本发明公开了一种排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其具有叶片和转轴,该转轴布置在叶片的中心;叶片的中心位置为叶片半圆弧转件,叶片半圆弧转件的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件轴向垂直的横向的增强筋或者倾斜的增强筋或者横向和倾斜交错的增强筋。本发明解决如何对排烟防火阀的叶片的强度、刚度、平整度和减少阀门的漏风、漏烟量的技术问题。

背景技术
本发明涉及一种排烟防火阀增强型转叶。
背景技术
排烟防火阀是一种最常用的消防设备,一般安装在机械排烟系统的管道上,平时呈开启状态,火灾时当排烟管道内烟气温度达到280度时关闭,并在一定时间内满足漏烟量和耐火完整性要求,起隔烟阻火作用。其通常由一个矩形的框架和与框架转动连接的若干个转叶构成,转叶与执行机构传动连接。转叶上固定一个转轴,排烟防火阀开启状态时,所有转叶呈相互平行状,气流可以从转叶之间流过,当排烟防火阀呈关闭状态时,所有转叶翻转,相邻二个转叶的头部部分叠合在一起,阻止烟气的流动。但由于现有的排烟防火阀转叶通常为一块长方形的平板,相邻二个转叶的叠合部会具有一定的间隙,造成一定的漏风,同时,为保证转叶的强度、刚度、平整度,需采用较厚的钢板来制作转叶,材料、生产成本较高。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种既能增加叶片的强度、刚度和平直度,又能减少漏风、漏烟量,同时节约原材料和降低生产成本的新型的排烟防火阀增强型转叶。
本发明提供的一种排烟防火阀增强型转叶,用一次性成形成型技术,通过液压设备、压制工艺和相应模具等将转叶叶片上设置有增强筋、叶片半圆弧转件、强力筋、平直状搭边和阶梯状搭边同时一次性压制成型完成转叶叶片的制作。

所述增强筋设置在上述两个强力筋的内侧,在所述叶片上两侧设置有二个强力筋,两个强力筋各对称分布在叶片半圆弧转件的两边,上述两个强力筋的外侧分别为叶片的一个平直状搭边和另一个阶梯状搭边。
所述叶片半圆弧转件的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件轴向垂直的横向增强筋。
所述叶片半圆弧转件的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件轴向倾斜的增强筋。
所述叶片半圆弧转件的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件轴向倾斜增强筋和横向增强筋。
本发明的有益效果是:由于叶片中间位置为叶片半圆弧转件,叶片半圆弧转件两侧设置有横向或者倾斜或者横向及倾斜交错的增强筋,该增强筋是通过叶片一次性成形成型技术在叶片上直接压制的工艺成型,更有效承受在使用过程中由于碰撞和使用载荷导致变形;通过上述设置增强筋,提高转叶刚度、强度、平整度,从而很大提高了叶片的抗载荷能力,有效增大载荷面积,提高产品质量,简化阀门的制作工艺,降低生产成本和节省原材料,减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率及经济效益。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请参考图1及图2,图中的排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其具有叶片1和转轴2,转轴2处于叶片1中间位置,叶片1中间位置4为叶片半圆弧转件4,叶片半圆弧转件4两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件4轴向垂直的横向增强筋3。该增强筋3是通过叶片1一次性成形成型技术在叶片1上直接压制的工艺成型,更有效承受在使用过程中由于碰撞和使用载荷导致变形;通过上述设置增强筋3,提高转叶刚度、强度、平整度,从而很大提高了叶片1的抗载荷能力,有效增大载荷面积,提高产品质量,简化阀门的制作工艺,降低生产成本和节省原材料,减轻工人的劳动强度,提高生产效率及经济效益。增强筋3根据阀门、叶片的大小来确定增强筋的数量、大小、长度、间距及布置情况。叶片1上还设置有二个强力筋5,这两个强力筋5各对称分布在叶片半圆弧转件4的两边,增强筋3设置在上述两个强力筋5的内侧,上述两个强力筋5的外侧分别为叶片1的一个平直状搭边7和另一个阶梯状搭边6。

本实施例与实施例1的区别是叶片半圆弧转件4两侧设置有与半圆弧转件4轴向倾斜增强筋3。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的区别是叶片半圆弧转件4两侧设置有与半圆弧转件4轴向垂直的横向增强筋3和轴向倾斜增强筋3。

本实施例与实施例1的区别是叶片半圆弧转件4两侧设置有一个轴向倾斜增强筋3。

1.排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其特征在于:其具有叶片(1)和转轴(2),该转轴(2)设置在叶片(1)的中心;叶片(1)的中心位置为叶片半圆弧转件(4),叶片半圆弧转件(4)的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件(4)轴向垂直的横向的增强筋(3)或者倾斜的增强筋(3)或者横向和倾斜交错的增强筋(3)。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其特征在于:所述增强筋(3)设置在所述两个强力筋(5)的内侧;在所述叶片(1)上还设置有二个强力筋(5),这两个强力筋(5)各对称分布在叶片半圆弧转件(4)的两边,上述两个强力筋(5)的外侧分别为叶片(1)的一个平直状搭边(7)和另一个阶梯状搭边(6)。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其特征在于:所述叶片半圆弧转件(4)的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件(4)轴向垂直的横向增强筋(3)。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其特征在于:所述叶片半圆弧转件(4)的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件(4)轴向倾斜的增强筋(3)。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的排烟防火阀增强型转叶,其特征在于:所述叶片半圆弧转件(4)的两侧设置有与该叶片半圆弧转件(4)轴向倾斜增强筋(3)和横向增强筋(3)。
