Abstract

本发明涉及活性染料防印印花,特别涉及一种仲胺化合物应用于一氯均三嗪活性染料防白或色防印花的方法。本发明使用1%~8%质量分数的仲胺化合物作为防印剂,在pH值2~12范围内选择不同的糊料实现一氯均三嗪活性染料的防白印花及乙烯砜活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的色防印花,从而极大地拓宽了可用于防印印花的活性染料的种类。

Description

一种仲胺化合物防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及活性染料防印印花,属纺织印染技术领域。
背景技术
活性染料是能与纤维发生化学反应的以共价键结合在纤维上的一种染料。防印印花是在印花机上利用罩印(湿法罩印)的方法,达到防染印花的效果。防印印花与防染印花机理相同,但防印印花生产过程短,工艺灵活,一个花型可采用多种防印工艺,印制效果好;并可利用机械或化学防印剂,设计很多防印工艺实现其它工艺不能达到的效果,因此是一类很有发展前途的印花工艺。印花过程中会大量使用防印技术,防印技术好坏直接影响产品风格和竞争力。
印花中应用最普遍的防印剂是亚硫酸钠,亚硫酸钠与乙烯砜型活性染料的乙烯砜基反应生成乙烯砜磺酸钠盐从而使乙烯砜活性染料失活,利用这一化学反应可实现乙烯砜活性染料的防白印花和一氯均三嗪活性染料防印乙烯砜活性染料的色防印花。
国外文章曾报道在数码喷墨印花中用仲胺化合物防印一氟均三嗪活性染料(DavidMLewis;PeterJBroadbend;ColorationTechnology,2014,130,418-423),防白浆组成为:10~100g/L仲胺化合物,200g/LN-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物,20g/L2-吡咯烷酮,25g/L丙二醇,用甲酸条件pH值为5;色防浆组成为:50g/L仲胺化合物,100g/L乙烯砜活性染料,200g/LN-甲基吗啉-N-氧化物,20g/L2-吡咯烷酮,25g/L丙二醇,用甲酸条件pH值为5。但传统圆网或平网印花使用的活性染料是乙烯砜活性染料和一氯均三嗪活性染料,一氟均三嗪活性染料因价格昂贵而极少使用。目前仿蜡印花中一氯均三嗪型活性染料的防白印花使用雕白块等强还原剂或酸,雕白块作为防印剂使用不但存在严重的环境问题,并且容易使白地泛黄;酸性防印在汽蒸时会对防印部位的织物强力造成损失;对于乙烯砜型活性染料防印一氯均三嗪型活性染料则没有应用。这极大地限制了活性染料的应用,严重制约防印印花的发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种可防印一氯均三嗪型活性染料的方法,使用1%~8%质量分数的仲胺化合物作为防印剂,在pH值2~12范围内选择不同的糊料实现一氯均三嗪活性染料的防白印花和乙烯砜活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的色防印花,极大地拓宽了可用于防印印花的活性染料的种类。
所述的仲胺化合物具有以下结构式R1NHR2,式中R1为CH3、CH3CH2、HOCH2CH2或—CH2OCH2—;R2为CH3、CH3CH2、HOCH2CH2或—CH2CH2SO3Na。
该仲胺化合物可以和一氯均三嗪活性染料活性基团发生反应,生成化合物阻止一氯均三嗪活性染料与纤维素负离子反应。对于乙烯砜活性染料,该仲胺化合物与其反应生成化合物可继续与纤维反应从而固色。利用此化学反应差别从而达到乙烯砜型活性染料防印一氯均三嗪型活性染料的目的。
一氯均三嗪活性染料防白印花中,使用质量分数1%~8%仲胺化合物作为防印剂,用水化开后加入糊料搅拌均匀制成防印浆。按重量百分比计,一氯均三嗪活性染料防白印花防印浆的组成为糊料3~6%,仲胺化合物1~8%,剩余量为水。一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆以活性染料印花中常规方法配制。所述的防白印花工艺流程为:印制防白印花防印浆→罩印一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆→烘干→汽蒸→水洗。
乙烯砜型活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的色防印花中,将质量分数1%~8%仲胺化合物作为防印剂与乙烯砜型活性染料混合,其中乙烯砜活性染料使用量应比规定量稍高,用水化开后加入糊料搅拌均匀成色防印花防印浆,罩印浆为一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆。所述的乙烯砜活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料色防印花防印浆的组成,按重量百分比计是:糊料1~3%、尿素2~6%、醋酸钠1~3%、防染盐S0.1~1%、仲胺化合物1~8%、乙烯砜型活性染料0.5~10%、剩余为水;一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆以活性染料印花中常规方法配制。所述的色防印花工艺流程为:印制乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆→罩印一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆→烘干→汽蒸→水洗。
所述的防印浆pH为2~12,粘度2000~10000mPas。
根据防印工艺要求可以选择不同的糊料,可以为海藻酸钠、淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糖、合成糊料的一种或几种的复配物。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,以下实施例是对本发明的进一步说明,但并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例1一氯均三嗪型活性染料防白印花
按照下述配方配制防白印花防印浆和色浆。
防白印花防印浆:
瓜尔豆胶4%
二乙醇胺3%
水93%
用醋酸调节pH为5~6。
色浆:
活性红K-2BP5%
海藻酸钠2%
尿素5%
小苏打2.5%
防染盐S0.5%
水85%
将按上述配方配制的防白印花防印浆和色浆用于纯棉织物的防印印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体防白印花流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印防白印花防印浆线条(3mm/s,3V)→罩印色浆(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗→烘干。
对防白印花布样进行分析,防白线条部位具有良好的防印白度,这充分说明了本发明对一氯均三嗪型活性染料防白印花具有良好效果。
实施例2乙烯砜型活性染料防印一氯均三嗪型活性染料
按照下述配方配制乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆和一氯均三嗪型活性染料色浆。
乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆:
活性蓝KN-R9%
水80%
海藻酸钠2%
尿素5%
醋酸钠2.5%
防染盐S0.5%
吗啉1%
一氯均三嗪型活性染料色浆:
活性红K-2BP3%
海藻酸钠3%
水86%
尿素5%
防染盐S0.5%
小苏打2.5%
乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆中加入醋酸钠提高乙烯砜活性染料的固色率,降低防印剂对乙烯砜染料得色量影响。
将按上述配方配制的一氯均三嗪型活性染料色浆和乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆用于纯棉织物的色防印花,烘干,用饱和蒸汽汽蒸8min,再进行水洗皂洗。具体色防印花流程如下:纯棉织物→刮印KN型色浆(3mm/s,5V)→罩印K型色浆线条(3mm/s,5V)→烘干(85℃,3min)→汽蒸(102℃,8min)→室温水洗→沸水皂洗→烘干。
按上述配方配制的乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆用于纯棉织物的色防印花,防印线条部位罩印活性红K-2BP被破坏,乙烯砜染料(活性蓝KN-R)色浆固色产生蓝色线条。这充分说明本发明可用于乙烯砜型活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料。

Claims (3)

1.一种仲胺化合物防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的方法,其特征在于,所述的一氯均三嗪活性染料防白印花防印浆的组成,按重量百分比计是:糊料3~6%、仲胺化合物1~8%、剩余量为水,所述的防白印花工艺流程为:印制防白印花防印浆→罩印一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆→烘干→汽蒸→水洗;所述的乙烯砜活性染料防印一氯均三嗪活性染料色防印花防印浆的组成,按重量百分比计是:糊料1~3%、尿素2~6%、醋酸钠1~3%、防染盐S0.1~1%、仲胺化合物1~8%、乙烯砜型活性染料0.5~10%、剩余为水,所述的色防印花工艺流程为:印制乙烯砜型活性染料色防印花防印浆→罩印一氯均三嗪活性染料色浆→烘干→汽蒸→水洗;所述的防印浆pH为2~12、粘度2000~10000mPas。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种仲胺化合物防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的方法,其特征在于,所述的仲胺化合物结构式为R1NHR2,式中R1为CH3、CH3CH2、HOCH2CH2或—CH2OCH2—;R2为CH3、CH3CH2、HOCH2CH2或—CH2CH2SO3Na。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种仲胺化合物防印一氯均三嗪活性染料的方法,其特征在于,所述的糊料是海藻酸钠、淀粉、羧甲基纤维素、羧甲基淀粉、瓜尔豆胶、壳聚糖、合成糊料的一种或几种的复配物。
