Abstract
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织品印花的糊料。本发明包括成胶部分,由刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶混合制成;还包括糊状部分,选用油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂作为印花糊料助剂。通过不同的成胶材料的组合,在使用时糊料不会出现粘度降低的现象,不妨碍染料固着到纤维内,印花的花纹精细,品质优秀和成本较低。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纺织品印花的糊料。
背景技术
纺织印花行业中的糊料,常指原糊,是纺织印花行业中的一种重要的原料,糊料是一种液相分散介质,是染料和填充料的载体,必须具有一定的粘性。糊料印花的印制效果与被印织物、印花方法以及由糊料和染料构成的印花色浆有密切的关系。近年来,用于印花糊料主成份的主要有淀粉、改性淀粉和海藻酸钠等。
但是目前的印花糊料适应性比较单一,仍然有很多的缺点。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种用于纺织品印花的糊料。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,
所述印花糊料包括成胶部分,所述成胶部分由刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合制成。
还包括糊状部分,所述糊状部分选用油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂作为印花糊料助剂,以印花糊料总重量计算,所述印花糊料助剂加入量为10~20%。
还包括以印花糊料总重量计算为0.2~0.9%的杀菌剂。
其中,所述流变改性剂为三甘油酯,以印花糊料总重量计算,再加入用量为0.3‰~2%,所述杀菌剂为苯酚。
以印花糊料的总重量计算,所述成胶部分的含量不低于80%,所述印花糊料的成糊率是在6~10%。
本发明中,所述流变改性剂可以是尿素、对苯二甲酸二烷基酯。
本发明中,所述杀菌剂可以是苯酚。
本发明中,所述醋酸铀酰锌钠加入量为4~10%,以印花糊料总重量计算。
本发明中,所述印花糊料用于锦纶和涤纶的印花。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过不同的成胶材料的组合,在使用时糊料不会出现粘度降低的现象,不妨碍染料固着到纤维内,印花的花纹精细,品质优秀和成本较低。

一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,
印花糊料包括成胶部分,成胶部分由刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合制成;
还包括糊状部分,糊状部分选用油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂作为印花糊料助剂,以印花糊料总重量计算,印花糊料助剂加入量为10~20%;
还包括以印花糊料总重量计算为0.2~0.9%的杀菌剂;
其中,流变改性剂为三甘油酯,以印花糊料总重量计算,再加入用量为0.3‰~2%,杀菌剂为苯酚;

1.一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,其特征在于,所述印花糊料包括成胶部分,所述成胶部分由刺云实胶、瓜尔胶、罗望子胶和关华豆胶四种单体按质量比3:5:6:6混合制成;
还包括糊状部分,所述糊状部分选用油性乳化糊、醋酸铀酰锌钠和流变改性剂作为印花糊料助剂,以印花糊料总重量计算,所述印花糊料助剂加入量为10~20%;还包括以印花糊料总重量计算为0.2~0.9%的杀菌剂;
其中,所述流变改性剂为三甘油酯,以印花糊料总重量计算,再加入用量为0.3‰~2%,所述杀菌剂为苯酚;以印花糊料的总重量计算,所述成胶部分的含量不低于80%,所述印花糊料的成糊率是在6~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,其特征在于:所述流变改性剂可以是尿素、对苯二甲酸二烷基酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂可以是苯酚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,其特征在于:所述醋酸铀酰锌钠加入量为4~10%,以印花糊料总重量计算。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纺织品印花的糊料,其特征在于:所述印花糊料用于锦纶和涤纶的印花。
