Abstract

本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电的印染助剂。该助剂包括以下组分及其重量百分比:35%的水性增稠剂,35%的水溶助长剂,25%的乳液混合物,5%的杀菌防霉助剂;增稠剂包括作为25%的活性染料,还包括75%的天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物,混合物为25%的水,25%的天然水溶性聚合物,30%的半合成水溶性聚合物,20%的合成水溶性聚合物;水溶助长剂为25%的还原剂、35%的润湿剂、25%的乳化剂和15%的分散剂以及它们的混合物。通过使用活性染料,色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强;通过使用三种不同种类的增稠剂的混合并适当调整比例,能够适应不同条件下的印花印染状态。

技术领域
本发明属于纺织助剂和精细化工技术领域,具体涉及一种防静电的印染助剂。
背景技术
涂料印花是借助黏合剂的成膜作用将不溶生染料牢固在黏附在织物上,从而达到着色的目的。
近年来, 中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。
尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但其防静电功能仍然不够理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种防静电的印染助剂。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:
一种防静电的印染助剂,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
35%的水性增稠剂,35%的水溶助长剂,25%的乳液混合物,5%的杀菌防霉助剂。
所述增稠剂包括作为25%的活性染料,还包括75%的天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物,所述混合物为25%的水,25%的天然水溶性聚合物,30%的半合成水溶性聚合物,20%的合成水溶性聚合物。
所述水溶助长剂为25%的还原剂、35%的润湿剂、25%的乳化剂和15%的分散剂以及它们的混合物。
所述乳液混合物为20%的苯丙乳液、40%的水性弹性纯丙乳液和40%的混合物;
所述混合物为50%的填料和2%的成膜助剂、5%的阻燃剂和48%的水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液。
所述填料为15%的聚氧乙烯二胺、15%的过硫酸铵、20%的片状云母粉、20%的轻钙和30%的滑石粉。
本发明中,所述天然水溶性聚合物为天然胶或其衍生物的干物质,基于混合物的重量,所述天然水溶性聚合物可以为10-25%。
本发明中,所述半合成水溶性聚合物为取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素,基于混合物的重量,所述半合成水溶性聚合物可以为25-45%。
本发明中,所述合成水溶性聚合物为烯属不饱和单体的聚合产物,基于混合物的重量,所述合成水溶性聚合物可以为10-30%。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过使用活性染料,色谱广、色泽鲜艳、性能优异、适用性强。通过使用三种不同种类的增稠剂的混合并适当调整比例,能够适应不同条件下的印花印染状态。同时以水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液为防静电填料,能够在印染之后保持防静电功能。

一种防静电的印染助剂,包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
35%的水性增稠剂,35%的水溶助长剂,25%的乳液混合物,5%的杀菌防霉助剂。
增稠剂包括作为25%的活性染料,还包括75%的天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物,混合物为25%的水,25%的天然水溶性聚合物,30%的半合成水溶性聚合物,20%的合成水溶性聚合物。
水溶助长剂为25%的还原剂、35%的润湿剂、25%的乳化剂和15%的分散剂以及它们的混合物。
乳液混合物为20%的苯丙乳液、40%的水性弹性纯丙乳液和40%的混合物;
混合物为50%的填料和2%的成膜助剂、5%的阻燃剂和48%的水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液。

1.一种防静电的印染助剂,其特征在于:包括以下组分及其重量百分比:
35%的水性增稠剂,35%的水溶助长剂,25%的乳液混合物,5%的杀菌防霉助剂;
所述增稠剂包括作为25%的活性染料,还包括75%的天然、半合成和合成的水溶性聚合物的混合物,所述混合物为25%的水,25%的天然水溶性聚合物,30%的半合成水溶性聚合物,20%的合成水溶性聚合物;
所述水溶助长剂为25%的还原剂、35%的润湿剂、25%的乳化剂和15%的分散剂以及它们的混合物;
所述乳液混合物为20%的苯丙乳液、40%的水性弹性纯丙乳液和40%的混合物;
所述混合物为50%的填料和2%的成膜助剂、5%的阻燃剂和48%的水溶性导电聚苯胺溶液;
