本发明公开了一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,涉及印染技术领域,包括按重量份数计的如下成分:海藻酸钠25‑35份、交联羧甲基淀粉75‑100份、尿素5‑10份、碳酸氢钠3‑5份、瓜尔胶10‑12份、膨润土8‑10份、羧甲基纤维素12‑15份、聚丙烯酸钠5‑8份、防霉抗菌剂5‑8份,余量为水。该种改性海藻酸钠糊料,改善其储存稳定性,提高其印花质量。

一种改性海藻酸钠糊料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及印染技术领域,特别是涉及一种改性海藻酸钠糊料及其制备方法。
背景技术
布料印染的方法主要有两种,一种是传统的涂料印染,另一种则是与涂料印染相对的活性印染。活性印染就是在印染过程中不添加偶氮和甲醛,不含对人体有害的物质,且洗涤时不褪色。活性印染与涂料印染的区别在于活性印染的手感滑软,从正反两方面看印染的效果都很好;而涂料印染的面料手感僵硬,看起来有点像油墨画效果;因此,活性印花越来越受到生产商的推崇。
目前,纺织品活性染料印花大多采用传统的筛网印花工艺,包括平网和圆网印花。筛网印花色浆一般由染料(或颜料)、助剂与原糊组成;糊料在筛网印花色浆配方中起关键作用,它控制印花浆的流变性、渗透性和迁移性,除染料外,糊料是决定印花质量的最主要因素。自活性染料问世以来,国内外一直以海藻酸钠作为活性染料印花的糊料,然而,随着印花技术的发展,对糊料要求的越来越高,现有海藻酸钠糊储存稳定性差。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题,克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,改善其储存稳定性,提高其印花质量。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,包括按重量份数计的如下成分:海藻酸钠25-35份、交联羧甲基淀粉75-100份、尿素5-10份、碳酸氢钠3-5份、瓜尔胶10-12份、膨润土8-10份、羧甲基纤维素12-15份、聚丙烯酸钠5-8份、防霉抗菌剂5-8份,余量为水。
技术效果:本发明使用交联羧甲基淀粉,对原糊粘度基本无影响,且相容性很好,其给色量高于海藻酸钠,脱糊率则低于海藻酸钠,具有良好的印花性能,综合印花效果良好,可用作活性染料、分散-活性染料的印花糊料,是一种较为理想的海藻酸钠代用品。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是:
进一步的,交联羟甲基淀粉按以下步骤制得:
在捏合机中投入玉米淀粉和有机溶剂、交联剂,三者比例为50:5:8,搅拌均匀;
加入烧碱溶液,碱化30-45min;
投入氯乙酸钠,加热并控制温度在40-55℃,反应1.5-2h;
取出产品烘干、粉碎,得白色粉末状交联羟甲基淀粉。
前所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,水进行软化处理,加入六偏磷酸钠做软水剂,去除水中钙镁离子形成的水溶性络合物。
前所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,防霉抗菌剂为PHMB抗菌剂、卤代胺类抗菌剂、罗汉柏油、壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
本发明的另一目的在于提供用于上述方案所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将海藻酸钠、交联羧甲基淀粉、碳酸氢钠、羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠和水搅拌30-45min,混合均匀;
S2、再加入尿素、防霉抗菌剂加热至80℃并均匀搅拌35-45min;
S3、用双氧水对瓜尔胶进行氧化处理,最后加入瓜尔胶、膨润土均匀搅拌1.5-2h得到成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明用双氧水氧化瓜尔胶,与海藻酸钠配合使用所得到的K/S值远远高于海藻酸钠,而干、湿摩擦牢度不低于海藻酸钠;且瓜尔胶价格低,有利于节约生产成本,具有良好的发展潜力;
(2)本发明加入膨润土,使得糊料均匀细腻、耐酸耐碱、稳定性改善,与海藻酸钠混用具有良好的流变性能;与染料和纤维均无结合力,印花后得色质量高,糊料易于洗除,而且产生的废水对环境无污染;
(3)本发明加入防霉抗菌剂,从而减少海藻酸钠在温度高时发生霉变的现象,改善其储存稳定性,提高其得色量;
(4)本发明加入尿素,一方面可作为溶剂加入糊料中,有效促使染料分子的电离和溶解,从而提高活性染料的溶解度;另一方面,因尿素蒸发时的吸热特性,在织物表面吸附一层水膜,棉纤维充分溶胀,使得染料分子更加快速地进入纤维内部,从而提高了固色率。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,首先按以下步骤制得交联羟甲基淀粉:
在捏合机中投入玉米淀粉和有机溶剂、交联剂,三者比例为50:5:8,搅拌均匀;
加入烧碱溶液,碱化30min;
投入氯乙酸钠,加热并控制温度在40℃,反应1.5h;
取出产品烘干、粉碎,得白色粉末状交联羟甲基淀粉。
水进行软化处理,加入六偏磷酸钠做软水剂,去除水中钙镁离子形成的水溶性络合物。
然后按以下步骤制备改性海藻酸钠糊料:
S1、将海藻酸钠25kg、交联羧甲基淀粉75kg、碳酸氢钠3kg、羧甲基纤维素12kg、聚丙烯酸钠5kg和水搅拌30min,混合均匀;
S2、再加入尿素5kg、PHMB抗菌剂5kg加热至80℃并均匀搅拌35min;
S3、用双氧水对瓜尔胶进行氧化处理,最后加入瓜尔胶10-12kg、膨润土8kg均匀搅拌1.5h得到成品。
实施例2
本实施例提供的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,首先按以下步骤制得交联羟甲基淀粉:
在捏合机中投入玉米淀粉和有机溶剂、交联剂,三者比例为50:5:8,搅拌均匀;
加入烧碱溶液,碱化45min;
投入氯乙酸钠,加热并控制温度在55℃,反应2h;
取出产品烘干、粉碎,得白色粉末状交联羟甲基淀粉。
水进行软化处理,加入六偏磷酸钠做软水剂,去除水中钙镁离子形成的水溶性络合物。
然后按以下步骤制备改性海藻酸钠糊料:
S1、将海藻酸钠35kg、交联羧甲基淀粉100kg、碳酸氢钠5kg、羧甲基纤维素15kg、聚丙烯酸钠8kg和水搅拌45min,混合均匀;
S2、再加入尿素10kg、PHMB抗菌剂8kg加热至80℃并均匀搅拌45min;
S3、用双氧水对瓜尔胶进行氧化处理,最后加入瓜尔胶12kg、膨润土10kg均匀搅拌2h得到成品。
将实施例1、实施例2制得的糊料进行印花效果对比,结果如下:
由上表可知,改性后的海藻酸钠糊料K/S值、脱糊率、渗透率均显著提高,稳定性也得到改善,而耐磨性能基本不受影响。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,其特征在于,包括按重量份数计的如下成分:海藻酸钠25-35份、交联羧甲基淀粉75-100份、尿素5-10份、碳酸氢钠3-5份、瓜尔胶10-12份、膨润土8-10份、羧甲基纤维素12-15份、聚丙烯酸钠5-8份、防霉抗菌剂5-8份,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,其特征在于:所述交联羟甲基淀粉按以下步骤制得:
在捏合机中投入玉米淀粉和有机溶剂、交联剂,三者比例为50:5:8,搅拌均匀;
加入烧碱溶液,碱化30-45min;
投入氯乙酸钠,加热并控制温度在40-55℃,反应1.5-2h;
取出产品烘干、粉碎,得白色粉末状交联羟甲基淀粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,其特征在于:所述水进行软化处理,加入六偏磷酸钠做软水剂,去除水中钙镁离子形成的水溶性络合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料,其特征在于:所述防霉抗菌剂为PHMB抗菌剂、卤代胺类抗菌剂、罗汉柏油、壳聚糖中的一种或多种。
5.用于如权利要求1所述的一种改性海藻酸钠糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将海藻酸钠、交联羧甲基淀粉、碳酸氢钠、羧甲基纤维素、聚丙烯酸钠和水搅拌30-45min,混合均匀;
S2、再加入尿素、防霉抗菌剂加热至80℃并均匀搅拌35-45min;
S3、用双氧水对瓜尔胶进行氧化处理,最后加入瓜尔胶、膨润土均匀搅拌1.5-2h得到成品。
