Abstract

本发明提供了一种锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液及其泡沫印花方法,本包括染料、发泡剂、复合稳定剂、增稠剂,其中,所述染料种类为弱酸性黄GN、普拉红B、弱酸艳蓝Rawl三原色,所述发泡剂为发泡量大、泡沫丰富、生物降解性较好的十二烷基硫酸钠,复合稳定剂为正十二醇和CMC‑Na,增稠剂为高粘CMC‑Na。本发明采用Auto Foam泡沫染色机对上述酸性染料泡沫染色浴进行发泡,用于锦纶薄织物的多套色印花。本发明解决了锦纶薄织物印花沾色严重的问题;由于带液量低,印花后极易干燥,省去了烘干这一环节;同时由于糊料用量很低,大大降低水洗后处理的压力;降低了生产成本,提高了生产效率,是一种环境友好型的印花方法。

Description

一种锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液及泡沫印花方法
技术领域
本发明专利属于纺织印染技术领域,具体涉及一种锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液及泡沫印花方法。
背景技术
锦纶酸性染料印花产品在合成纤维中占有重要地位,主要用于服装里料、户外用品、女士针织内衣等,需求量大,因此其印花技术也在不断发展。酸性染料是锦纶染色中应用最广泛的一类染料,约占整个锦纶纤维染料的65%。现有的发泡印花技术是一种涂料的立体印花,利用发泡剂与粘合剂的混合物形成泡沫印制在织物上,焙烘的过程中粘合剂里的泡沫少破裂或不破裂,使得织物上的印花图案具有立体凸起的效果;而本发明的锦纶薄织物泡沫印花是利用泡沫为载体,将含有很少量的增稠剂的泡沫体系代替印花原糊制成色浆,在花型印制的过程泡沫破裂,泡沫壁的染液转移到织物上,使得织物上印花的部位含水量很低,染液中的增稠剂阻止水分的渗化,从而得到清晰的花纹。同时印花后不需要烘干的工序,印花浆中含有很少糊料,蒸化后很容易水洗干净,所以本发明是一种节水节能的印花方法。
对于锦纶薄密织物,由于其吸湿性差、织物中纤维很细度密度很高,吸水性很差,常规印花时印花糊料含浆量大,印花后色浆附着在织物表面,不容易渗透,造成印制第二套色时搭色和沾色严重,更不能印制多套色。
发明内容
本发明通过控制印花液组成,使酸性染料带液量很低,粘度小;在泡沫印花时,发泡比越大,泡沫带液量越低,使得织物带液量低,增稠剂保水性高,使得印制的花型不会渗化,彻底解决沾色问题,同时色浆中糊料用量很低,省去印花后的烘干工序,降低印花后期水处理的压力,可连续化生产,降低成本。做到资源、能源的最大化节约,应该改变传统的印花技术,提高并应用新的染色技术——泡沫印花技术。
实现本发明的技术方案是:一种锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,酸性染料泡沫印花液包括以下重量份的原料:酸性染料15-75g/L、发泡剂1.5-3g/L、复合稳定剂0.5-3g/L、增稠剂4-7g/L。
所述的复合稳定剂为正十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠复配而成,正十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为1:0.1-1.5,其中羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为1.21-1.8。
所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的复配物,羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的质量比为1:0.1-0.5,其中,羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.8-1.1。
所述酸性染料为弱酸性黄、普拉红、弱酸艳蓝中的任意一种。
所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花方法,步骤如下:
(1)将酸性染料加入发泡机进行发泡,制成泡沫,利用泡沫施加装置将泡沫均匀的分布在织物表面,进行印花得到印花织物;
(2)将步骤(1)中印花织物进行汽蒸固色,汽蒸温度为100-120℃,汽蒸时间为25min,之后在含2g/L的防沾色皂洗剂的溶液中对固色之后的印花织物进行皂煮,浴比1:40,皂煮温度为60℃、时间为20min,之后水洗、烘干。
所述步骤(1)中酸性染料在发泡机中的发泡比为6-9。
所述步骤(2)中防沾色皂洗剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:聚羧酸型分散剂10-15%,AEO-9 12-20%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵3-10%,表面活性剂1815 5-15%,EDTA 5-10%,羧甲基纤维素5-10%,余量为水;将聚羧酸型分散剂、AEO-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、表面活性剂1815、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素加入到水中混合均匀。
上述印花方法,对锦纶薄织物的浅色印花、深色印花均适用。
上述染色工艺中,锦纶薄织物规格为N15D*N15D、平方米克重13.06g。
本发明的酸性染料泡沫印花液中,复合稳定剂用量为0.5-3,增稠剂4-7,此条件下,泡沫稳定性好,泡沫性能好,印制的图案轮廓清晰,不沾色。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的酸性染料泡沫印花液及泡沫印花方法,可彻底解决锦纶薄织物印花沾色问题,大大降低糊料的使用量,从而降低水洗后处理的压力。本发明通过控制泡沫印花液的组成、发泡比的大小,对锦纶薄织物进行泡沫印花,彻底解决沾色问题,印花效果好,可连续化生产;同时节约烘干时产生的能源消耗,因糊料用量大大减少而降低水洗后处理的压力,具有优越的经济效益。
具体实施方式
为了更好地阐述本发明,下面列举实施例,但本发明并不局限于实施例的范围。
实施例1
本实施例的泡沫印花液包括以下重量份的原料:普拉红B 15g/L,十二烷基硫酸钠1.5g/L,复合稳定剂用量为0.5g/L,复合稳定剂为正十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)复配而成,正十二醇与CMC-Na的质量比为1:0.1,增稠剂为4g/L,增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的复配物,羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的质量比为1:0.1。
利用上述原料对锦纶薄织物进行泡沫印花的方法为:
(1)将上述酸性染料组分事先用搅拌机搅拌混合均匀,然后加入发泡机的进料筒中,进行发泡,设置发泡机的参数。发泡装置的参数:进料速度为0.30g/l,转子转速为960转/min,发泡比(BR)为6;
(2)将泡沫通过导管输送到泡沫施加装置中,再通过刮刀使泡沫均匀的分布在织物表面,进行印花得到印花织物;
(3)对步骤(2)中的得到印花织物进行汽蒸固色,汽蒸固色条件:汽蒸温度100℃,汽蒸时间25min;
(4)皂煮、水洗:将步骤(3)中固色之后的织物加入到含2g/L防沾色皂洗剂的溶液中进行皂煮,浴比为1:40,皂煮温度为60℃、时间20min;皂煮后40-50℃热水洗涤三次,再用冷水充分洗涤。
其中防沾色皂洗剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:聚羧酸型分散剂(河南省科学院高新技术研究中心)10%,AEO-9 12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵3%,表面活性剂1815 5%,EDTA5%,羧甲基纤维素5%,余量为水;将聚羧酸型分散剂、AEO-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、表面活性剂1815、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素加入到水中混合均匀,即得防沾色皂洗剂。
实施例2
本实施例的泡沫印花液包括以下重量份的原料:弱酸性黄GN 30g/L、十二烷基硫酸钠3g/L、复合稳定剂用量为2g/L,复合稳定剂中正十二醇与CMC-Na的质量比为1:1,增稠剂6g/L,增稠剂中羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的质量比为1:0.3。
利用上述原料对锦纶薄织物进行泡沫印花的方法为:
(1)将上述酸性染料组分事先用搅拌机搅拌混合均匀,然后加入发泡机的进料筒中,进行发泡,设置发泡机的参数。发泡装置的参数:进料速度为0.30g/l,转子转速为960转/min,发泡比(BR)为7;
(2)将泡沫通过导管输送到泡沫施加装置中,再通过刮刀使泡沫均匀的分布在织物表面,进行印花得到印花织物;
(3)对步骤(2)中的得到印花织物进行汽蒸固色,汽蒸固色条件:汽蒸温度110℃,汽蒸时间25min;
(4)皂煮、水洗:将步骤(3)中固色之后的织物加入到含2g/L防沾色皂洗剂的溶液中进行皂煮,浴比为1:40,皂煮温度为60℃、时间20min;皂煮后40-50℃热水洗涤三次,再用冷水充分洗涤。
防沾色皂洗剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:聚羧酸型分散剂13%,AEO-9 15%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵8%,表面活性剂1815 10%,EDTA 8%,羧甲基纤维素8%,余量为水;将聚羧酸型分散剂、AEO-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、表面活性剂1815、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素加入到水中混合均匀,即得防沾色皂洗剂。
实施例3
本实施例的泡沫印花液包括以下重量份的原料:弱酸艳蓝Rawl 75g/L、十二烷基硫酸钠3g/L、复合稳定剂用量为3g/L,正十二醇与CMC的质量比为1:1.5,增稠剂7g/L,增稠剂中羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的质量比为1:0.5。
利用上述原料对锦纶薄织物进行泡沫印花的方法为:
(1)将上述酸性染料组分事先用搅拌机搅拌混合均匀,然后加入发泡机的进料筒中,进行发泡,设置发泡机的参数。发泡装置的参数:进料速度为0.30g/l,转子转速为960转/min,发泡比(BR)为9;
(2)将泡沫通过导管输送到泡沫施加装置中,再通过刮刀使泡沫均匀的分布在织物表面,进行印花得到印花织物;
(3)对步骤(2)中的得到印花织物进行汽蒸固色,汽蒸固色条件:汽蒸温度120℃,汽蒸时间25min;
(4)皂煮、水洗:将步骤(3)中固色之后的织物加入到含2g/L防沾色皂洗剂的溶液中进行皂煮,浴比为1:40,皂煮温度为60℃、时间20min;皂煮后40-50℃热水洗涤三次,再用冷水充分洗涤。
防沾色皂洗剂由以下重量百分比的原料制成:聚羧酸型分散剂15%,AEO-9 20%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵10%,表面活性剂1815 15%,EDTA 10%,羧甲基纤维素10%,余量为水;将聚羧酸型分散剂、AEO-9、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯铵、表面活性剂1815、EDTA、羧甲基纤维素加入到水中混合均匀,即得防沾色皂洗剂。
对上述实施例的印花织物的实施效果进行检测:
轮廓清晰度:轮廓清晰度是指织物印花后,花纹图案呈现的清晰程度。若花纹图案清晰可见,线条粗细均匀,说明该印花图案轮廓清晰度高。目前,评价轮廓清晰度主要靠目测法,按效果分为:差、较差、一般、较好、好5个等级。若印制花纹图案轮廓清晰,细线条粗细均匀,则印制效果为好;若印制花纹图案清晰,细线条粗细有些模糊,而中等粗细线条轮廓清晰,则印制效果为较好;若花纹图案清晰,中等粗细线条粗细轮廓模糊,粗线条轮廓清晰,则印制效果为一般;若印制花纹图案模糊,中等粗细线条粗细轮廓模糊,粗线条轮廓清晰,则印制效果为较差;若印制花纹图案模糊,粗线条轮廓模糊,则印制效果为差。
织物表观色深:织物色深用K/S值表示,采用SF600X Datacolor测色配色仪测定。
耐摩擦牢度测试:按GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度实验耐摩擦牢度》测定。采用SF600X Datacolor测色配色仪测定评级。
耐皂洗牢度测试:按GB/T3920-2008《纺织品色牢度实验耐摩擦牢度》测定。采用SF600X Datacolor测色配色仪测定评级。
实施例的印花效果如表1。

1.一种锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,其特征在于酸性染料泡沫印花液包括以下重量份的原料:酸性染料15-75g/L、发泡剂1.5-3g/L、复合稳定剂0.5-3g/L、增稠剂4-7g/L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,其特征在于:所述的复合稳定剂为正十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠复配而成,正十二醇和羧甲基纤维素钠的质量比为1:0.1-1.5,其中羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为1.21-1.8。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的复配物,羧甲基纤维素钠与瓜尔胶的质量比为1:0.1-0.5,其中,羧甲基纤维素钠的取代度为0.8-1.1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,其特征在于:所述酸性染料为弱酸性黄、普拉红、弱酸艳蓝中的任意一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花液,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为十二烷基硫酸钠。
6.权利要求1所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花方法,其特征在于步骤如下:
(1)将酸性染料加入发泡机进行发泡,制成泡沫,利用泡沫施加装置将泡沫均匀的分布在织物表面,进行印花得到印花织物;
(2)将步骤(1)中印花织物进行汽蒸固色,汽蒸温度为100-120℃,汽蒸时间为25min,之后在含2g/L的防沾色皂洗剂的溶液中对固色之后的印花织物进行皂煮,浴比1:40,皂煮温度为60℃、时间为20min,之后水洗、烘干。
7.根据权利要求6所述的锦纶薄织物的酸性染料泡沫印花方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中酸性染料在发泡机中的发泡比为6-9。
