本发明的目的在于提供一种低糖健康的绿豆银耳药膳粥。
本发明通过下述技术方案来实现:一种绿豆银耳药膳粥,各组分及其重量为:粳米35%~40%,绿豆35%~40%,银耳10%~15%,枸杞子2%~5%,莲子3%~5%,罗汉果浓缩液5~8%。
最佳方案,一种绿豆银耳药膳粥,各组分及其重量为:粳米36%,绿豆36%,银耳12%,枸杞子4%,莲子4%,罗汉果浓缩液8%。
本发明口味香甜,营养丰富,而且,本发明用罗汉果的甜味代替白砂糖,健康有低热量,适合男女老少,即使不能吃甜食的病人也能食用。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
一种绿豆银耳药膳粥,各组分及其重量为:粳米35%,绿豆35%,银耳15%,枸杞子5%,莲子5%,罗汉果浓缩液5%。
实施例二:
一种绿豆银耳药膳粥,各组分及其重量为:粳米40%,绿豆40%,银耳10%,枸杞子2%,莲子3%,罗汉果浓缩液5%。
实施例三:
一种绿豆银耳药膳粥,各组分及其重量为:粳米36%,绿豆36%,银耳12%,枸杞子4%,莲子4%,罗汉果浓缩液8%。
实施例一、二和三煮制方法都是一样的。
步骤1,制作罗汉果浓缩液:将5个罗汉果干洗净放入2L沸水中,大火煮30分钟后改小火,将2L水浓缩为0.5L,滤去罗汉果渣,制得罗汉果浓缩液,待用;
步骤2,将绿豆淘洗干净,用冷水浸泡3小时;银耳用冷水浸泡回软,择洗净;
步骤3,粳米,绿豆,银耳,枸杞子,莲子放入锅内,加水熬煮至软熟。
步骤4,加入罗汉果浓缩液,搅拌均匀后关火即可食用。
