本发明涉及一种环保型印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10‑20份活性剂、20‑30份增稠剂、20‑30助长剂、25‑40份水,所述活性剂是由尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪组成的混合物,所述尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪的质量比是2:1:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6‑3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是4:1,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是3:1:1。本发明采用尿素和天然脂肪作为活性剂,大大降低了印染助剂的产生的污染物;并且选用天然胶作为增稠剂的主要成分,也能够进一步降低污染。

环保型印花助剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种环保型印花助剂,属于纺织工程技术领域。
背景技术
涂料印花是借助黏合剂的成膜作用将不溶生染料牢固在黏附在织物上,从而达到着色的目的。近年来, 中国染料、助剂和有机颜料行业的生产与市场发展健康而迅速,染料化学品消费初步增长。纺织业的快速发展大大提高了对染料纺织化学品的需求,染料行业与纺织业的相互依托意味着中国染料行业有着巨大的市场前景。尽管现有技术中已存在多种染色助剂,但都是高污染类型,缺少污染较少的助剂类型。
发明内容
本发明要解决技术问题是:克服上述技术的缺点,提供一种的环保的的印染助剂。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种环保型印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份活性剂、20-30份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、25-40份水,所述活性剂是由尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪组成的混合物,所述尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪的质量比是2:1:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是4:1,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是3:1:1。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明采用尿素和天然脂肪作为活性剂,大大降低了印染助剂的产生的污染物;并且选用天然胶作为增稠剂的主要成分,也能够进一步降低污染。
上述技术方案的进一步改进是:还包括5-10份天然染料。天然染料可以在不影响助剂使用的情况下,完成染色并减少污染。

本实施例的环保型印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:一种环保型印花助剂,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份活性剂、20-30份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、25-40份水,所述活性剂是由尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪组成的混合物,所述尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪的质量比是2:1:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是4:1,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是3:1:1。
为了在保证环保型印花助剂在不影响助剂使用的情况下,完成染色并减少污染,本实施例中还可以添加5-10份天然染料。
本发明不局限于上述实施例所述的具体技术方案,除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。对于本领域的技术人员来说,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等形成的技术方案,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.环保型印花助剂,其特征在于,包括以下质量份数的各组分:10-20份活性剂、20-30份增稠剂、20-30助长剂、25-40份水,所述活性剂是由尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪组成的混合物,所述尿素、过硫酸钾和天然脂肪的质量比是2:1:1,所述增稠剂是由天然胶和取代度在0.6-3之间的羧甲基纤维素组成的混合物,所述天然胶和羧甲基纤维素的质量比是4:1,所述助长剂是由亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺组成的混合物,亚硫酸钠、磺酸钠和非离子聚丙烯酰胺的质量比是3:1:1。
