本发明涉及一种应用于全棉、人造棉印花用糊料及其制备方法,属于活性染料技术领域。本发明印花用糊料由以下组分组成:无机凝胶膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸聚合物和平平加O‑25。本发明制糊方便,得色量高,色泽鲜艳,花色齐全,匀染性好,脱糊性好,耐电解质,性价比高,且对环境友好,经济成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种应用于全棉、人造棉印花用糊料及其制备方法,属于活性染料技术领域。
背景技术
目前,全棉、人造棉活性染料印花,因其对手感、得色量和色谱全面性要求比较严格,一般的糊料因手感问题很难达到要求,海藻酸钠糊料因手感好而被作为首选。但海藻酸钠糊料也存在以下不足:
(1)单纯的海藻酸钠糊料存在印花表面得色量普遍较低。
(2)随着海带和各种藻类资源的过度利用,目前的资源相对匮乏,海藻酸钠的生产成本太高。
针对以上不足,如何开发出得色量高,色谱齐全,手感佳的全棉、人造棉活性染料印花糊料,迫在眉睫。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种应用于全棉、人造棉印花用糊料,尤其可以作为印花用糊料。本发明技术方案如下:
一种应用于全棉、人造棉印花用糊料,由以下组分组成:
无机凝胶膨润土、羧甲基纤维素钠、丙烯酸聚合物和平平加O-25。
优选的,由以下组分组成:
无机凝胶膨润土、速溶羧甲基纤维素钠、粉末状丙烯酸聚合物和粉末状平平加O-25。
本发明由以下按重量百分比的组分组成:
无机凝胶膨润土74-84.5%、速溶羧甲基纤维素钠10-15%、粉末状丙烯酸聚合物5-10%、粉末状平平加O-25 0.5-1%。
本发明印花用糊料的制备方法为:将各组分按比例进行混合,搅拌均匀后即得。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明制糊方便,得色量高,色泽鲜艳,花色齐全,匀染性好,脱糊性好,耐电解质,性价比高,是应用于全棉、人造棉的印花用糊料。此外,本发明对环境友好,且经济成本较低。本发明与海藻酸钠印花糊料进行比较,本发明的的成本要低40-50%,且上染率要提高了30-40%。

无机凝胶膨润土 74%;
速溶羧甲基纤维素钠 15%;
粉末状丙烯酸聚合物 10%;
粉末状平平加O-25 1%。
制备方法:将各组分按比例进行混合,搅拌均匀后即得。
该实施例制备的印花用糊料适合全棉、人造棉织物的精细花纹印花,花纹清晰,颜色亮丽。

由以下按重量百分比的组分组成:
无机凝胶膨润土 84.5%;
速溶羧甲基纤维素钠 10%;
粉末状丙烯酸聚合物 5%;

粉末状丙烯酸聚合物 8%;
粉末状平平加O-25 1%。

该实施例制备的印花用糊料适合全棉、人造棉织物印花,色泽艳丽,均一性好,手感柔软。

无机凝胶膨润土74-84.5%、速溶羧甲基纤维素钠10-15%、粉末状丙烯酸聚合物5-10%、粉末状平平加O-25 0.5-1%;
上述印花用糊料的制备方法为:将各组分按比例进行混合,搅拌均匀后即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于全棉、人造棉印花用糊料,其特征在于,所述印花用糊料由以下按重量百分比的组分组成:
无机凝胶膨润土 74%;
速溶羧甲基纤维素钠 15%;
