本发明涉及一种棉麻织物印花糊料，包括以下质量份数的各组分：羧甲基淀粉25‑30份；醚化淀粉3‑8份；海藻酸钠1‑5份；六偏磷酸钠5‑10份；乳化植物油0.2‑2份。该印花糊料黏度适宜，黏而不沾，触变性能高，用该糊料调制出得色浆，携带染化料在织物上时，不沾印花工具及织物，有效的提高了工作效率和产品质量。

本发明涉及一种棉麻织物印花糊料，属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
在活性染料印花中糊料一般用做增稠剂来调节色浆的流变性能。海藻酸钠因其不与活性染料反应、得色量高、色谱齐全、易从织物上洗去、织物手感柔软等优点，一直是活性染料印花糊料的首选。但它价格较贵，印花成本相对较高，而且印花过程中常因停机引起漏色，造成织物玷污，不适合精细印花。因此寻找一种成本低廉、能够印制精细花型的糊料已经成为当务之急。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是：提供一种成本低廉、能够印制精细花型的棉麻织物印花糊料。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明提出的技术方案是：一种棉麻织物印花糊料，包括以下质量份数的各组分：
羧甲基淀粉65-80份；
羧甲基纤维素20-35份；
苯甲酸钠3-8份；
六偏磷酸钠5-10份；
硫代硫酸钠0.2-2份。
本发明带来的有益效果是：本发明中以羧甲基淀粉、羧甲基纤维素为主，具有良好的剪切稀化性能和化学稳定性，脱糊性能好，给色量比海藻酸钠高，印制效果较好。，各方面性能都能满足印染需求，可替代传统的海藻酸钠，降低了印染企业的生产成本。经试验表明，本发明糊料尤其适用于棉麻织物的印染。
