Abstract
本发明涉及用于工业通风空调系统的一种对介质进行隔离的专用阀门,具体为一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,包括阀体、阀座、叶片、叶片转轴、连杆机构、驱动装置、密封圈和叶片复合运动机构,所述叶片复合运动机构包括:用于启闭叶片的旋杆机构和用于限制叶片翻转轨迹的轨迹机构,所述轨迹机构设置在叶片的两端部,其包括固定转套、叶片旋板、和曲杆,所述叶片旋板一端固定于叶片端部,叶片旋板另一端与曲杆一端通过销轴连接,曲杆的另一端与固定在阀体内侧的固定转套连接,所述旋杆机构设置在叶片的中部,其包括旋副和旋副垫块,所述旋副垫块固定在叶片上,所述旋副一端与叶片转轴固定联接,另一端与旋副垫块通过销轴连接,本发明能安全、可靠地实现阀门叶片正常启闭。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于工业通风空调系统的一种对介质进行隔离的专用阀门,具体涉及一种多叶隔离阀。
背景技术
中国实用新型专利CN201520148486.3中披露了一种三杆蝶阀,此虽采用了三杆结构,其杆跟叶片的接触均集中在叶片中部,当蝶阀较大规格需要关闭时无法实现受力均匀而密闭,尤其阀门在打开位置时遇到如地震灾难时,叶片会因有较大悬臂无固定则发生碰撞而失效。且其三杆结构集中设置,未能实现分布式设置,从而无法实现阀门的多叶结构,只适用于单叶阀门或蝶阀。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种安全、可靠地实现阀门叶片正常启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是:一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,包括阀体、阀座、叶片、叶片转轴、连杆机构、驱动装置、密封圈和叶片复合运动机构,所述叶片复合运动机构包括:用于启闭叶片的旋杆机构和用于限制叶片翻转轨迹的轨迹机构,所述轨迹机构设置在叶片的两端部,其包括固定转套、叶片旋板、和曲杆,所述叶片旋板一端固定于叶片端部,叶片旋板另一端与曲杆一端通过销轴连接,曲杆的另一端与固定在阀体内侧的固定转套连接。
进一步地,所述旋杆机构设置在叶片的中部,其包括旋副和旋副垫块,所述旋副垫块固定在叶片上,所述旋副一端与叶片转轴固定联接,另一端与旋副垫块通过销轴连接。
再进一步地,所述旋杆机构设置数量为至少一个。
再进一步地,所述轨迹机构设置数量为至少一个。
本发明的一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀通过其旋杆机构和轨迹机构配合工作,是叶片相对密封圈能平移启闭,同时限制了叶片启闭时的翻转轨迹,使叶片能安全、可靠地实现正常启闭,同时由于通过旋杆机构和轨迹机构的分散布置,使叶片能均匀受力,避免了叶片容易发生碰撞而失效的情况。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细描述。
如图1至图5所示,本发明的一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、叶片3、叶片转轴4、连杆机构5、驱动装置6、密封圈7和叶片复合运动机构,所述叶片复合运动机构包括:用于启闭叶片3的旋杆机构8和用于限制叶片3翻转轨迹的轨迹机构9,所述旋杆机构8设置在叶片3的中部,其包括旋副8.1和旋副垫块8.2,所述旋副垫块8.2固定在叶片3上,所述旋副9.1一端与叶片转轴4固定联接,另一端与旋副垫块8.2通过销轴连接。所述轨迹机构9设置在叶片3的两端部,其包括固定转套9.1、叶片旋板9.2、和曲杆9.3,所述叶片旋板9.2一端固定于叶片3端部,叶片旋板9.2另一端与曲杆9.3一端通过销轴连接,曲杆9.3的另一端与固定在阀体1内侧的固定转套9.1连接。图中仅示出旋杆机构8和轨迹机构9的设置数量各为两个的情况,但并不仅限于此,旋杆机构8和轨迹机构9的设置数量根据叶片3的尺寸大小分别可设置一个或多个。
本发明的工作过程如图6所示,当驱动装置运作时,叶片转轴4转动并带动旋杆机构8,使旋杆机构8的旋副8.1向外摆动,同时对旋副垫块8.2产生向外的推力,进而使叶片3的上、下端部水平移离阀座2上的密封圈7。曲杆9.3绕固定转套9.1转动,从而带动叶片3上端部逐渐靠近至贴紧叶片转轴4,同时其下端部缓慢离开阀座2。当曲杆9.3与固定转套9.1的连接点越过固定转套9.1另一侧时,叶片3的上端部开始向下移动逐渐远离叶片转轴4并从密封圈7上方越过,不断远离密封圈7,叶片3的下端部加快远离阀座2,实现叶片3在翻转的同时能够平移离开阀座2上的密封圈7,避免叶片3打开过程中与密封圈7产生干涉。当叶片3翻转至叶片旋板9.2顶靠在固定转套9.1时,叶片3停止翻转,阀门完全打开。
以上所述只是本发明的优选实施方式,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进也被视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,包括阀体(1)、阀座(2)、叶片(3)、叶片转轴(4)、连杆机构(5)、驱动装置(6)、密封圈(7)和叶片复合运动机构,其特征在于:所述叶片复合运动机构包括:用于启闭叶片的旋杆机构(8)和用于限制叶片(3)翻转轨迹的轨迹机构(9),所述轨迹机构(9)设置在叶片(3)的两端部,其包括固定转套(9.1)、叶片旋板(9.2)、和曲杆(9.3),所述叶片旋板(9.2)一端固定于叶片(3)端部,叶片旋板(9.2)另一端与曲杆(9.3)一端通过销轴连接,曲杆(9.3)的另一端与固定在阀体(1)内侧的固定转套(9.1)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,其特征在于,所述旋杆机构(8)设置在叶片(3)的中部,其包括旋副(8.1)和旋副垫块(8.2),所述旋副垫块(8.2)固定在叶片(3)上,所述旋副(8.1)一端与叶片转轴(4)固定联接,另一端与旋副垫块(8.2)通过销轴连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,其特征在于,所述旋杆机构(8)设置数量为至少一个。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可安全启闭的多杆驱动多叶隔离阀,其特征在于,所述轨迹机构(9)设置数量为至少一个。
