本发明涉及一种复合印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:羧甲基淀粉纳2‑5份;羟乙基改性罗望子胶30‑50份;无水硫酸钠1‑5份;海藻酸钠5‑10份。该印花糊料黏度适宜,印花轮廓清晰,匀染性佳;具有较好的脱糊性和透网性,直接可用冷水溶解,使用方便;糊料的稳定性好,便于长久储存。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合印花糊料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
印花糊料是指加在印花色浆中能起到增稠作用的高分子化合物。印花糊料是印花色浆的主要组分,它决定着印花运转性能、染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的光洁度等,使染料能均匀地粘着于纤维。但传统印花糊料广泛使用海藻酸钠,但海藻酸钠存在以下缺点,夏天容易变质,不适合精细印花等等。
另外,海藻酸钠的原料是海带,海藻作为一种资源类的产品,目前被广泛应用于食品、化妆品等其他领域,而且应用领域在不断扩大,因此海藻酸钠的价格也不断上涨,给印花厂带来极大的成本负担。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种成本低、稳定性好的印花糊料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种复合印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
羧甲基淀粉纳2-5份;
羟乙基改性罗望子胶30-50份;
无水硫酸钠1-5份;
海藻酸钠5-10份。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明的糊料黏度适宜,印花轮廓清晰,匀染性佳;具有较好的脱糊性和透网性,直接可用冷水溶解,使用方便;糊料的稳定性好,便于长久储存。
本发明中羟乙基改性罗望子胶水溶性好,具有出色的流动性和化学稳定性;羧甲基淀粉纳分散性好,脱糊性能好,给合适量的海藻酸钠,可以得到很好的印制效果。
上述技术方案的改进是:还包括0.2-2份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚。其主要用作匀染剂,可降低染浴硫酸用量、还原染料匀染剂,并有助于迅速染色。

本实施例的复合印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
羧甲基淀粉纳2份;
羟乙基改性罗望子胶30份;
无水硫酸钠1份;
海藻酸钠5份。
实施例二
本实施例的复合印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
羧甲基淀粉纳5份;
羟乙基改性罗望子胶50份;
无水硫酸钠5份;
海藻酸钠10份。
实施例三
本实施例的复合印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
羧甲基淀粉纳3份;
羟乙基改性罗望子胶40份;
无水硫酸钠3份;
海藻酸钠8份。
以上实施例中均添加0.2-2份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚,有助于迅速染色。需要说明的是,无水硫酸钠也为促染剂。
