Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von formatmäßigen Klebstoffaufträgen (9) auf eine Übertragungswalze (2), die ihre Klebstoffaufträge durch Abwälzen auf kontinuierlich geförderte zu beleimende Werkstücke oder Bahnen abgibt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben der Übertragungswalze (2) Klebstoffdüsen (6) in gleichen axialen Abständen zueinander angeordnet sind, die gegen den Mantel der Übertragungswalze (2) gerichtet und mit Verschlüssen versehen sind, die einzeln jeweils zu ihrer Öffnung und ihrem Verschluß von einer Steuereinrichtung (7) gesteuert sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Reihe von klebstoffdüsen (6) an einem Träger (5) gehaltert ist, der durch eine Steuereinrichtung (7, 12) die Reihe parallel zur Achse der Übertragungswalze (2) verschiebt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffdüsen (6) jeweils einen Abstand voneinander aufweisen, der etwa der doppelten Breite der jeweils von diesen aufgetragenen Klebstoffspur entspricht, und daß die Klebstoffdüsen im Takt einer Umdrehung der Übertragungswalze (2) jeweils um die Breite einer Klebstoffspur (a, b) hin- und herverschieblich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffdüsen jeweils einen Abstand von einem Mehrfachen der Breite der jeweils von diesen aufgetragenen Klebstoffspur (a, b) aufweisen und in einer Anzahl von diesem mehrfachen entsprechenden Schritten im Takt der Umdrehungen der Übertragungswalze (2) jeweils etwa um die Breite einer Klebstoffspur (a, b) hin und vorzugsweise in einem Schritt zurückbeweglich sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bilder der formatmäßigen Klebstoffaufträge (9) in einem Speicher (bit map) eines Rechners (7) abgelegt sind, der die Öffnungs- und Schließzeitpunkte der Klebstoffauftragsdüsen zum formatgerechten Auftrag steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffdüsen (6) an einem langgestreckten Träger (5) gehaltert sind, der in Führungen des Gestells durch eine Antriebseinrichtung, z.B. eine Druckmittelkolbenzylindereinheit (11), im Takt der Umdrehung der Übertragungswalze (2) schrittweise in beide Richtungen verschieblich ist.
