本本发明涉及一种防静电印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10‑20份防静电剂、25‑35份增稠剂、20‑30助长剂、20‑45份水。本发明采用N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电功能,同时使用天然和合成的增稠物质混合形成更加高效的增稠剂,使增稠效果明显提升,并提高了助剂的性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防静电印花助剂,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
涂料印花是借助黏合剂的成膜作用将不溶生染料牢固在黏附在织物上,从而达到着色的目的。近年来, 中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但缺少防静电功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种的防静电的印染助剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种防静电印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份防静电剂、25-35份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、20-45份水,所述防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是2:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是3:4,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是2:1:1。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明采用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电功能,同时使用天然和合成的增稠物质混合形成更加高效的增稠剂,使增稠效果明显提升,并提高了助剂的性能。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括3-5份活性染料。活性染料可以获得高水平的各项坚牢性能,特别是湿牢度。
具体实施方式
本实施例的防静电印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份防静电剂、25-35份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、20-45份水,所述防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是2:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是3:4,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是2:1:1。
为了在保证防静电印花助剂可以获得高水平的各项坚牢性能,特别是湿牢度,本实施例中还可以添加3-5份活性染料。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等形成的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.防静电印花助剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份防静电剂、25-35份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、20-45份水,所述防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是2:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是3:4,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是2:1:1。
