本发明涉及一种防静电印染糊料,属于纺织工程技术领域。本发明包括以下质量份数的各组分:10‑20份防静电剂、30‑40份填料、40‑60份水,防静电剂是由N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是1:2,填料是由淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的混合物,淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉的质量比是2:1:3。还包括1‑1.3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠。本发明采用N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电的功能,同时在淀粉中加入轻钙和滑石粉用以增加糊料的润滑性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电印染糊料,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
纺织印花行业中的糊料,常指原糊,是纺织印花行业中的一种重要的原料,糊料是一种液相分散介质,是染料和填充料的载体,必须具有一定的粘性。糊料印花的印制效果与被印织物、印花方法以及由糊料和染料构成的印花色浆有密切的关系。近年来,用于印花糊料主成份的主要有淀粉、改性淀粉和海藻酸钠等。但是目前的印花糊料适应性比较单一,缺少防静电的功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种的防静电的印染糊料。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种防静电印染糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份防静电剂、30-40份填料、40-60份水,所述防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是1:2,所述填料是由淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的混合物,淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉的质量比是2:1:3。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明采用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电的功能,同时在淀粉中加入轻钙和滑石粉用以增加糊料的润滑性。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括1-1.3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠。十二烷基苯磺酸钠可以在保证防静电性能基础上,进一步增强防静电功能。

本实施例的防静电印染糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:一种防静电印染糊料,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份防静电剂、30-40份填料、40-60份水,防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是1:2,填料是由淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉组成的混合物,淀粉、轻钙和滑石粉的质量比是2:1:3。还包括1-1.3份十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
