本发明公开了一种活性数码印花浆料及其制备方法和应用,所述活性数码印花浆料包括助剂、糊料和水,所述助剂包括防染盐、助溶剂、弱碱和反应促进剂,其中所述糊料包括生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉,所述生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1)。本发明提供的活性数码印花浆料提高了印花成品的颜色鲜艳度和深度,减轻了边缘渗化程度,改善了印透性,同时降低了成本。

一种活性数码印花浆料及其制备方法和应用
技术领域
本发明属于数码印花技术领域,具体为一种活性数码印花浆料及其制备方法和应用。
背景技术
随着数码打印技术的快速发展,数码喷墨印花已经运用到纺织印染行业的方方面面,从一开始的单纯的面料打印,到现在已经运用到成衣,半成品的打印;从薄型织物发展到毛绒织物等厚织物的打印。在喷印厚织物面料的过程中,一些企业发现织物的上浆,以及喷印后的烘干需要花费大量的热能,影响了生产效率,同时颜色的鲜艳度不能满足市场需求。
随着国家对环保的要求越来越严,传统印花企业纷纷转型,数码印花处在了历史的转折点。然而,厚织物活性数码印花与传统印花相比还有以下缺点:1,颜色鲜艳度,深度不够;2,印透性与传统印花相比,效果欠佳。
湿打印技术为解决活性数码印花在棉毛衫等厚织物中的应用中存在的问题提供了可能。然而,将传统活性印花浆料用于湿打印工艺中,喷墨后,墨水渗色速度非常快,线条易出现毛刺,甚至出现晕黑的现象。目前,在进行活性数码印花湿打印工艺时,用于处理棉毛衫等厚织物中时所用的浆料通常使用海藻酸钠作为糊料,海藻酸钠的主要作用是作为活性染料上染纤维的载体,同时防止花型的渗化。但是,海藻酸钠用量低,会造成花型易渗化,同时颜色深度降低;海藻酸钠用量大浆料粘度增加,会造成刮色不均匀,同时印透性太差。同时随着各行各业对海藻酸钠的需求量不断增加,海藻酸钠的价格也节节攀升,造成成本的增加。故而行业迫切需求一种适用于湿打印工艺的浆料,降低企业成本,降低能耗,满足终端需求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是为了克服上述现有技术存在的数码印花后的厚织物的颜色鲜艳度和深度低、边缘渗化严重、印透性差、成本高等问题,本发明提供了一种活性数码印花浆料及其制备方法和应用,提高了数码印花后的厚织物的颜色鲜艳度和深度,减轻了边缘渗化程度,改善了印透性,同时降低了成本。
本发明提供一种活性数码印花浆料,所述活性数码印花浆料包括助剂、糊料和水,所述助剂包括防染盐、助溶剂、弱碱和反应促进剂,其中所述糊料包括生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉,所述生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1)。
本发明中,所述生物改性淀粉可为环状糊精、麦芽糊精和直链淀粉中的一种或多种。
本发明中,所述糊料的用量可为本领域常规用量,较佳地为1.5%~2.5%。
本发明中,所述防染盐可为本领域常规使用的弱氧化剂,较佳地为3-硝基苯磺酸钠;所述防染盐的用量可为本领域常规用量,较佳地为1%。
本发明中,所述助溶剂可为本领域常规助溶剂,较佳地为尿素;所述助溶剂的用量可为本领域常规用量,较佳地为5%~8%。
本发明中,所述弱碱可为本领域常规使用的弱碱,较佳地为小苏打;所述弱碱的用量可为本领域常规用量,较佳地为4%~8%,更佳地为5%。
本发明中,所述反应促进剂可为本领域常规反应促进剂,较佳地为元明粉;所述反应促进剂的用量可为本领域常规用量,较佳地为5%。
本发明中,所述糊料较佳地由海藻酸钠、生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组成。
本发明中,所述糊料中海藻酸钠与生物改性淀粉的质量比较佳地为1:1。
本发明中,所述百分比为各组分质量占所述的活性数码印花浆料的总质量的百分比。
本发明还提供了所述活性数码印花浆料的制备方法,所述制备方法可为本领域常规方法,即将所述活性数码印花浆料中的各原料混合均匀即可。本发明特别优选包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述糊料预先混合均匀;
(2)将所述助溶剂和所述防染盐溶解在水中;
(3)将步骤(1)所得的混合物与步骤(2)所得的混合物混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所得的混合物与所述反应促进剂混合均匀,静置;
(5)将步骤(4)所得的混合物与所述弱碱混合均匀,得到所述的活性数码印花浆料。
其中,步骤(1)与步骤(2)先后顺序不作限定。
其中,所述静置的时间可采用本领域常规工艺参数,较佳地为不低于6小时。
本发明还提供了所述活性数码印花浆料在厚织物数码印花湿打印工艺中的应用。
在符合本领域常识的基础上,上述各优选条件,可任意组合,即得本发明各较佳实例。
本发明所用试剂和原料均市售可得。
本发明的积极进步效果在于:
1、本发明的活性数码印花浆料,应用于棉毛衫等厚织物数码印花湿打印工艺中,可以提高颜色鲜艳度和深度,减轻边缘渗化程度,改善印透性。
2、本发明使用生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉作为糊料,成本优势更加明显。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例的方式进一步说明本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,按照常规方法和条件,或按照商品说明书选择。
实施例1~3和对比例1的活性数码印花浆料的组分组成如下表1所示,各实施例或对比例中的活性数码印花浆料的制备方法为:称量好所需要的原料,先将生物改性淀粉、马铃薯淀粉和/或海藻酸钠预混均匀,尿素和3-硝基苯磺酸钠加入水中,搅拌溶解后,匀速加入预混好的糊料中。搅拌两小时后,加入元明粉,再次搅拌二十分钟。将浆料静置六小时后,加入小苏打搅拌均匀,即可使用。

效果实施例1
使用磁棒刮样机将本发明实施例1~3和对比例1的活性数码印花浆料分别均匀刮到32*32/133*72面料上,再使用安诺科活性墨水红、黄、蓝、黑进行CMYK色块打印。通过饱和蒸汽蒸化12分钟,水洗,熨平,得到湿打印数码印花纺织品。对数码印花成品图案的颜色鲜艳度、印透性、边缘突出和颜色深度指标进行测试。
其中,颜色鲜艳度和印透性通过目测得出;边缘突出是通过电子放大镜放大并截图计量所得;颜色深度是通过电脑测色仪在多光源条件下测定K/S值得出。测定结果如表2所示。表2结果表明,用生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉部分替代海藻酸钠,通过调整各自的用量,可达到与单独使用海藻酸钠相当的颜色深度,而且改善了边缘渗化程度,同时降低了成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于厚织物的活性数码印花浆料,所述活性数码印花浆料包括助剂、糊料和水,所述助剂包括防染盐、助溶剂、弱碱和反应促进剂,其特征在于,所述糊料由海藻酸钠、生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉组成;所述糊料中海藻酸钠与生物改性淀粉的质量比为1:1,所述生物改性淀粉和马铃薯淀粉的质量比为(2:1)~(3:1);所述糊料的用量为1.5%~2.5%;所述弱碱的用量为4%~8%;所述防染盐的用量为1%;所述百分比为各组分质量占所述的活性数码印花浆料的总质量的百分比。
2.如权利要求1所述的活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述生物改性淀粉为环状糊精、麦芽糊精和直链淀粉中的一种或多种。
3.如权利要求1所述的活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于, 和/或,所述助溶剂的用量为5%~8%;
和/或,所述弱碱的用量为5%;
和/或,所述反应促进剂的用量为5%;
所述百分比为各组分质量占所述的活性数码印花浆料的总质量的百分比。
4.如权利要求1所述的活性数码印花浆料,其特征在于,所述防染盐为3-硝基苯磺酸钠;
和/或,所述助溶剂为尿素;
和/或,所述弱碱为小苏打;
和/或,所述反应促进剂为元明粉。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述的活性数码印花浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法为将所述活性数码印花浆料中的各原料混合均匀即可。
6.如权利要求5所述的活性数码印花浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述糊料预先混合均匀;
(2)将所述助溶剂和所述防染盐溶解在水中;
(3)将步骤(1)所得混合物与步骤(2)所得混合物混合均匀;
(4)将步骤(3)所得混合物与所述反应促进剂混合均匀,静置;
(5)将步骤(4)所得混合物与所述弱碱混合均匀,得到所述的活性数码印花浆料;
其中,步骤(1)与步骤(2)先后顺序不作限定。
7.如权利要求6所述的活性数码印花浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述静置的时间不低于6小时。
8.一种如权利要求1~4任一项所述的活性数码印花浆料在棉毛衫数码印花湿打印工艺中的应用。
