Abstract

本发明公开了一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,属纺织印染技术领域,其步骤如下:(1)印花匀染剂配制:依次加入一定量的水、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐、己内酰胺、尿素、平平加O,搅拌均匀;(2)活性翠兰色浆制备:依次加入一定量水、步骤(1)制得的印花匀染剂、尿素、染料、防染盐S、小苏打,加入预先制备的海藻酸钠原糊,室温搅拌至色浆均匀;(3)印花:纯棉织物刮印色浆、烘干、饱和蒸汽蒸化、水洗、烘干。采用本发明,活性翠兰印花可获得优良的印花匀染效果,印花产品质量稳定。

一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,属纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
活性染料印花中,常用活性翠蓝是铜酞菁类母体结构的活性染料,其色光鲜艳,呈亮丽的翠蓝色光,在纤维素印花中占有重要地位。在实际生产中,印花蒸化固色时间短,染料必须短时间内从浆膜转移,并与纤维发生化学反应。酞菁结构活性翠蓝染料溶解度较差,分子量大,直接性强,易出现印花发花、色点等问题,产品质量稳定性差。
专利2014102227525.9公开了一种活性染料印花工艺,其步骤如下:原糊制备、色浆制备、印花,以甘油和三甘醇为原料,用来代替工业上尿素的使用,它可以减少染整活性染料印花对于环境的影响,特别是对于水质的影响。专利201410812571.5公开了一种高温匀染剂,按重量份计组分组成:3.2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,0.6份亚甲基双萘磺酸盐,1.4份十二烷基二苯醚二磺酸钠,2.3份羧甲基纤维素,1.1份异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚,2.9份邻苯甲酸二叔丁酯,具有优异的移染、缓染和分散性能。专利200810032831.1公开了一种活性翠兰染色匀染剂,包括亚甲基萘磺酸盐10-15%、木质素磺酸盐15-20%、羧甲基纤维素2-5%、尿素2-5%,对染料有增溶作用,可使染料在加入电解质的情况下不会析出,获得匀染效果。目前,匀染性能提升方面的研究主要集中在匀染剂,匀染剂大多由阴离子、非离子化合物复配而成,主要针对分散、活性染料染色过程。活性翠兰印花方法及匀染性提升方面的研究很少。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,提高染料溶解度,降低染料分子聚集程度,从而获得优良的印花匀染效果。
本发明一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)印花匀染剂配制,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水45~70%、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐5~10%、己内酰胺10~15%、尿素10~20%、平平加O 5~10%,搅拌均匀。
(2)活性翠兰印花色浆制备,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水65.4~30%、步骤(1)制得的印花匀染剂1~3%、尿素2~5%、活性翠兰0.1~7%、防染盐S 0.5~1%、小苏打1~4%、海藻酸钠原糊30~50%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,控制色浆粘度2000~5000mPa·s;所述的海藻酸钠原糊中海藻酸钠的重量百分比为4~6%,其余为水。
(3)印花,工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。
所述的印花匀染剂在25℃下的pH值为7~8之间。
所述的活性翠兰是铜酞菁类母体结构的活性翠兰K-GL、活性翠蓝KN-G、活性翠蓝P-GR中的一种或几种。
采用本发明,活性翠兰印花匀染性获得提升。
活性染料印花过程中,印花色浆烘干后包覆染料分子在织物表面形成浆膜,蒸化过程中浆膜吸水膨化,染料分子才可以向纤维内部扩散。活性翠兰溶解度较低,分子量大,直接性强,染料分子聚集程度高,极易在纤维表面聚集,在蒸化过程中时间短,难以扩散均匀,产生发花、色点等疵点。本发明一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,所述印花匀染剂中尿素和己内酰胺增加染料溶解度,蒸化过程中促进浆膜吸湿和纤维溶胀,与纤维形成氢键促进染料扩散;平平加O与染料作用,控制染料上染速率;亚甲基双萘磺酸盐促进染料分子扩散渗透,从而获得优良的印花匀染效果。
本发明的有益效果
本发明一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法提高了活性翠兰染料分子的有效扩散渗透,有助于染料与纤维之间化学反应结合,促进印花的匀染性,使产品整体颜色效果得到提升。

具体实施方式
为了进一步了解本发明,下面结合实施例对本发明进行描述,但是应当理解,这些描述只是为进一步说明本发明的特征和优点,而不是对本发明权利要求的限制。
本发明一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,其步骤如下:
(1)印花匀染剂配制,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水45~70%、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐5~10%、己内酰胺10~15%、尿素10~20%、平平加O 5~10%,搅拌均匀。
(2)活性翠兰印花色浆制备,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水65.4~30%、步骤(1)制得的印花匀染剂1~3%、尿素2~5%、活性翠兰0.1~7%、防染盐S 0.5~1%、小苏打1~4%、海藻酸钠原糊30~50%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,控制色浆粘度2000~5000mPa·s;所述的海藻酸钠原糊中海藻酸钠的重量百分比为4~6%,其余为水。
(3)印花,工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。
所述的印花匀染剂在25℃下的pH值为7~8之间。
所述的活性翠兰是铜酞菁类母体结构的活性翠兰K-GL、活性翠蓝KN-G、活性翠蓝P-GR中的一种或几种。
采用本发明,活性翠兰印花匀染性获得提升。
以下实施例中所用试剂均为市售常规产品。
实施例1
配制10Kg印花匀染剂,向容器中依次加入50℃温水7.0Kg,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠0.5Kg,己内酰胺0.8Kg,尿素1.2Kg,平平加O 0.5Kg,搅拌至混合均匀,呈淡黄色透明溶液状态,获得活性翠兰印花匀染剂,25℃测量pH值为7.65。
印花色浆配方:依次加入水55%,上述印花匀染剂3%,尿素5%,活性翠蓝P-GR4%,防染盐S 0.5%,小苏打2.5%,海藻酸钠原糊30%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,色浆粘度2500mPa·s,原糊中海藻酸钠质量百分比为6%。
按上述印花色浆配方配制色浆,用于纯棉织物印花,烘干,蒸化8min,再进行水洗皂洗,彻底去除印花织物浮色。具体印花工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆(3mm/s,4V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。
用美国爱色丽公司的X-rite PREMIER 8400测色仪对上述工艺印花的布样进行测试分析,得到印花布面随机15点得色量(K/S值)数据。K/S值分布越集中,印花布面颜色均匀性越好;反之,K/S值分布越广,印花布面颜色均匀性越差。K/S数据分布情况如图1所示。
比较例1
印花色浆配方:活性翠蓝P-GR 4%,水57%,尿素5%,小苏打2.5%,防染盐S0.5%,海藻酸钠原糊31%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,色浆粘度2500mPa·s,原糊中海藻酸钠质量百分比为6%。
按上述印花色浆配方配制色浆,用于纯棉织物印花,烘干,蒸化8min,再进行水洗皂洗,彻底去除印花织物浮色。具体印花工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆(3mm/s,4V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。
用美国爱色丽公司的X-rite PREMIER 8400测色仪对上述工艺印花的布样进行测试分析,得到印花布面随机15点得色量(K/S值)数据。K/S值分布越集中,印花布面颜色均匀性越好;反之,K/S值分布越广,印花布面颜色均匀性越差。K/S数据分布情况如图2所示。
这充分说明了本发明可以明显提高活性翠兰印花均匀性。
实施例2
配制10Kg印花匀染剂,向容器中依次加入50℃温水5.0Kg,亚甲基双萘磺酸钠1.0Kg,己内酰胺1.5Kg,尿素1.5Kg,平平加O 1.0Kg,搅拌至混合均匀,呈黄棕色透明溶液状态,获得活性翠兰印花匀染剂,25℃测量pH值为7.35。
印花色浆配方:依次加入水39%,上述印花匀染剂1%,尿素5%,活性翠蓝KN-G3%,防染盐S 0.5%,小苏打1.5%,海藻酸钠原糊50%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,色浆粘度4200mPa·s,原糊中海藻酸钠质量百分比为4%。
按上述配方配制色浆,用于纯棉织物印花,烘干,蒸化8min,再进行水洗皂洗,彻底去除印花织物浮色。具体印花工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆(3mm/s,4V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。
用美国爱色丽公司的X-rite PREMIER 8400测色仪对上述工艺印花的布样进行测试分析,得到印花布面随机15点得色量(K/S值)数据。K/S值分布越集中,印花布面颜色均匀性越好;反之,K/S值分布越广,印花布面颜色均匀性越差。K/S数据分布情况如图3所示。
比较例2
印花色浆配方:活性翠蓝KN-G 3%,水40%,尿素5%,小苏打1.5%,防染盐S0.5%,海藻酸钠原糊50%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,色浆粘度4200mPa·s,原糊中海藻酸钠质量百分比为4%。
按上述配方配制色浆,用于纯棉织物印花,烘干,蒸化8min,再进行水洗皂洗,彻底去除印花织物浮色。具体印花工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆(3mm/s,4V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→饱和蒸汽蒸化(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗(2~3min)→室温水洗→烘干。

Claims (3)

1.一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)印花匀染剂配制,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水45~70%、亚甲基双萘磺酸盐5~10%、己内酰胺10~15%、尿素10~20%、平平加O 5~10%,搅拌均匀;(2)活性翠兰印花色浆制备,按重量百分比计包括:依次加入水65.4~30%、步骤(1)制得的印花匀染剂1~3%、尿素2~5%、活性翠兰0.1~7%、防染盐S 0.5~1%、小苏打1~4%、海藻酸钠原糊30~50%,室温搅拌至色浆均匀,控制色浆粘度2000~5000mPa·s;所述的海藻酸钠原糊中海藻酸钠的重量百分比为4~6%,其余为水;(3)印花,工艺流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印色浆→85℃烘干3min→饱和蒸汽102℃蒸化8min→室温水洗→沸水皂洗2~3min→室温水洗→烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,其特征在于,所述的印花匀染剂在25℃下的pH值为7~8之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高活性翠兰印花匀染性的方法,其特征在于,所述的活性翠兰是铜酞菁类母体结构的活性翠兰K-GL、活性翠蓝KN-G、活性翠蓝P-GR中的一种或几种。
