Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型染料,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:硫化染料50-60份、环保剂10-12份、防尘剂6-10份、助溶剂6-10份,还原剂3-5份,双氧水30-40份;所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占33-37%,所述丙烯酸占63-67%,通过上述方式,本发明能够具备良好的环保性,并且着色牢固。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种染料,特别涉及一种环保型染料。
背景技术
染料是能够使一定颜色附着在纤维上的物质,且不易脱落、变色,染料通常溶于水中,一部份的染料需要媒染剂使染料能黏着于纤维上,随着科学技术的不断提高,环境污染也越来越严重,而现有的印染企业所采用的染料大多较难分解,对环境造成的污染也较大,不具备足够的环保性能,不能满足现代科技的进步。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种环保型染料,能够具备良好的环保性,并且着色牢固。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种环保型染料,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:
硫化染料50-60份、环保剂10-12份、防尘剂6-10份、助溶剂6-10份,还原剂3-5份,双氧水30-40份;
所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占33-37%,所述丙烯酸占63-67%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述防尘剂为油酸酯。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述还原剂为硫化钠。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述助溶剂为水杨酸钠或苯甲酸钠的任意一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明不仅能够提高染料的环保性,大幅降低染布时对环境产生的影响,并且着色牢固,产品质量高。

实施例1:
一种环保型染料,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:
硫化染料50份、环保剂12份、防尘剂6份、助溶剂6份,还原剂3份,双氧水40份;
所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占33%,所述丙烯酸占67%。
实施例2:
一种环保型染料,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:
硫化染料60份、环保剂10份、防尘剂10份、助溶剂10份,还原剂5份,双氧水30份;
所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占37%,所述丙烯酸占63%。
实施例3:
一种环保型染料,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:
硫化染料55份、环保剂11份、防尘剂8份、助溶剂8份,还原剂4份,双氧水35份;
所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占35%,所述丙烯酸占65%。
进一步说明,所述防尘剂为油酸酯;所述还原剂为硫化钠;所述助溶剂为水杨酸钠或苯甲酸钠的任意一种。
本发明一种环保型染料的制备方法如下:
(1)、按照上述比例将硫化染料、助溶剂、还原剂以及双氧水混合放入搅拌器内搅拌5-10min;
(2)、随后向上述搅拌器内加入一定防尘剂,继续搅拌3-5min;
(3)、提取搅拌器中漂浮在表面的油层,向油层内加入环保剂,再次搅拌3-5min,最终得到环保型染料。
再进一步说明,本发明不仅能够提高染料的环保性,大幅降低染布时对环境产生的影响,并且着色牢固,产品质量高。

1.一种环保型染料,其特征在于,按照质量份数计算,其化学成分具体配比为:
硫化染料50-60份、环保剂10-12份、防尘剂6-10份、助溶剂6-10份,还原剂3-5份,双氧水30-40份;
所述环保剂由丁烯二酸酐与丙烯酸混合而成,按照质量百分比计算,所述丁烯二酸酐占33-37%,所述丙烯酸占63-67%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型染料,其特征在于,所述防尘剂为油酸酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保型染料,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为水杨酸钠或苯甲酸钠的任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型染料,其特征在于,所述还原剂为硫化钠。
