本发明涉及织物的加工方法,尤其涉及一种羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺。
背景技术
纺织品数码喷墨印花技术是近年来发展迅速的一种全新的印花方式。其快速、灵活、精细、清洁等特点,适应了当今纺织品市场个性化、小批量、多品种、高精度以及绿色环保的需求,具有广阔的发展前景。在喷墨印花中,染料墨水由于其极佳的水溶性,相对较低的成本,优良的耐洗和耐摩擦牢度以及很好的色彩表现力,是最常用的墨水之一。
目前真丝,丝绸类织物的喷墨印花工艺研究较多,但是针对羊毛针织物的数码喷墨印花在实际应用中却达不到预期的效果,存在很多问题,例如喷墨印花在上的颜色深度不够,色牢度不够高,持久性能差等,因而限制了喷墨印花的发展。
因此,需要一种新的技术解决上述问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供了一种印花效果流畅,喷墨分辨率高、上色深度适宜、不易褪色的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺。
技术方案:为达到上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)微波辐射前处理:将羊毛针织物采用微波辐照方法进行预酸处理10-16min,水洗2次后采用微波辐照方法进行碱氧一浴5-10min;
(2)预处理:将经过微波辐射前处理的织物采用浸轧法进行预处理,带液率为65%,浴比1:10,并加入水量5%的小麦淀粉、3%的防渗剂、1%的钠盐、0.5%的脱泡剂、3%的耐光牢度提升剂进行处理;
(3)烘干:将经过预处理后的织物120-130℃烘至8成干;
(4)喷印:配制喷墨印花颜料墨水,所述喷墨印花颜料墨水的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:基础染料18-25份、甜菜碱3-6份、改性纤维4-8份、尿素3-5份、纤维素衍生物2-5份、含羟基的树脂0.5-1.6份、织物粘合剂0.9-1.3份、增稠剂3-5份、分散剂0.3-0.8份、食盐0.5-1.5份、矿物元素0.2-0.5份、填料2-5份、pH调节剂0.3-0.5份、去离子水50-100份;使用上述颜料墨水采用喷墨印花装置进行喷印;
(5)汽蒸固色:将上述织物在50-55℃下进行低温汽蒸处理12-18min后温度升高至135-145℃进行固色处理;
(6)碱洗:采用稀氨水与高效洗涤剂对经过固色处理后的织物进行碱洗;
(7)水洗烘干:将经过碱洗后的羊毛针织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
更为优选的,步骤(1)中微波辐射的功率为900-1200W。
更为优选的,步骤(1)中预酸处理采用的为硫酸。
更为优选的,步骤(1)中所述碱氧一浴采用的为氢氧化钠与双氧水质量比为1:2的比例。

实施例1:
一种羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)微波辐射前处理:将羊毛针织物采用微波辐照方法进行预酸处理10min,水洗2次后采用微波辐照方法进行碱氧一浴5min;其中微波辐射的功率为900W,预酸处理采用的为硫酸,碱氧一浴采用的为氢氧化钠与双氧水质量比为1:2的比例;
(2)预处理:将经过微波辐射前处理的织物采用浸轧法进行预处理,带液率为65%,浴比1:10,并加入水量5%的小麦淀粉、3%的防渗剂、1%的钠盐、0.5%的脱泡剂、3%的耐光牢度提升剂进行处理;
(3)烘干:将经过预处理后的织物120℃烘至8成干;

(4)喷印:配制喷墨印花颜料墨水,所述喷墨印花颜料墨水的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:基础染料25份、甜菜碱6份、改性纤维8份、尿素5份、纤维素衍生物5份、含羟基的树脂1.6份、织物粘合剂1.3份、增稠剂5份、分散剂0.8份、食盐1.5份、矿物元素0.5%、填料5份、pH调节剂0.5份、去离子水100份;使用上述颜料墨水采用喷墨印花装置进行喷印;其中,所述基础染料包括30%的活性染料、35%的酸性染料以及35%的分散染料;所述活性染料为C.I.活性黄15、C.I.活性黄橙2、C.I.活性红15、C.I.活性蓝21、C.I.活性黑8等量混合而成;所述酸性染料为单偶氮酸性染料;所述分散染料为Artistri 700系列分散颜料墨水;所述织物粘合剂为淀粉基粘合剂;所述分散剂为酸性分散剂;所述填料为钛白粉碳酸钙与钛白粉质量比为3:1的混合物;
(5)汽蒸固色:将上述织物在55℃下进行低温汽蒸处理18min后温度升高至145℃进行固色处理;
(6)碱洗:采用稀氨水与高效洗涤剂对经过固色处理后的织物进行碱洗,洗涤温度为45℃,洗涤时间为20min;
(7)水洗烘干:将经过碱洗后的羊毛针织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
实施例3:
一种羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)微波辐射前处理:将羊毛针织物采用微波辐照方法进行预酸处理13min,水洗2次后采用微波辐照方法进行碱氧一浴7min;其中微波辐射的功率为1000W,预酸处理采用的为硫酸,碱氧一浴采用的为氢氧化钠与双氧水质量比为1:2的比例;
(2)预处理:将经过微波辐射前处理的织物采用浸轧法进行预处理,带液率为65%,浴比1:10,并加入水量5%的小麦淀粉、3%的防渗剂、1%的钠盐、0.5%的脱泡剂、3%的耐光牢度提升剂进行处理;
(3)烘干:将经过预处理后的织物120-130℃烘至8成干;
(4)喷印:配制喷墨印花颜料墨水,所述喷墨印花颜料墨水的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:基础染料21份、甜菜碱4份、改性纤维6份、尿素4份、纤维素衍生物4份、含羟基的树脂0.8份、织物粘合剂1.1份、增稠剂4份、分散剂0.5份、食盐1.0份、矿物元素0.3份、填料3份、pH调节剂0.4份、去离子水80份;使用上述颜料墨水采用喷墨印花装置进行喷印;其中,所述基础染料包括30%的活性染料、35%的酸性染料以及35%的分散染料;所述活性染料为C.I.活性黄15、C.I.活性黄橙2、C.I.活性红15、C.I.活性蓝21、C.I.活性黑8等量混合而成;所述酸性染料为单偶氮酸性染料;所述分散染料为Artistri 700系列分散颜料墨水;所述织物粘合剂为淀粉基粘合剂;所述分散剂为酸性分散剂;所述填料为钛白粉碳酸钙与钛白粉质量比为3:1的混合物;
(5)汽蒸固色:将上述织物在53℃下进行低温汽蒸处理15min后温度升高至140℃进行固色处理;
(6)碱洗:采用稀氨水与高效洗涤剂对经过固色处理后的织物进行碱洗,洗涤温度为40℃,洗涤时间为15min;
(7)水洗烘干:将经过碱洗后的羊毛针织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
取上述完成喷墨印花得到的羊毛针织物成品各20cm×20cm,采用ISO105C06:1994+Corl:2002的方法,25℃条件下,机洗自然晾干,测试耐水洗等级,测试结果如下表所示:

从上表数据可看出,采用实施例1-3所制成的喷墨印花羊毛针织物,较现有技术相比,具有明显的耐水洗优势,且印花效果流畅,上色深度适宜、不易褪色。

Claims (10)

1.一种羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)微波辐射前处理:将羊毛针织物采用微波辐照方法进行预酸处理10-16min,水洗2次后采用微波辐照方法进行碱氧一浴5-10min;
(2)预处理:将经过微波辐射前处理的织物采用浸轧法进行预处理,带液率为65%,浴比1:10,并加入水量5%的小麦淀粉、3%的防渗剂、1%的钠盐、0.5%的脱泡剂、3%的耐光牢度提升剂进行处理;
(3)烘干:将经过预处理后的织物120-130℃烘至8成干;
(4)喷印:配制喷墨印花颜料墨水,所述喷墨印花颜料墨水的配制按照以下配方以重量计进行配制:基础染料18-25份、甜菜碱3-6份、改性纤维4-8份、尿素3-5份、纤维素衍生物2-5份、含羟基的树脂0.5-1.6份、织物粘合剂0.9-1.3份、增稠剂3-5份、分散剂0.3-0.8份、食盐0.5-1.5份、矿物元素0.2-0.5份、填料2-5份、pH调节剂0.3-0.5份、去离子水50-100份;使用上述颜料墨水采用喷墨印花装置进行喷印;
(5)汽蒸固色:将上述织物在50-55℃下进行低温汽蒸处理12-18min后温度升高至135-145℃进行固色处理;
(6)碱洗:采用稀氨水与高效洗涤剂对经过固色处理后的织物进行碱洗;
(7)水洗烘干:将经过碱洗后的羊毛针织物采用温水洗涤后热风烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中微波辐射的功率为900-1200W。
3.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中预酸处理采用的为硫酸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述碱氧一浴采用的为氢氧化钠与双氧水质量比为1:2的比例。
5.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述基础染料包括30%的活性染料、35%的酸性染料以及35%的分散染料。
6.根据权利要求5所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:所述活性染料为C.I.活性黄15、C.I.活性黄橙2、C.I.活性红15、C.I.活性蓝21、C.I.活性黑8等量混合而成;所述酸性染料为单偶氮酸性染料;所述分散染料为Artistri 700系列分散颜料墨水。
7.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述织物粘合剂为淀粉基粘合剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述分散剂为酸性分散剂。
9.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(4)中所述填料为钛白粉碳酸钙与钛白粉质量比为3:1的混合物。
10.根据权利要求1所述的羊毛针织物的喷墨印花工艺,其特征在于:步骤(6)中所述碱洗的洗涤温度为35-45℃,洗涤时间为10-20min。
