本发明公开了一种防静电印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12‑22份防静电剂、20‑30份增稠剂、12‑20助长剂、20‑36份水;所述防静电剂是由N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是2:1;所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在2的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物;所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是2:1:1。本发明采用N‑羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电功能,同时使用天然和合成的增稠物质混合形成更加高效的增稠剂,使增稠效果明显提升,并提高了助剂的性能。

本发明属于纺织工程技术领域,尤其涉及一种防静电印花助剂。
背景技术
涂料印花是借助黏合剂的成膜作用将不溶生染料牢固在黏附在织物上,从而达到着色的目的。近年来,中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但缺少防静电功能。
因此,亟需新的技术来改进现有技术的不足。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种的防静电的印染助剂。
技术方案:一种防静电印花助剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:12-22份防静电剂、20-30份增稠剂、12-20助长剂、20-36份水;所述防静电剂是由N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠组 成的混合物,所述N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠的质量比是2:1;所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在2的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物;所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是2:1:1。

本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明采用N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺和牛磺酸钠为糊料增添了防静电功能,同时使用天然和合成的增稠物质混合形成更加高效的增稠剂,使增稠效果明显提升,并提高了助剂的性能。
