背景技术
纺织品数码喷墨印花技术是近年来发展迅速的一种全新的印花方式。其快速、灵活、精细、清洁等特点,适应了当今纺织品市场个性化、小批量、多品种、高精度以及绿色环保的需求,具有广阔的发展前景。在喷墨印花中,染料墨水由于其极佳的水溶性,相对较低的成本,优良的耐洗和耐摩擦牢度以及很好的色彩表现力,是最常用的墨水之一。
目前真丝,丝绸类织物的喷墨印花工艺研究较多,但是针对羊毛针织物的数码喷墨印花在实际应用中却达不到预期的效果,存在很多问题,例如喷墨印花在上的颜色深度不够,色牢度不够高,持久性能差等,因而限制了喷墨印花的发展。
因此,需要提供一种能够解决上述问题的适用于羊毛针织物的喷墨颜料墨水来解决上述问题。

发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种印花效果流畅,喷墨分辨率高、上色深度适宜、不易褪色的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物。

从上表数据可看出,采用本发明喷墨印花颜料墨水组合物处理的羊毛针织物,较现有技术相比,具有明显的耐水洗优势,且印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于以质量计算包括如下制备原料:基础染料18-25份、甜菜碱3-6份、改性纤维4-8份、尿素3-5份、纤维素衍生物2-5份、含羟基的树脂0.5-1.6份、织物粘合剂0.9-1.3份、增稠剂3-5份、分散剂0.3-0.8份、食盐0.5-1.5份、矿物元素0.2-0.5份、填料2-5份、pH调节剂0.3-0.5份、去离子水50-100份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述基础染料包括30%的活性染料、35%的酸性染料以及35%的分散染料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述活性染料为C.I.活性黄15、C.I.活性黄橙2、C.I.活性红15、C.I.活性蓝21、C.I.活性黑8等量混合而成。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述酸性染料为单偶氮酸性染料。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述分散染料为Artistri 700系列分散颜料墨水。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述织物粘合剂为淀粉基粘合剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为海藻酸盐。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述填料为碳酸钙与钛白粉质量比为2:1的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于羊毛针织物的喷墨印花墨水组合物,其特征在于:所述分散剂为酸性分散剂。
