步骤四:将梨去皮、去核后,切成片2mm以下的薄片备用;
步骤五:将梨片与鲫鱼用荷叶包裹后,用棉线绑好加入步骤三的锅中,并加入黄花菜、黄芪、党参、当归,文火煮3-4h;
步骤六:将步骤五的汤锅熄火,加入步骤二制成的山药,轻微搅拌后,盖上锅盖焖5min,即成。

黄花菜是一种多年生草本植物的花蕾。 黄花菜味鲜质嫩,营养丰富,含有丰富的花粉、糖、蛋白质、维生素C、钙、脂肪、胡萝卜素、氨基酸等人体所必须的养分,其所含的胡萝卜素甚至超过西红柿的几倍。黄花菜性味甘凉,有止血、消炎、清热、利湿、消食、明目、安神等功效,对吐血、大便带血、小便不通、失眠、乳汁不下等有疗效,可作为病后或产后的调补品。黄花菜常与黑木耳等斋菜配搭同烹,也可与蛋、鸡、肉等做汤吃或炒食,营养丰富。
黄芪甘性微温。归肺、脾、肝、肾经。补齐固表,托疮生肌。主治体虚自汗,久泻,脱肛,子宫脱垂,慢性肾炎,体虚浮肿,慢性溃疡,疮口久不愈合。 1.益气固表 生用黄芪,有益气固表、利水消肿、脱毒、生肌的功效,适用于自汗、盗汗、血痹、浮肿、痈疽不溃或溃久不敛等症。 2.补气养血 蜜炙黄芪有补气、养血、益中功效,适用于内伤劳倦、脾虚泄泻、气虚、血虚、气衰等症。 3.降血压 现代医学证明,黄芪具有降低血液黏稠度、减少血栓形成、降低血压、保护心脏、双向调节血糖、抗自由基损伤、抗衰老、抗缺氧、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力作用,可用来治疗心脏病、高血压、糖尿病等症。黄芪还能扩张血管,改善皮肤血液循环和营养状况,故对慢性溃疡久不愈合者有效。其还能消除肾炎患者的蛋白尿,保护肝脏,防止肝糖原减少。
党参中药为桔梗科多年生草本植物党参、素花党参、川党参及其同属多种植物的干燥根。党参为中国常用的传统补益药,古代以山西上党地区出产的党参为上品,具有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效。适宜体质虚弱,气血不足,面色萎黄,以及病后产后体虚者;脾胃气虚,神疲倦怠,四肢乏力,食少便溏,慢性腹泻,肺气不足,咳嗽气促,气虚体弱,易于感冒;气虚血亏者;慢性肾炎蛋白尿者宜食;慢性贫血,萎黄病,白血病,血小板减少性紫癜以及佝偻病患者。
当归多年生草本。高0.4~1米。茎直立,有纵直槽纹,无毛,茎带紫色。基生叶及茎下部叶卵形,2~3回三出或羽状全裂,最终裂片卵形或卵状披针形,3浅裂,叶脉及边缘有白色细毛;叶柄有大叶鞘;茎上部叶羽状分裂。复伞形花序;伞幅9~13;小总苞片2~4;花梗12~36,密生细柔毛;花白色。双悬果椭圆形,侧棱有翅。花期6-7月,果期7-9月,适宜妇女月经不调,痛经闭经,崩漏,或产后出血过多,恶露不下,腹胀疼痛者;血虚体弱,气血不足,头痛头晕者;老年肠燥便秘者。
本发明有益之处在于:本发明用了山药、梨、黄花菜、黄芪、党参、当归为原料,鲫鱼的营养特点是营养素全面,含糖分多,脂肪少,含有丰富的蛋白质、多种维生素、微量元素及人体所必需的氨基酸,所以吃起来既鲜嫩又不肥腻,还有点甜丝丝的感觉。常吃鲫鱼不仅能健身,还能减少肥胖,有助于降血压和降血脂,使人延年益寿。产妇食用鲫鱼,不仅可以增加营养,还能有效催乳。鲫鱼肉还能防治动脉硬化、高血压和冠心病,并有降低胆固醇的作用,中老年人和肥胖人群吃它也特别适宜。鲫鱼中含有很多的蛋白质和一种特殊的不饱和脂肪酸,这种不饱和脂肪酸可以很好的降低我们血液的粘稠度,对于我们心脏可能出现的突发心脏病和心肌梗塞有很好的预防作用!鲫鱼中含有的维生素A对我们的视力很有好处,含有的维生素B2对于我们的皮肤很有好处,含有的微量元素锌,对我们的智力开发很有好处!山药具有健脾益胃助消化,也是钙、铁、维生素C的良好来源。梨有清热化痰的作用,黄芪有益气固表、利水消肿、脱毒、生肌的功效,党参有补中益气,健脾益肺之功效,当归对月经不调,痛经闭经有很好的作用,同时,本发明在鲫鱼汤中加入少量的猪油,使鲫鱼汤色香味俱全,起到了良好的保健作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种补脾益胃功能山药鲫鱼汤的做法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将鲫鱼去鳞、去鳃、去内脏,洗净后备用;
步骤二:将300g山药切成5-10cm的小段后,用沸水中汆一下,加入5-10g葱、8-10g姜、2-5g蒜、50-70g菜籽油,文火煸炒5分钟后取出山药备用;
步骤三:将500g鲫鱼放入步骤二的锅中,文火煸炒5min,取出备用;锅中加入1kg开水,加入5-10g的猪油,使鲫鱼汤更白,更有食欲,煮沸;
步骤四:将梨去皮、去核后,切成片1mm以下的薄片备用;
步骤五:将梨片与鲫鱼用荷叶包裹后,用棉线绑好加入步骤三的锅中,并加入15-25黄花菜20-30、黄芪5-10、党参、10-20当归6-9文火煮3-4h;
步骤六:将步骤五的汤锅熄火,加入步骤二制成的山药,轻微搅拌后,盖上锅盖焖5min,取出后经杀菌真空包装,即成。
所述的步骤一的鲫鱼为在有机水稻田中生长的鲫鱼;
所述的步骤五的梨片与鲫鱼的包裹方式为:a、将荷叶平铺在桌上;b、将梨片铺在荷叶上,梨片的面积与鱼身面积相当,梨片的厚度为4-6mm;c、将梨片塞满鱼腹后放在梨片上;d、将梨片覆盖在鱼身上,面积以全部覆盖鱼为准;用荷叶将梨片和鲫鱼包裹起来,并用棉线扎紧,固定好。
实施例2:
一种补脾益胃功能山药鲫鱼汤的做法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将鲫鱼去鳞、去鳃、去内脏,洗净后备用;
步骤二:将200g山药切成10-15cm的小段后,用沸水中汆一下,加入10-15葱、8-10g姜、5-10g蒜、50-70g菜籽油,文火煸炒5分钟后取出山药备用;
步骤三:将500g鲫鱼放入步骤二的锅中,文火煸炒5min,取出备用;锅中加入1kg开水,加入5-10g的猪油,使鲫鱼汤更白,更有食欲,煮沸;
步骤四:将梨去皮、去核后,切成片1mm以下的薄片备用;

1.一种补脾益胃功能山药鲫鱼汤的做法,其特征在于,其做法包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将鲫鱼去鳞、去鳃、去内脏,洗净后备用;
步骤二:将山药切成5-8cm的小段后,用沸水中汆一下,加入葱、姜、蒜、菜籽油,再加入少许的猪油,用文火煸炒5分钟后取出山药备用;
步骤三:将鲫鱼放入步骤二的锅中,文火煸炒5min,取出备用;锅中加入水,煮沸;
步骤四:将梨去皮、去核后,切成片2mm以下的薄片备用;
步骤五:将梨片与鲫鱼用荷叶包裹后,用棉线绑好加入步骤三的锅中,并加入黄花菜、黄芪、党参、当归文火煮3-4h;
步骤六:将步骤五的汤锅熄火,加入步骤二制成的山药,轻微搅拌后,盖上锅盖焖5min,即成。
2.如权利要求1所述的补脾益胃功能山药鲫鱼汤的做法,其特征在于,所述的步骤一的鲫鱼为在有机水稻田中生长的鲫鱼。
3.如权利要求1所述的补脾易胃功能山药鲫鱼汤的做法,其特征在于,所述的步骤五的梨片与鲫鱼的包裹方式为:a、将荷叶平铺在桌上;b、将梨片铺在荷叶上,梨片的面积与鱼身面积相当,梨片的厚度为2-4mm;c、将梨片塞满鱼腹后放在梨片上;d、将梨片覆盖在鱼身上,面积以全部覆盖鱼为准;用荷叶将梨片和鲫鱼包裹起来,并用棉线扎紧,固定好。
