本发明公开了一种活性印染糊料,其组分按质量配比如下:海藻酸酯?20-25份,瓜尔胶?10-15份,羧甲基纤维素?12-15份,羧甲基淀粉?6-8份,聚丙烯酸钠?5-8份,碳酸氢钠?3-5份,纳米二氧化硅?1-3份,余量为水。本发明公开的活性印染糊料流变性和渗透性好,成糊率高,化学稳定性强,且制作成本低,有利于生产。

一种活性印染糊料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种印花糊料,特别是一种活性印染糊料。
背景技术
布料印染的方法主要有两种,一种是传统的涂料印染,另一种则是与涂料印染相对的活性印染。活性印染就是在印染过程中不添加偶氮和甲醛,不含对人体有害的物质,且洗涤时不褪色。活性印染与涂料印染的区别在于活性印染的手感滑软,从正反两方面看印染的效果都很好;而涂料印染的面料手感僵硬,看起来有点像油墨画效果;因此,活性印花越来越受到生产商的推崇。
目前,纺织品活性染料印花大多采用传统的筛网印花工艺,包括平网和圆网印花。筛网印花色浆一般由染料(或颜料)、助剂与原糊组成;糊料在筛网印花色浆配方中起关键作用,它控制印花浆的流变性、渗透性和迁移性,除染料外,糊料是决定印花质量的最主要因素。自活性染料问世以来,国内外一直以海藻酸钠作为活性染料印花的糊料,然而,随着印花技术的发展,对糊料要求的提高和海藻酸钠价格的上涨,近年来各厂商都在研究开发新型的活性印染糊料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种活性印染糊料,该糊料流变性和渗透性好,成糊率高,化学稳定性强,且制作成本低,有利于生产。。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种活性印染糊料,其组分按质量配比如下:海藻酸酯20-25份,瓜尔胶10-15份,羧甲基纤维素12-15份,羧甲基淀粉6-8份,聚丙烯酸钠5-8份,碳酸氢钠3-5份,纳米二氧化硅1-3份,余量为水。
更具体地,所述的水为软化水,不含钙离子和镁离子。
其中,采用了海藻酸酯作为主要的配料,提高了流变性和糊化能力,并且其价格低廉;此外,还增加了羧甲基纤维素和羧甲基淀粉,有利于增加糊料的粘稠度,提高糊料的化学稳定性;而聚丙烯酸钠属于一种表面活性剂,可增稠和保色,同时也作为一种印染助剂;而纳米二氧化硅可提高染料的抗老化能力,使染料保持鲜艳的颜色。
另外,采用软化水可防止糊料中的成分与钙、镁离子发生反应形成沉淀物,影响印染效果。

一种活性印染糊料,其组分按质量配比如下:海藻酸酯24份,瓜尔胶12份,羧甲基纤维素12份,羧甲基淀粉7份,聚丙烯酸钠6份,碳酸氢钠5份,纳米二氧化硅2份,余量为软化水。
实施例二
一种活性印染糊料,其组分按质量配比如下:海藻酸酯20份,瓜尔胶13份,羧甲基纤维素13份,羧甲基淀粉8份,聚丙烯酸钠8份,碳酸氢钠3份,纳米二氧化硅3份,余量为水。

2.根据权利要求1中所述的活性印染糊料,其特征在于,所述的水为软化水,不含钙离子和镁离子。
