Abstract

一种胶粘剂涂敷装置,它配有悬垂地和可活动地支承在托板上的胶粘剂辊,这些胶粘剂辊与一个紧靠在其上的外壳构成一个胶粘剂室。托板从胶粘剂辊侧面可围绕一垂直轴旋转地支承在机架上。为了便于对胶粘剂辊进行简单而快速的维护和清洗,托板配有一些支承件,外壳可以卸下地固定在这些支承件上。

Description

胶粘剂涂敷装置
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂涂敷装置,该装置配备有悬垂地和可活动地支承在一托板上的胶粘剂辊,这些胶粘剂辊同安置在托板上的外壳一起构成一个胶粘剂室,按此胶粘剂室的结构,托板在胶粘剂辊一侧可绕一垂直轴旋转地支承在一机架上。
这一种胶粘剂涂敷装置例如已由专利DE-19532582.6公开过。虽然已知的那些胶粘剂涂敷装置的可回转性有利于操作人员接近,但它们仍有一个麻烦问题,那就是为了清理必须用一种复杂而费事的办法将它们拆卸。
因此,本发明的任务是提供一种属于上述一类的胶粘剂涂敷装置,这种装置不但便于人员接近,而且维护简单,清洗快速。
按照本发明,在上述一类的一种胶粘剂涂敷装置上是通过采取以下的措施来解决此任务的:所述托板配置许多支承件,所述外壳可以卸下地固定在这些支承件上。
本发明提出的胶粘剂涂敷装置的维护和清洗简单而快速,只须取下外壳即可进行,在重新将外壳固定好之后,便可立即再将胶粘剂涂敷装置调回到它的工作位置。
本发明的一个优选的实施例,规定:从侧面夹持着外壳的支承件或支承栓被固定在托板上,外壳配有一个沿侧向伸过它的连接板,该连接板和支承件或支承栓可以用螺钉加以固定。按照本发明的这一实施例,只有在松开上述连接板之后才能卸下该外壳。
按照本发明提出的另一实施例,规定:托板配有一个固定在一个被支承在其上的轴上的带齿皮带轮,该带齿皮带轮的伸过托板的轴颈可以与一个用支架固定的电动机相联;驱动胶粘剂辊的一条环形带齿皮带是在带齿皮带轮上运转。在上述结构中,电动机的耦联是这样设计的,使得在托板转出时可解除其耦联,而当托板转入后又可使之处于耦联状态。
最好将两个胶粘剂辊支承在托板上。这两个胶粘剂辊可以支承在同托板相连的支承栓上。
按照一个优选的实施例规定:上述的两个胶粘剂辊分别借助两个滚动轴承被支承在支承栓上,两个滚动轴承中的上面一个是可以移动的,下面一个是作为固定轴承设计的,它届时借助拧在支承栓上的螺钉、垫圈及弹簧可以加以张紧而顶住在支承栓的环形台阶上。由于配置了弹簧,胶粘剂辊借助上述螺钉的拧动便可在它的轴向位置中加以调节,从而可以将它紧密地调整到外壳的底板上,并可调节密合缝。此外,上述这种支承结构还可获得下述优点,即胶粘剂辊大致被支承在支承栓的居中部位,从而可以完全消除悬垂地支承着的胶粘剂辊在它们的下端可能彼此分开的危险。
为了提高密封效应,可以在紧靠胶粘剂辊端面的外壳底板上,在该端面边缘区域内,设置朝辊缝和朝外壳侧壁的导入侧垂直分界棱边呈楔形升高的槽。为量不多的跑出来的胶粘剂又可借助流体动力学效应经由上述的槽而被再吸入到胶粘剂室中。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,规定:在处于用来支承胶粘剂辊的支承栓的那个区段上方的托板中,可旋转地支承着支承栓的与上述区段偏心的部件,这个部件可借助一个压缩介质-活塞-气缸机构进行偏转。利用这种可偏转性,胶粘剂辊之间的缝隙可以根据所要求的涂敷厚度加以调节,也可完全封闭。
下面将根据附图对本发明的实施例做较详细的说明。附图包括:

图6在卸去托板之后的胶粘剂涂敷装置的胶粘剂室顶视图。
在机架的一个支承件或支承板1上,围绕一垂直的支承栓2可回转地支承着一托板3,在该托板上相互平行地支承着两个支承栓4、5。胶粘剂涂敷辊6、7分别经过两个滚动轴承可回转地支承在上述的两个支承栓上,也就是经过上面可移动的轴承8、9和下面的轴承10、11,所述下面的轴承的外环经过夹紧环而固定在胶粘剂辊的一个环形台阶上,它们的内环则经过盘形弹簧12而支撑在支承栓的环形台阶上,在这种情况下,滚动轴承10、11的内环通过垫圈13借助固定螺钉14可以夹紧在盘形弹簧12上。
支承栓4具有一个与之偏心的上段16,该上段可旋转地但通过滚动轴承沿轴向不可移动地被支承在一个固定在托板3的一个孔中的套筒17内。在支承栓4、16的穿过托板3的轴颈18上固定着一个径向的杠杆19,在该杠杆上铰接着一气动缸21的活塞杆20,该活塞杆可以围绕枢轴22旋转地支承在托板3上。支承栓4可以借助气动缸21加以扭转,从而可调整在胶粘剂辊6、7之间形成的缝隙,也可将此缝隙完全关闭。
与支承栓4、5相平行,在托板3上固定着支持栓24、25,它们用来支承胶粘剂室的外壳26。外壳26的后壁与一横走向的连接板27相连,该连接板在其伸出外壳的两个端头上配有固定孔,固定螺钉28便是通过这些固定孔拧紧在支持栓24、25的螺纹孔中。最好将固定螺钉28按照图3中所示方式设计成贯头手柄式螺钉29。
外壳26有一个下盖板30,胶粘剂辊6、7的下端面紧密地支撑在该盖板上。在底板30上,在胶粘剂辊6、7的端面的边缘区加工出了一些弧形的槽31、32,这些槽朝着外壳26的侧壁33的入口侧垂直分界棱边和朝着胶粘剂辊缝隙呈楔形地升高。
在胶粘剂室的下方安置了一个盒36,用来收集滴落下来的胶粘剂。
在托板3上,轴41被支承在一个偏心的轴套40中,在该轴的伸过托板3的下轴颈上用键固定着一个带齿皮带轮42。一条环形带齿皮带43在带齿皮带轮42上运转,该带齿皮带又带动与胶粘剂辊6、7相连的带齿皮带轮44、45。
在轴41的伸过托板3的轴颈上,固定着一个径向杠杆46,轴41经过此杠杆由电动机48的一个偏心曲轴颈47来驱动,该电动机如图3中所示是用法兰连接在板1上的。
在向内回转的工作位置上,托板3经过一个止挡50而支撑在用支架固定的板1上。
胶粘剂辊6将胶粘剂传递到胶粘剂涂敷辊53上。贴靠在胶粘剂辊44上的胶粘剂辊45用来擦敷和分布胶粘剂,同时根据在胶粘剂辊之间形成的缝隙宽度用来调节所传递过来的胶粘剂膜的厚度。

Claims (8)

1.胶粘剂涂敷装置,配有悬垂地和活动地支承在一托板(3)上的胶粘剂辊(6、7),这些胶粘剂辊与一个安装在托板的外壳(26)共同构成一个胶粘剂室,
在该装置上,托板(3)在胶粘剂辊(6、7)的一侧可围绕一垂直轴回转地支承在一个机架(1)上,
其特征在于:
托板(3)配有支承件(24,25),外壳(26)可以卸下地固定在该支承件上。
2.按照权利要求1中所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:从侧面夹持着外壳(26)的支承件或支承栓(24,25)固定在托板(3)上,外壳(26)配有一个从其侧面伸出的连接板(27),该连接板可用螺钉与上述支承件或支承栓(24,25)相连。
3.按照权利要求1或2中所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:托板(3)配有一个固定在其所支承的轴(41)上的带齿皮带轮(42),它的从托板(3)伸出的轴颈可与用支架固定的电动机(48)相耦联;一条环形的驱动胶粘剂辊(6,7)的带齿皮带(43)在带齿皮带轮(42)上运转。
4.按照权利要求1所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:两个胶粘剂辊(6,7)被支承在托板(3)上。
5.按照权利要求1所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:胶粘剂辊(6,7)被支承在与托板(3)相连的支承栓(4,5)上。
6.按照权利要求5所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:两个胶粘剂辊分别借助两对滚动轴承(8-11)而被支承在支承栓(4,5)上,其中上滚动轴承(8,9)是可以移动的,下滚动轴承(10,11)是作为固定轴承设计制造的,它们是可分别借助拧紧在支承栓中的螺栓(14)、垫片(13)及弹簧(12)而对准在支承栓(4,5)的环形台阶上加以张紧的。
7按照权利要求1所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:在紧靠在胶粘剂辊(6,7)的端面上的外壳(26)底板(30)上,在该端面边缘区域,设置朝向胶粘剂辊缝隙和外壳(26)侧壁(33)的入口侧的垂直限界棱边呈楔状逐渐上升的槽(31,32)。
8.按照权利要求1所述的胶粘剂涂敷装置,其特征在于:在托板(3)上,在一个支承栓的用于支承胶粘剂辊(6)的区段上方,可旋转地支承着与该区段偏心的支承栓(4)的一个部件(16),该部件可借助一个气动缸(21)转动。
