的颗粒过50目筛,将颗粒进行真空烘干,使得含水量小于5%时冷却后进行包装。
进一步地,本发明提供一种本发明所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其中,所述步骤2)中发酵温度为30~45℃,发酵7~10天后,在紫外灯照射下,进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%。
进一步地,本发明提供一种本发明所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其中,步骤1)所述普洱茶叶粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用纯净水对普洱茶叶粗粉进行逆流提取,普洱茶叶粗粉与水的料液比为1:5~1:25(g/ml),提取温度控制在80~90℃,提取时间为10~40min。
进一步地,本发明提供一种本发明所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其中,步骤6)所述薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1:1~4的重量比的混合溶剂对薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行逆流提取,混合溶剂用量为粉剂重量的4~10倍(重量比),提取温度控制在80~90℃,提取时间为10~40min。

实施例1
一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉50份、薄荷粉10份、罗汉果粉10份、荷叶粉10份、刺梨粉10份、红枣粉10份。
1)普洱茶粉的制备:用35℃水清洗一遍后,倒去清洗液,破碎后用100目筛粉碎机粉碎得80~120目普洱茶叶粗粉,将普洱茶叶粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用纯净水对普洱茶叶粗粉进行逆流提取,普洱茶叶粗粉与水的料液比为1︰5(g/ml),提取温度控制在90℃,提取时间为30min;将滤液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为80℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的普洱茶提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得普洱茶提取物粗粉,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.8MPa,分级机转速在20r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制得普洱茶提取物 超细粉体;
2)刺梨粉的制备:将刺梨鲜果清洗后,去除表面杂物后,60℃下真空干燥杀菌8分钟后,装入发酵坛,发酵温度为45℃,发酵7天后,在紫外灯照射下,进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%,用100目筛粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛,然后将刺梨粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5MPa,分级机转速在20r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得刺梨超细粉体;
3)红枣粉的制备:将红枣清洗去核后,低温梯度干燥,先在50℃干燥2h,然后温度降至30℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%;将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,放置在恒温恒湿相中进行间歇式灭菌,先将红枣粗粉置于恒温恒湿箱中70℃进行灭菌0.5h,然后将温度降至25℃,湿度保持在65%1h后,再将温度升至70℃灭菌0.5h,灭菌后,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.8MPa,分级机转速在20r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制成红枣超细粉体;
4)薄荷和荷叶粗粉的制备:将薄荷和荷叶分别除去杂质、洗净,进行杀青,温度控制在250℃杀青5min,然后在50℃干燥2h,然后温度降至30℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%,进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别制得薄荷和荷叶粗粉;
5)罗汉果粗粉的制备:取罗汉果鲜果,清洗除杂后,进行60℃真空干燥2h,粉碎过100目筛,制得罗汉果粗粉;
6)薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粉体的制备:将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行按重量份数比例混合后置于逆流提取器中,采用浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1:4的重量比的混合溶剂对薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行逆流提取,混合溶剂用量为粉剂重量的10倍(重量比),提取温度控制在90℃,提取时间为10min,提取液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为80~120℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉,将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5MPa,分级机转速在20r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体;
7)慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备:将步骤1)-3)和步骤6)制备的原料按重量份数的比例称取后,放入槽型混合机进行充分混匀;向混匀的粉剂中喷洒浓度为30~40%乙醇,制成软材后,在制粒机中制粒,将制得的颗粒过50目筛,将颗粒进行真空烘干,温度控制在45~60℃,时间为0.5~1h,使得含水量小于5%时冷却后进行包装。
实施例2
一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉40份、薄荷粉5份、罗汉果粉15份、荷叶粉10份、刺梨粉15份、红枣粉15份。
1)普洱茶粉的制备:取熟的普洱茶叶,用30℃水清洗一遍后,倒去清洗液,破碎后用100目筛粉碎机粉碎得80~120目普洱茶叶粗粉,将普洱茶叶粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用纯净水对普洱茶叶粗粉进行逆流提取,普洱茶叶粗粉与水的料液比为1︰15(g/ml),提取温度控制在85℃,提取时间为10min;将滤液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为120℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的普洱茶提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得普洱茶提取物粗粉,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制得普洱茶提取物超细粉体;
2)刺梨粉的制备:将刺梨鲜果清洗后,去除表面杂物后,80℃下真空干燥杀菌8分钟后,装入发酵坛,发酵温度为35℃,发酵10天后,在紫外灯照射下,进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%,用100目筛粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛,然后将刺梨粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.8MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得刺梨超细粉体;
3)红枣粉的制备:将红枣清洗去核后,低温梯度干燥,先在60℃干燥1h,然后温度降至40℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%;将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,放置在恒温恒湿相中进行间歇式灭菌,先将红枣粗粉置于恒温恒湿箱中70℃进行灭菌0.5h,然后将温度降至25℃,湿度保持在65%1h后,再将温度升至70℃灭菌0.5h,灭菌后,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.6MPa,分级机转速在30r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制成红枣超细粉体;
4)薄荷和荷叶粗粉的制备:将薄荷和荷叶分别除去杂质、洗净,进行杀青,温度控制在240℃杀青7min,然后在50℃干燥2h,然后温度降至40℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%,进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别制得薄荷和荷叶粗粉;
5)罗汉果粗粉的制备:取罗汉果鲜果,清洗除杂后,进行60℃真空干燥2h,粉碎过100目筛,制得罗汉果粗粉;
6)薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粉体的制备:将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行按重量份数比例混合后置于逆流提取器中,采用浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1︰3的重量比的混合溶剂对薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行逆流提取,混合溶剂用量为粉剂重量的8倍(重 量比),提取温度控制在90℃,提取时间为30min,提取液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为80~120℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉,将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.8MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体;
7)慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备:将步骤1)-3)和步骤6)制备的原料按重量份数的比例称取后,放入槽型混合机进行充分混匀;向混匀的粉剂中喷洒30%乙醇,制成软材后,在制粒机中制粒,将制得的颗粒过50目筛,将颗粒进行真空烘干,温度控制在45℃,时间为1h,使得含水量小于5%时进行冷却后进行包装。
实施例3
一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉60份、薄荷粉5份、罗汉果粉5份、荷叶粉10份、刺梨粉15份、红枣粉5份。
1)普洱茶粉的制备:取半熟的普洱茶叶,用40℃水清洗一遍后,倒去清洗液,破碎后用100目筛粉碎机粉碎得80~120目普洱茶叶粗粉,将普洱茶叶粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用纯净水对普洱茶叶粗粉进行逆流提取,普洱茶叶粗粉与水的料液比为25(g/ml),提取温度控制在80℃,提取时间为40min;将滤液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为100℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的普洱茶提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得普洱茶提取物粗粉,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.6MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制得普洱茶提取物超细粉体;
2)刺梨粉的制备:将刺梨鲜果清洗后,去除表面杂物后,70℃下真空干燥杀菌7分钟后,装入发酵坛,发酵温度为30℃,发酵10天后,在紫外灯照射下,进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%,用100目筛粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛,然后将刺梨粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.8MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得刺梨超细粉体;
3)红枣粉的制备:将红枣清洗去核后,低温梯度干燥,先在50℃干燥1.5h,然后温度降至30℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%;将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,放置在恒温恒湿相中进行间歇式灭菌,灭菌后,进行破壁,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体,制成红枣超细粉体;
4)薄荷和荷叶粗粉的制备:将薄荷和荷叶分别除去杂质、洗净,进行杀青,温度控制在220℃℃杀青8min,然后在60℃干燥1h,然后温度降至30℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%,进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别制得薄荷和荷叶粗粉;
5)罗汉果粗粉的制备:取罗汉果鲜果,清洗除杂后,进行80℃真空干燥1h,粉碎过100目筛,制得罗汉果粗粉;
6)薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粉的制备:将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行按重量份数比例混合后置于逆流提取器中,采用浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1︰1的重量比的混合溶剂对薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行逆流提取,混合溶剂用量为粉剂重量的4倍(重量比),提取温度控制在80℃,提取时间为40min,提取液进行喷雾干燥,喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为80~120℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉,将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5MPa,分级机转速在40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体;
7)慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备:将步骤1)-3)和步骤6)制备的原料按重量份数的比例称取后,放入槽型混合机进行充分混匀;向混匀的粉剂中喷洒30%乙醇,制成软材后,在制粒机中制粒,将制得的颗粒过50目筛,将颗粒进行真空烘干,温度控制在55℃,时间为0.5h,使得含水量小于5%时进行冷却后进行包装。
本发明的调理保健茶的服用法:本发明提供的慢性咽炎调理保健茶加开水泡制,可依据个人口味,加入少量白糖搅拌均匀,糖尿病患者不必加。当茶饮用。六十天为一疗程。服用期间禁食刺激性食品。
临床观察
1、临床资料:选自2014年2月至2016年12月的门诊及住院慢性咽炎患者共168例,年龄为21-73岁,平均62.4岁。
2、治疗方法:服用本发明慢性咽炎调理保健茶,当茶饮用。六十天为一疗程。
3、疗效判定标准:
治愈:症状消失,咽部无异常体症。
好转:症状、体症较治疗前明显缓解及减轻。
无效:症状、体症无改变。
4、治疗结果:168例急性咽炎患者随访6个月治愈152人,好转9人,无效7人,治愈率90.5%,总有效率95.83%,无效率4.17%.
综上所述,本发明调理慢性咽炎的保健茶,经临床试验,表明其可有效治疗保健咽炎症状,且无明显毒副作用。

1.一种慢性咽炎调理保健茶,其特征在于,以重量份数计算,包括如下组分:普洱茶粉40~60份、薄荷粉5~15份、罗汉果粉5~15份、荷叶粉5~15份、刺梨粉5~15份、红枣粉5~15份。
2.权利要求1所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,具体制备方法如下:
1)普洱茶粉的制备:取普洱茶叶,用30~40℃水清洗一遍后,倒去清洗液,破碎、用100目筛粉碎机粉碎得80~120目普洱茶叶粗粉;将普洱茶叶粗粉进行提取,提取液进行喷雾干燥得到含水量小于5%的普洱茶提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得普洱茶提取物粗粉,进行破壁制得普洱茶提取物超细粉体;
2)刺梨粉的制备:将刺梨鲜果清洗后,去除表面杂物后,60~80℃下真空干燥杀菌5~8分钟后,装入发酵坛,发酵后进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%,用100目筛粉碎机粉碎后过100目筛,然后将刺梨粗粉粉碎制成刺梨超细粉体;
3)红枣粉的制备:将红枣清洗去核后,低温梯度干燥,直至含水量低于5%;将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,进行间歇式灭菌,灭菌后粉碎成超细粉体,制成红枣超细粉体;
4)薄荷和荷叶粗粉的制备:将薄荷和荷叶分别除去杂质、洗净,进行杀青,温度控制在220℃~250℃杀青5~8min,然后在50~60℃干燥1~2h,然后温度降至30~40℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%,进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别制得薄荷和荷叶粗粉;
5)罗汉果粗粉的制备:取罗汉果鲜果,清洗除杂后,进行60~80℃真空干燥1~2h,粉碎过100目筛,制得罗汉果粗粉;
6)薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粉体的制备:将薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行按重量份数比例混合后以浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1︰(1~4)的重量比的混合溶剂进行提取,提取液进行喷雾干燥得到含水量小于5%的薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物固体,然后进行粉碎后过100目筛得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉,进行破壁制得薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体;
7)慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备:将步骤1)-3)和步骤6)制备的原料按重量份数的比例称取后,放入槽型混合机进行充分混匀;向混匀的粉剂中喷洒浓度为30~40%乙醇,制成软材后,在制粒机中制粒,将制得的颗粒过50目筛,将颗粒进行真空烘干,使得含水量小于5%时冷却后进行包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中发酵温度为30~45℃,发酵7~10天后,在紫外灯照射下,进行低温风流干燥至含水量低于5%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述普洱茶叶粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用纯净水对普洱茶叶粗粉进行逆流提取,普洱茶叶粗粉与水的料液比为1:5~1:25(g/ml),提取温度控制在80~90℃,提取时间为10~40min。
5.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤6)所述薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉置于逆流提取器中,采用浓度为30~40%乙醇和水以1:1~4的重量比的混合溶剂对薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果粗粉进行逆流提取,混合溶剂用量为粉剂重量的4~10倍(重量比),提取温度控制在80~90℃,提取时间为10~40min。
6.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤1)和步骤6)中所述的喷雾干燥的条件为:进料浓度以重量百分比计20%,进风流量为0.75m3/min,进料流量为260ml/h,进风温度为80~120℃,雾化压力为200kPa,进料温度为30℃;得到含水量小于5%的提取物固体。
7.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述间歇式灭菌是指将红枣置于粉碎机中预粉碎至100目,放置在恒温恒湿相中进行间歇式灭菌,先将红枣粗粉置于恒温恒湿箱中70℃进行灭菌0.5h,然后将温度降至25℃,湿度保持在65%1h后,再将温度升至70℃灭菌0.5h。
8.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3)中所述低温梯度干燥是指先将红枣在50~60℃干燥1~2h,然后温度降至30~40℃干燥,直至含水量低于5%。
9.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤7)中的真空烘干是指将温度控制在45~60℃,时间为0.5~1h。
10.根据权利要求2所述的慢性咽炎调理保健茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述普洱茶提取物超细粉体、刺梨超细粉体、红枣超细粉体和薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物超细粉体的制备过程是将普洱茶提取物粗粉、刺梨粗粉、红枣粗粉和薄荷、荷叶和罗汉果提取物粗粉分别进行破壁制得,具体条件为控制工作压力在0.5~0.8MPa,分级机转速在20~40r/s,破壁粉碎至300目以上制得超细粉体。
