本发明涉及一种竹筒酒的制造方法,所述的竹筒酒的制造方法包括如下步骤:(a).设立一竹林区;(b).取适量薏苡、肉桂、枸杞、陈皮等洗净浸泡在酒精度56至60度的白酒中2‑3个月;(c).当竹林中竹子长到5米左右,将步骤(b)的白酒用注射器注入到竹子封闭的竹筒内,注酒竹筒每根竹子不超过两节竹筒,第一节注酒竹筒离地面高度或两节注酒竹筒之间距离为1.4—1.6米;每节注酒竹筒注入上述白酒量为1.2斤至1.6斤;(d).让步骤c的注酒竹子再生长10‑15个月,当酒精度降至38度至45度时,即可将竹子上注酒竹筒用锯子锯下,检验合格后,包装上市。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种竹筒酒的制造方法。
背景技术
竹子属于禾本科多年生常绿植物(与稻、稗、禾参等属同一科), 性味甘、微寒,无毒。笋含蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类、钙、磷、铁、胡萝卜素、维生素B1.B2,治消渴,利水道,清肺化痰。竹叶、竹沥中含有多种有效成分, 竹沥具有祛痰、镇咳、抑菌反腐、抗氧化和延缓衰老等功能。竹叶具有抗氧化和去除自由基、抗肿瘤、抗菌反腐、调节血脂、抗心肌缺氧等作用,竹叶、竹枝、竹沥中含有氨基酸、竹黄酮竹多糖、有机酸、微量元素等。中医中治疗产后虚热心烦,手足心热,取鲜竹茹、竹叶芯各30克,水煎服;《本地土方》治疗小儿头疮、天疱、黄水疮,可用红枣加洗净的竹叶煮汤喝,起到清凉的作用,特别是对10岁以下儿童由于内体过热,在身上起红点状的小疱比较管用。如此等等不一一详述,可见竹子全身是宝。因此,本发明人欲对对竹子的功用进一步作别人没有做过的深度开发利用,即利用生长的竹子来进一步酿造美酒。
发明内容
本发明的任务就是提供一种竹筒酒的制造方法。本发明的任务是通过以下技术方案来完成的:本发明的竹筒酒的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a.设立一竹林区,种上竹子;
b.取适量薏苡、肉桂、枸杞、陈皮等洗净浸泡在酒精度56至60度的白酒中2-3个月,存放备用。
c.当竹林中竹子长到5米左右,选择生长良好竹子, 将步骤b的白酒用注射器注入到竹子封闭的竹筒内, 注酒竹筒每根竹子不超过两节竹筒,第一节注酒竹筒离地面高度为1.4—1.6米,两节注酒竹筒之间距离为1.4—1.6米;每节注酒竹筒注入上述白酒量为1.2斤至1.6斤。
d.让步骤c的注酒竹子再生长10-15个月,当酒精度降至38度至45度时,即可将竹子上注酒竹筒用锯子锯下,检验合格后,包装上市。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下优点:本发明的竹筒酒的酒与竹子内含物相互交融,相互净化,酒融吸了竹子内天然营养元素,喝起来另有一番风味。

下面结合具体的实施例作详细说明本发明。(但不是对本发明的限制)。
本发明的竹筒酒的制造方法包括如下步骤:
a.设立一竹林区,种上竹子, 待竹子长到5米左右,备用;
b.取适量薏苡、肉桂、枸杞、陈皮等洗净浸泡在酒精度56至60度的白酒中2-3个月,存放备用。
c.当竹林中竹子长到5米时,选择生长良好竹子, 将步骤b的白酒用注射器注入到竹子封闭的竹筒内, 注酒竹筒每根竹子不超过两节竹筒,第一节注酒竹筒离地面高度为1.4—1.6米,两节注酒竹筒之间距离为1.4—1.6米;每节注酒竹筒注入上述白酒量为1.2斤至1.6斤。
d.让步骤c的注酒竹子再生长10-15个月,当酒精度降至38度至45度时,即可将竹子上注酒竹筒用锯子锯下,检验合格后,包装上市。

c.当竹林中竹子长到5米左右,选择生长良好竹子, 将步骤b的白酒用注射器注入到竹子封闭的竹筒内, 注酒竹筒每根竹子不超过两节竹筒,第一节注酒竹筒离地面高度为1.4—1.6米,两节注酒竹筒之间距离为1.4—1.6米;每节注酒竹筒注入上述白酒量为1.2斤至1.6斤;
