Abstract
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法。本方法包括如下步骤:(1)将刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶混合加入反应釜中,再加入水性增稠剂、乳化剂和分散剂,50℃下反应3小时;(2)加入油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂,40℃下反应2小时;(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂;(4)加入杀菌剂;(5)加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;(6)加入后亲水扩链剂即得所述纺织糊料。通过不同的成胶材料的组合,在使用时糊料不会出现粘度降低的现象,不妨碍染料固着到纤维内,印花的花纹精细,品质优秀和成本较低。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法。
背景技术
纺织印花行业中的糊料,常指原糊,是纺织印花行业中的一种重要的原料,糊料是一种液相分散介质,是染料和填充料的载体,必须具有一定的粘性。糊料印花的印制效果与被印织物、印花方法以及由糊料和染料构成的印花色浆有密切的关系。近年来,用于印花糊料主成份的主要有淀粉、改性淀粉和海藻酸钠等。
但是目前的印花糊料适应性比较单一,仍然有很多的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合加入反应釜中,50℃下搅拌均匀,再加入水性增稠剂、乳化剂和分散剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂,40℃下反应2小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,30℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入杀菌剂,50℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将所述混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述纺织糊料。
本发明中,以印花糊料总重量计算,所述油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂加入量为10~20%,所述杀菌剂总为0.2~0.9%的。
本发明中,所述流变改性剂为三甘油酯,以印花糊料总重量计算,再加入用量为0.3‰~2%,所述杀菌剂为苯酚;
本发明中,以印花糊料的总重量计算,所述成胶部分的含量不低于80%,所述印花糊料的成糊率是在6~10%。
本发明中,所述醋酸铀酰锌钠加入量为4~10%,以印花糊料总重量计算。
本发明中,所述印花糊料用于锦纶和涤纶的印花。
本发明中,所述水性增稠剂为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素。
本发明中,所述印花糊料用于锦纶和涤纶的印花。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过不同的成胶材料的组合,在使用时糊料不会出现粘度降低的现象,不妨碍染料固着到纤维内,印花的花纹精细,品质优秀和成本较低。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但这些例举性实施方式的用途和目的仅用来例举本发明,并非对本发明的实际保护范围构成任何形式的任何限定,更非将本发明的保护范围局限于此。
一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合加入反应釜中,50℃下搅拌均匀,再加入水性增稠剂、乳化剂和分散剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂,40℃下反应2小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,30℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入杀菌剂,50℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将所述混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述纺织糊料。

1.一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法的制备方法,其特征在于:
(1)将刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合加入反应釜中,50℃下搅拌均匀,再加入水性增稠剂、乳化剂和分散剂,50℃下反应3小时;
(2)加入油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂,40℃下反应2小时;
(3)加入螯合剂(软水)、消泡剂及溶剂,30℃下反应3小时;
(4)加入杀菌剂,50℃下反应4小时,形成初步混合物;
(5)将所述混合物降温至40℃,加入中和剂中和,然后加入去离子水,高速搅拌进行水分散;
(6)加入后亲水扩链剂,恒温搅拌3小时,即得所述纺织糊料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:以印花糊料总重量计算,所述油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂加入量为10~20%,所述杀菌剂总为0.2~0.9%的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述流变改性剂为三甘油酯,以印花糊料总重量计算,再加入用量为0.3‰~2%,所述杀菌剂为苯酚;
根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:以印花糊料的总重量计算,所述成胶部分的含量不低于80%,所述印花糊料的成糊率是在6~10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述醋酸铀酰锌钠加入量为4~10%,以印花糊料总重量计算。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述印花糊料用于锦纶和涤纶的印花。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素。
