Abstract
本发明是一种适用于风管阀、密封性能好的叶片。本发明的目的是针对现有风管阀存在的关闭后漏风量大、存在安全隐患的不足之处,提供一种密封性好的用于风管阀的叶片。本发明包括叶片本体和簧片,簧片上设有一条折痕,簧片上折痕的一侧为簧片的固定端,簧片上折痕的另一侧为簧片的自由端,簧片的固定端与簧片的自由端之间成一夹角,簧片的固定端固定在叶片本体上。所述的夹角范围为120°至170°。本发明与现有的风管阀叶片相比,具有结构巧妙、密封性好、安全性能高的特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及风管阀技术领域,特别是一种适用于风管阀、密封性能好的叶片。
背景技术
风管阀在现代建筑中普遍使用,大量安装在通风、空调及消防排烟通风系统的送、回风管路上,平时呈开启或关闭状态,遇到检修或者火灾引起环境温度异常时能够关闭或开启,起到阻断空气流通的作用。其中,漏风量是风管阀一个重要的参数,同时也是目前风管阀3C认证考察的重要性能。目前市场上的风管阀采用的叶片结构,关闭后叶片与叶片之间存在缝隙,密封性不好,在测试中发现漏风量大,无法满足3C认证的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有风管阀存在的关闭后漏风量大、存在安全隐患的不足之处,提供一种密封性好的用于风管阀的叶片。
本发明是通过如下方式完成的:一种用于风管阀的叶片,该用于风管阀的叶片包括叶片本体和簧片,簧片上设有一条折痕,簧片上折痕的一侧为簧片的固定端,簧片上折痕的另一侧为簧片的自由端,簧片的固定端与簧片的自由端之间成一夹角,簧片的固定端固定在叶片本体上。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述的夹角范围为120°至170°。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述的簧片采用弹性材料制成。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述簧片的固定端采用铆接、焊接、粘接中的一种。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述的焊接采用点焊或缝焊。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述叶片本体上设有若干根加强筋。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述叶片本体上的加强筋呈拱形或三角形结构。
在所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片中,所述叶片本体上设有两根加强筋,两根加强筋同向或异向设置。
本发明的叶片本体上设有弹性材料制成的簧片,簧片与相邻叶片或风管阀外壳相接触,用于叶片与叶片、叶片与风管阀外壳之间的密封,提高风管阀的性能。采用本发明的风管阀,其漏风量大大减少,能够满足当前的检测、认证要求,提高安全性能。
本发明与现有的风管阀叶片相比,具有结构巧妙、密封性好、安全性能高的特点。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一
参照附图1~5,一种用于风管阀的叶片,该用于风管阀的叶片包括叶片本体1和簧片2,叶片本体1的中部设有用于安装叶片轴5的弧形凹槽1b,弧形凹槽1b的两侧分别设有拱形的加强筋1a,两根加强筋1b朝向相反;簧片2采用弹性的不锈钢材质制成,簧片2设在叶片本体1的一侧,簧片2上设有一条折痕2c,簧片2上折痕2c的一侧为簧片2的固定端2a,簧片2上折痕2c的另一侧为簧片2的自由端2b,簧片2的固定端2a与簧片2的自由端2b之间成一夹角,所述的夹角范围为120°至170°,自由端2b与相邻叶片接触,提高叶片间的密封性;簧片2的固定端2a上设有固定片4,固定端2a与固定片4采用铆接方式、通过铆钉3固定在叶片本体1上。
实施例二
参照附图6~7,一种用于风管阀的叶片,该用于风管阀的叶片包括叶片本体1和两片簧片2,叶片本体1的中部设有用于安装叶片轴5的弧形凹槽1b,弧形凹槽1b的两侧分别设有拱形的加强筋1a,两根加强筋1b朝向相反;簧片2分别设在叶片本体1的两侧面,簧片2位于叶片本体1的不同侧,簧片2采用弹性的不锈钢材质制成,簧片2上设有一条折痕2c,簧片2上折痕2c的一侧为簧片2的固定端2a,簧片2上折痕2c的另一侧为簧片2的自由端2b,簧片2的固定端2a与簧片2的自由端2b之间成一夹角,所述的夹角范围为135°至150°,自由端2b与相邻叶片接触,提高叶片间的密封性;簧片2的固定端2a 采用点焊方式固定在叶片本体1上。
Claims (8)
1.一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于该用于风管阀的叶片包括叶片本体和簧片,簧片上设有一条折痕,簧片上折痕的一侧为簧片的固定端,簧片上折痕的另一侧为簧片的自由端,簧片的固定端与簧片的自由端之间成一夹角,簧片的固定端固定在叶片本体上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述的夹角范围为120°至170°。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述的簧片采用弹性材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述簧片的固定端采用铆接、焊接、粘接中的一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述的焊接采用点焊或缝焊。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述叶片本体上设有若干根加强筋。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述叶片本体上的加强筋呈拱形或三角形结构。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于风管阀的叶片,其特征在于所述叶片本体上设有两根加强筋,两根加强筋同向或异向设置。
