Abstract

本发明公开了一种毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,包括:变性淀粉0.5~3%、助溶剂2~5%、甘油1~3%、元明粉1~2%、硫酸铵1.5~2.5%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。本发明中毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆采用水溶性的增稠剂替代现有技术中的壳聚糖,利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶等亲水可成膜、稳定性高的特点,经该抗渗化浆预处理、数码印花、汽蒸后的面料中糊料清洗去除简单,无糊料残留的面料手感软糯。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品生产技术领域,具体涉及一种毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆。
背景技术
精毛纺织物具有滑糯细腻的手感,柔和的光泽,优良的质地,染色或印花后的高贵色泽,深受广大消费者的青睐。数码喷墨印花效果好、绿色环保, 因此在纺织印花行业发展迅速,被大量的应用于羊绒、羊毛、真丝等高档面料的印花。但羊绒数码印花在企业实际生产中仍然存在染料渗化较严重、花纹清晰精细度不够、鲜艳度和得色量不高等一系列问题。改进的技术方案将壳聚糖加入到浆料中,利用壳聚糖对羊毛面表的静电吸引及抗菌性能,使经数码印花的羊毛毛纺面料具有优良的抗菌性能和色牢度。但是,壳聚糖不能直接溶于水,只能溶于一些有机酸和无机酸中,因此不利于印花及汽蒸后对糊料的清洗去除处理,会使面料手感发硬。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,经上述浆料处理后的面料中的糊料容易洗去,在酸性浴液中糊料性能稳定。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,包括:变性淀粉0.5~3%、助溶剂2~5%、甘油1~3%、元明粉1~2%、硫酸铵1.5~2.5%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为30~45%。
优选的技术方案为,酸性pH值调节剂为选自柠檬酸、乙酸、苹果酸和乳酸中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,抗渗化浆中还包括渗透剂、防水剂和防泳移剂中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯类表面活性剂;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;防泳移剂为PA防泳移剂。
优选的技术方案为,助溶剂为选自尿素、二甘醇醚、硫代双乙醇类助溶剂和含氮阳离子木质素中的至少一种。
优选的技术方案为,助溶剂为2.2-'硫代双乙醇和二甘醇醚的组合物,助溶剂中2.2-'硫代双乙醇的重量百分比为20~40%。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明中毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆采用水溶性的增稠剂替代现有技术中的壳聚糖,利用魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶等亲水可成膜、稳定性高的特点,经该抗渗化浆预处理、数码印花、汽蒸后的面料中糊料清洗去除简单,无糊料残留的面料手感软糯。

实施例1
为实现上述技术效果,实施例1中毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆包括:变性淀粉0.5%、助溶剂2%、甘油1%、元明粉1%、硫酸铵1.5%、增稠剂0.2%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为4;增稠剂为魔芋葡甘露聚糖。
酸性pH值调节剂为柠檬酸。
抗渗化浆中还包括渗透剂、防水剂。
聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯类表面活性剂;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;助溶剂为尿素。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别为:
毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆的组成包括变性淀粉3%、助溶剂5%、甘油3%、元明粉2%、硫酸铵2.5%、增稠剂1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为5。
增稠剂为黄原胶与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为30%。
酸性pH值调节剂为乙酸。
抗渗化浆中还包括渗透剂、防水剂和防泳移剂。
聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯类表面活性剂;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;防泳移剂为PA防泳移剂。

毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆的组成包括:变性淀粉2.1%、助溶剂3.5%、甘油2%、元明粉1.5%、硫酸铵2%、增稠剂1%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为4.5。
增稠剂为卡拉胶与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为45%。
酸性pH值调节剂为苹果酸和乳酸1:1的组合。
抗渗化浆中还包括渗透剂、防水剂和防泳移剂。
聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯类表面活性剂;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;防泳移剂为PA防泳移剂。
助溶剂为2.2-'硫代双乙醇和二甘醇醚的组合物,助溶剂中2.2-'硫代双乙醇的重量百分比为40%。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例3的区别在于:增稠剂为卡拉胶中与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为37%。
助溶剂中2.2-'硫代双乙醇的重量百分比为30%。
对比例
对比例采用壳聚糖作为增稠剂,用量与实施例3相同,其他组分含量同实施例3。
用80 目筛网在手工平台板上刮印上浆,刮印 6~8刀,要求不透底、面料表面绒毛贴服在表面。烘干温度 95 ℃,然后采用工业级的酸性墨水对面料进行喷印,具体为由色卡生成软件生成青色( C: 100,M: 0,Y: 0, K: 0) 、红色( C: 0,M: 100,Y: 0,K: 0) 、黄色( C: 0,M: 0,Y: 100,K: 0) 分别进行打印。打印条件为: 双向、4 通道,然后经烘干、蒸化(105 ℃,20~30 min)、冷水洗、中性皂洗、冷水洗和烘干处理,得到数码印花面料。
经检测,实施例1-4的脱糊率分别为85.8%、87.3%、89.0%、90.6%,而对比例的脱糊率为85.2%,由于数码印花后期处理中没有采用酸性洗涤液,因此对比例中壳聚糖脱糊率较低,而魔芋粉与黄原胶或卡拉胶混合成膜具有可逆性,在加热条件下凝胶转化为溶胶,与水的水合能力强,因此表现为较高的脱糊率。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,包括:变性淀粉0.5~3%、助溶剂2~5%、甘油1~3%、元明粉1~2%、硫酸铵1.5~2.5%、增稠剂0.2~1.4%、酸性pH值调节剂和余量水,抗渗化浆的pH值为4~5;增稠剂为选自魔芋葡甘露聚糖、黄原胶、瓜尔豆胶、卡拉胶中的至少一种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,增稠剂为黄原胶和卡拉胶中的至少一种与魔芋葡甘露聚糖的组合物,增稠剂中魔芋葡甘露聚糖的重量百分比为30~45%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,酸性pH值调节剂为选自柠檬酸、乙酸、苹果酸和乳酸中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,抗渗化浆中还包括渗透剂、防水剂和防泳移剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求5所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇酯类表面活性剂;防水剂为AG710 防水剂;防泳移剂为PA防泳移剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,助溶剂为选自尿素、二甘醇醚、硫代双乙醇类助溶剂和含氮阳离子木质素中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的毛纺面料酸性墨水数码印花抗渗化浆,其特征在于,助溶剂为2.2-'硫代双乙醇和二甘醇醚的组合物,助溶剂中2.2-'硫代双乙醇的重量百分比为20~40%。
