Abstract
本发明涉及一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法。利用一定比例的盐酸、磷酸、柠檬酸炒制的糊精粉,溶解到水中并加入甘油,恒温处理后,添加颜料、填料、杀菌剂等制备了一种广告画颜料,该广告画颜料与目前的糊精基广告画颜料相比,消除了后增稠现象,并且绘画流畅,光泽度饱满,具有广阔的市场前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法,属于有机材料技术领域。
背景技术
广告画是为了介绍、推销商品,或者因政治、军事、文化、社会等方面的需要而含有告白意味的一种绘画,大量应用于商业活动。主要刊登在报章、杂志以及张贴于墙壁上,也有绘在铁皮和木板而立于交通要道口或公共场所等。
目前广告画颜料的成膜物质主要有糊精基、桃胶基、阿拉伯胶基、树胶基等,其中糊精基的成本最低,便于大规模生产,但相比桃胶、阿拉伯胶和树胶,目前市场上糊精粉制备的广告画颜料具有明显的后增稠性,即在研磨、搅拌、晃动等情况下,广告画颜料具有明显的切力变稀的现象,静置会变粘稠,严重影响绘画时的笔触感。
为了克服上述缺点,本专利利用在多种酸的共同作用下炒制的具有独特性能的糊精粉,制备了无后增稠性的糊精基广告画颜料,制作工艺简单,成本低,产品笔触感好,干膜光泽度高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法,为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
取6~15kg水,向其中加入200~1000mL质量分数为36%的盐酸、200~600mL质量分数为85%的磷酸以及10~100g的柠檬酸,溶解混合均匀。将溶解混合均匀的酸液喷洒于350kg玉米淀粉中,搅拌均匀。转移至炒锅中,1.5~2小时升温至100~130℃,恒温3~6小时,放料,降温,过筛得糊精粉。将其转移至胶水制备器中,加入500~700kg水,45~55kg甘油,45~55℃下搅拌均匀。再向浆料中加入硫酸钡130~150kg,碳酸钙190~230kg,杀菌剂3~6kg,颜料2~15kg,搅拌均匀后,三辊机研磨3~5遍,得到产品。
所述的杀菌剂可以是百菌清、多菌灵、卡松、布罗波尔中的一种或者几种组合。
所述的颜料可以是土黄、土红、赭石、桔黄、中黄、淡黄、橄榄绿、粉绿、群青、钴蓝、湖蓝、深红、青莲、紫罗兰、柠檬黄、玫瑰红、钛白粉、碱性玫瑰精、铁黄、酞青绿、橡胶大红等一种或者几种的组合。
本发明的优点:本发明在多种酸的条件下炒制糊精粉,并通过合适工艺制备了无后增稠性的糊精基广告画颜料,制作工艺简单,成本低,产品笔触感好,干膜光泽度高,相比目前市场上的产品具有更好的性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细的阐明,但本发明的内容并不仅仅局限于下面的实施例。
实施例1
取15kg水,向其中加入900mL质量分数为36%的盐酸、300mL质量分数为85%的磷酸、100g的柠檬酸,溶解混合均匀。将溶解混合均匀的酸液喷洒于350kg玉米淀粉中,搅拌均匀。转移至炒锅中,1.5小时升温至110℃,恒温5小时,放料,降温,过筛得糊精粉,将其转移至胶水制备器中,加入500kg水,45kg甘油,45℃下搅拌均匀。再向浆料中加入硫酸钡130kg,碳酸钙190kg,卡松类杀菌剂3kg,百菌清3kg,赭石颜料2kg,搅拌均匀后,三辊机研磨3遍,得到产品。
实施例2
取10kg水,向其中加入500mL质量分数为36%的盐酸、500mL质量分数为85%的磷酸、60g的柠檬酸,溶解混合均匀。将溶解混合均匀的酸液喷洒于350kg玉米淀粉中,搅拌均匀。转移至炒锅中,2小时升温至120℃,恒温4小时,放料,降温,过筛得糊精粉,将其转移至胶水制备器中,加入600kg水,55kg甘油, 55℃下搅拌均匀。再向浆料中加入硫酸钡150kg,碳酸钙230kg,卡松类杀菌剂5kg,钛白粉颜料15kg,搅拌均匀后,三辊机研磨5遍,得到产品。
实施例3
取6kg水,向其中加入300mL质量分数为36%的盐酸、600mL质量分数为85%的磷酸,20g的柠檬酸,溶解混合均匀。将溶解混合均匀的酸液喷洒于350kg玉米淀粉中,搅拌均匀。转移至炒锅中,2小时升温至130℃,恒温3小时,放料,降温,过筛得糊精粉,将其转移至胶水制备器中,加入550kg水,50kg甘油,50℃下搅拌均匀。再向浆料中加入硫酸钡140kg,碳酸钙210kg,百菌清3kg,多菌灵2kg,柠檬黄颜料5kg,搅拌均匀后,三辊机研磨4遍,得到产品。

Claims (3)
1.一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法,其特征在于方法步骤如下:
(1)取6~15kg水,向其中加入200~1000mL质量分数为36%的盐酸、200~600mL质量分数为85%的磷酸以及10~100g的柠檬酸,溶解混合均匀;
(2)将溶解混合均匀的酸液喷洒于350kg玉米淀粉中,搅拌均匀;转移至炒锅中,1.5~2小时升温至100~130℃,恒温3~6小时,放料,降温,过筛得糊精粉,将其转移至胶水制备器中,加入500~700kg水,45~55kg甘油,45~55℃下搅拌均匀;
(3)再向浆料中加入硫酸钡130~150kg,碳酸钙190~230kg,杀菌剂3~5kg,颜料2~15kg,搅拌均匀,三辊机研磨3~5遍,得到产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的杀菌剂或是百菌清、多菌灵、卡松、布罗波尔中的一种或者几种组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种糊精基无后增稠性广告画颜料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的颜料或是土黄、土红、赭石、桔黄、中黄、淡黄、橄榄绿、粉绿、群青、钴蓝、湖蓝、深红、青莲、紫罗兰、柠檬黄、玫瑰红、钛白粉、碱性玫瑰精、铁黄、酞青绿、橡胶大红一种或者几种的组合。
