本发明涉及一种织物印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:羧甲基淀粉25‑30份;醚化淀粉3‑8份;海藻酸钠1‑5份;六偏磷酸钠5‑10份;乳化植物油0.2‑2份。该印花糊料黏度适宜,黏而不沾,触变性能高,用该糊料调制出得色浆,携带染化料在织物上时,不沾印花工具及织物,有效的提高了工作效率和产品质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物印花糊料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
印花糊料是指加在印花色浆中能起到增稠作用的高分子化合物。印花糊料是印花色浆的主要组分,它决定着印花运转性能、染料的表面给色量、花纹轮廓的光洁度等,使染料能均匀地粘着于纤维。但传统印花糊料在印花工艺中容易出现因沾刀口而拖浆刮不净,因沾网而拖带,因沾织物而难退浆等弊病,从而次品率较高。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种成品率高的织物印花糊料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种织物印花糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:
羧甲基淀粉25-30份;
醚化淀粉3-8份;
海藻酸钠1-5份;
六偏磷酸钠5-10份;
乳化植物油0.2-2份。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明中羧甲基淀粉的分散性好,具有良好的剪切稀化性能和化学稳定性,脱糊性能好,给色量比海藻酸钠高,印制效果较好,而六偏磷酸钠为软水剂。本发明的糊料黏度适宜,黏而不沾,触变性能高,用该糊料调制出得色浆,携带染化料在织物上时,不沾印花工具及织物,有效的提高了工作效率和产品质量。
