本发明公开了一种复合活性印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:羧甲基淀粉26‑32份;羧甲基纤维素4‑10份;海藻酸钠5‑15份;六偏磷酸钠3‑9份;无水硫酸钠1‑3份。本发明选用高粘度的羧甲基淀粉及羧甲基纤维素混合并配合适量的海藻酸钠制备复合印花糊料,改善了羧甲基淀粉及羧甲基纤维素作为印花糊料的印花性能,同时具有了两种成分用于印花的优点,而且得色率高于海藻酸钠,但成本却远低于海藻酸钠。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合活性印花糊料。
背景技术
印花糊料是指加在印花色浆中能起到增稠作用的高分子化合物。印花糊料是印花色浆的主要组分,它决定着印花运转性能、染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的光洁度等,使染料能均匀地粘着于纤维。但传目前国内外普遍采用海藻酸钠作为活性印花糊料,随着印染技术的不断发展,单独海藻酸钠已远远不能满足高质量印花的要求,存在流变性不理想、圆(平)网印花特别是高目数网印、精细花型和大面积印花印制效果不理想等缺陷,另外近年来海藻酸钠在食品级、医药级、日化等领域的广泛应用,使其价格不断攀升,因此人们开始寻找海藻酸钠的替代品或将海藻酸钠与其它糊料拼混使用。
因此,亟需新的技术来改进现有技术的不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种成本低、得色率高的复合活性印花糊料。
技术方案:一种复合活性印花糊料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:羧甲基淀粉26-32份;羧甲基纤维素4-10份;海藻酸钠5-15份;六偏磷酸钠3-9份;无水硫酸钠1-3份。

本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明选用高粘度的羧甲基淀粉及羧甲基纤维素混合并配合适量的海藻酸钠制备复合印花糊料,改善了羧甲基淀粉及羧甲基纤维素作为印花糊料的印花性能,同时具有了两种成分用于印花的优点,而且得色率高于海藻酸钠,但成本却远低于海藻酸钠。本发明产品应用于活性印花,具有得色率高和手感好的特点。

下面对本发明的技术方案做进一步说明。
一种复合活性印花糊料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:羧甲基淀粉26-32份;羧甲基纤维素4-10份;海藻酸钠5-15份;六偏磷酸钠3-9份;无水硫酸钠1-3份。
