Abstract

本发明公开了一种高气密高耐火防火阀,包括一个矩形阀体、若干个阀片、一个易熔杆和一个执行机,纵框架板的内侧分别设有一个挡板,二根横框架板的内侧分别设有叶片支架和弹簧罩壳,阀片包括一个叶片,叶片上设有三道加强筋,中间的加强筋与叶片轴相连接,二边的加强筋凸起方向相反,二边的加强筋凸起的反方向上各设有一根加强片,相邻二个叶片的接触处设有密封簧片,密封簧片突出于叶片的端部。通过加设弹簧罩壳与密封簧片,使阀片、阀体之间具有更好的密封性,通过在阀片上加设加强筋与加强片,可以使阀片在经受较长时间的高温环境下不变形,增加了防火阀的有效工作时间,给疏散人员更长的逃生时间。

Description

一种高气密高耐火防火阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防火阀,特别是涉及到一种应用于楼宇、地下室及隧道等通风管道中的消防系统中的高气密性高耐火防火阀。
背景技术
在目前消防通风系统中所应用的防火阀,遇到火灾时,在规定温度及时间内,一般均能实现自动关闭,起到隔绝火源,阻断烟气的作用,但现有的普通防火阀仅仅靠阀片与阀片、阀片与阀体间的密封,密封性能普遍不佳,并且随着火灾时间延续,温度不断升高,使叶片产生变形,出现较大的间隙,漏烟量增多,防火阀的有效工作时间较短,高温烟气通过防火阀的间隙沿管道急剧蔓延,会造成很大的灾害。
发明内容
为克服上述缺陷,本发明旨在提供一种高气密高耐火的防火阀,该防火阀允许在很长的高温持续时间内,通过使用简单装置和不昂贵的费用,阻止火焰在风道中蔓延,确保将需保护的局部场所和外部之间有效分离。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高气密高耐火防火阀,包括一个由相对布置的二根纵框架板和二根横框架板围成的矩形阀体、若干个阀片、一个易熔杆和一个执行机,所述阀片通过叶片轴与二根横框架板转动连接,所述纵框架板的内侧分别设有一个挡板,所述二根横框架板的内侧分别设有叶片支架和弹簧罩壳,所述阀片包括一个叶片,所述叶片上设有三道加强筋,所述中间的加强筋与叶片轴相连接,所述二边的加强筋凸起方向相反,所述二边的加强筋凸起的反方向上各设有一根加强片,所述相邻二个叶片的接触处设有密封簧片,所述密封簧片突出于叶片的端部。
所述二根纵框架板之间还设有一根或多根中框架板,所述叶片轴的中端穿过中框架板并与中框架板转动连接,所述中框架板的上下二个端面上分别设有叶片支架和弹簧罩壳。
采用了本发明的高气密高耐火防火阀,通过加设弹簧罩壳与密封簧片,使阀片与阀体之间,阀片与阀片之间具有更好的密封性,同时,通过在阀片上加设加强筋与加强片,可以使阀片在经受较长时间的高温环境下不变形,增加了防火阀的有效工作时间,给疏散人员更长的逃生时间。

具体实施方式
如图1-图3所示,本发明公开了一种高气密高耐火防火阀,包括一个由相对布置的二根纵框架板5和二根横框架板15围成的矩形阀体1、若干个阀片2、一个易熔杆3和一个执行机4,所述阀片2通过叶片轴12与二根横框架板15转动连接,常态时,防火阀都是开启的,火灾时,当到达设定温度时,控制中心给执行机4一个执行信号,执行机4操作阀片2关闭,使防火阀把通风管道阻断,防止烟气进入,如果执行机4发生故障无法正常关闭阀片2,当达到一个更高的设定温度时,易熔杆3熔断,在弹簧力的作用下,阀片2自动关闭。综上所述,与现有的的普通防火阀结构基本一致。
本发明的高气密高耐火防火阀的创新点主要在于所述阀片2包括一个叶片9,所述叶片9上设有三道加强筋,所述中间的加强筋与叶片轴12相连接,所述二边的加强筋凸起方向相反,所述二边的加强筋凸起的反方向上各设有一根加强片10,通过压制加强筋,可以提高叶片9的刚性,使叶片9不易于变形,同时,通过加设加强片10,通常所述加强片10的凸起方向与加强筋的凸起方向相反,使加强片10位置具有一个圆形的结构,具有极高的刚性,可以防止叶片9在一定时间的高温环境下不变形;
所述相邻二个叶片9的接触处设有密封簧片11,所述密封簧片11突出于叶片9的端部,当阀片2关闭时,相邻二个叶片9部分重合,密封簧片11恰好位于叶片9重合处,被二个叶片9夹紧,进一步增加了叶片9间的气密性,防止漏风;
所述纵框架板5的内侧分别设有一个挡板6,在实际操作时,所述档板6由“L”型钢板折成,当阀片2关闭时,阀片2端部与挡板6部分重合,防止漏风;
所述二根横框架板15的内侧分别设有叶片支架7和弹簧罩壳8,叶片支架7主要用来连接叶片轴12,所述弹簧罩壳8常态时为凸出状态,阀片2关闭时,弹簧罩壳12受到叶片挤压,凸出部分变平,与叶片形成密封,防止漏风。
对于较大尺寸的防火阀,为了保证其阀片2的刚性与强度,本必明所述的高气密高耐火防火阀的另一个创新点在于所述二根纵框架板5之间还设有一根或多根中框架板25,所述叶片轴12的中端穿过中框架板25并与中框架板25转动连接,所述中框架板25的上下二个端面上分别设有叶片支架7和弹簧罩壳8。

Claims (2)

1.一种高气密高耐火防火阀,包括一个由相对布置的二根纵框架板(5)和二根横框架板(15)围成的矩形阀体(1)、若干个阀片(2)、一个易熔杆(3)和一个执行机(4),所述阀片(2)通过叶片轴(12)与二根横框架板(15)转动连接,其特征在于所述纵框架板(5)的内侧分别设有一个挡板(6),所述二根横框架板(15)的内侧分别设有叶片支架(7)和弹簧罩壳(8),所述阀片(2)包括一个叶片(9),所述叶片(9)上设有三道加强筋,所述中间的加强筋与叶片轴(12)相连接,所述二边的加强筋凸起方向相反,所述二边的加强筋凸起的反方向上各设有一根加强片(10),所述相邻二个叶片(9)的接触处设有密封簧片(11),所述密封簧片(11)突出于叶片(9)的端部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高气密高耐火防火阀,其特征在于所述二根纵框架板(5)之间还设有一根或多根中框架板(25),所述叶片轴(12)的中端穿过中框架板(25)并与中框架板(25)转动连接,所述中框架板(25)的上下二个端面上分别设有叶片支架(7)和弹簧罩壳(8)。
