Abstract

本发明公开了一种印花色浆的制备方法,该方法将研磨的颜料与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料的质量百分数为1~10%,印花浆的质量分数为90~99%。本发明方法节能减排,所用印花浆环保,所得印花色浆稳定性好,可存放较长时间。

一种印花色浆的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品印染领域,尤其是涉及一种纺织印花用色浆的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,常规的印花主要由筛网印花和数码印花,筛网印花主要包括圆网印花和平网印花,圆网印花和平网印花的速度较快,但花色亮度较低,花型分辨率较差,印制的面料发硬,手感较差,而且采用的染料环境污染较大;数码印花虽然解决了花型分辨率和清晰度的问题,但印花速度较慢,一般只有10m2/h,而且,受数码印花机的限制,印花幅宽有限,同时多数只能在涤棉等面料上印制,纯棉类则无法实现印花。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述问题,本申请人提供了一种印花色浆的制备方法。本发明方法无污染、低能耗、生产效率高。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种印花色浆的制备方法,所述方法将研磨的颜料与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料的质量百分数为1~10%,印花浆的质量分数为90~99%。
所述印花浆中包括10~50wt%的丙烯酸乳液、1~10wt%助剂,余量为增稠剂,将上述三者混合,1000~2000r/min的转速下搅拌15~20min,即可。
所述助剂为水,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠、丙烯酸、CMC、淀粉中的任一种。
所述颜料为11#红、21#黄或53#黑,细度<300目。
本发明有益的技术效果在于:
本发明方法节能减排,所用印花浆环保,所得印花色浆稳定性好,可存放较长时间。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行具体描述。
实施例1
一种印花色浆的制备方法,所述方法将研磨的11#红(细度<300目)与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料11#红的质量百分数为10%,印花浆的质量分数为90%。
所述印花浆中包括50wt%的丙烯酸乳液、10wt%助剂水,40wt%增稠剂海藻酸钠,将上述三者混合,1000r/min的转速下搅拌20min,即可。
实施例2
一种印花色浆的制备方法,所述方法将研磨的53#黑(细度<300目)与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料53#黑的质量百分数为8%,印花浆的质量分数为92%。
所述印花浆中包括40wt%的丙烯酸乳液、5wt%助剂水,55wt%增稠剂丙烯酸,将上述三者混合,2000r/min的转速下搅拌15min,即可。
实施例3
一种印花色浆的制备方法,所述方法将研磨的21#黄(细度<300目)与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料21#黄的质量百分数为5%,印花浆的质量分数为95%。
所述印花浆中包括20wt%的丙烯酸乳液、10wt%助剂水,70wt%增稠剂淀粉,将上述三者混合,2000r/min的转速下搅拌15min,即可。

1.一种印花色浆的制备方法,其特征在于所述方法将研磨的颜料与印花浆进行混配,其中颜料的质量百分数为1~10%,印花浆的质量分数为90~99%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述印花浆中包括10~50wt%的丙烯酸乳液、1~10wt%助剂,余量为增稠剂,将上述三者混合,1000~2000r/min的转速下搅拌15~20min,即可。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述助剂为水,所述增稠剂为海藻酸钠、丙烯酸、CMC、淀粉中的任一种。
