Abstract
本发明公开了一种哺乳期营养粉及其制备方法,属于营养粉生产技术领域。所述哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉90.1492‑92.7496%、叶酸0.0004‑0.0008%、DHA粉末2.5‑3.0%、花生四烯酸粉末0.45‑0.50%、磷脂0.30‑0.35%和菊粉4‑6%。本发明还公开了上述哺乳期营养粉的制备方法。本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为哺乳期女性提供哺乳期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,改善母体由于哺乳引起的必须脂肪酸不足的现象。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种哺乳期营养粉及其制备方法,属于营养粉生产技术领域。
背景技术
我国长期倡导“晚婚”、“晚育”的生育政策,现代人婚恋观念也随之改变,“大龄未孕”现象普遍,加之环境污染、工作压力大等原因,使很多适龄及超龄夫妇“想孕而不得”,因此迫切需要一种绿色、有机、无添加,且能辅助适龄及超龄夫妇备孕的健康食品来满足这样的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一,是提供一种哺乳期营养粉。本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为哺乳期女性提供哺乳期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,改善母体由于哺乳引起的必须脂肪酸不足的现象。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉90.1492-92.7496%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、DHA粉末2.5-3.0%、花生四烯酸粉末0.45-0.50%、磷脂0.30-0.35%和菊粉4-6%。
本发明所采用的原料的作用和功效:
麦胚粉,以新鲜麦胚为原料,经干燥、炒制、粉碎后所得。麦胚,又称小麦胚芽、麦芽粉、胚芽,金黄色颗粒状,是小麦发芽及生长的器官,约占整个麦粒的2.5%,是小麦籽粒的精华,营养成分丰富,含有极其丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、多种维生素、钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、铬、硒、磷、锰、铜等多种矿物质和微量元素,被营养学家们誉为“人类天然的营养宝库”。《本草纲目》记载:“麦胚可治心悸失眠,养心安神,养肝气,止泻,降压,健胃”。美国营养学博士哈桑先生在《想年轻长生不老》写道“小麦胚芽包含着丰富均衡的且对生长发育又是必需的营养素,半杯小麦胚芽胜过四个鸡蛋的蛋白质成份。”小麦胚芽蛋白是一种完全蛋白,含有人体必需的8种氨基酸,占总氨基酸的34.7%。特别是在氨基酸中,蛋氨酸占2%,组氨酸占2.5%,而一般谷物中短缺的,能有效促进幼儿生长和发育的,人类第一限制性氨基酸——赖氨酸的含量高达18.5g/kg,远远高出大米、面粉。麦胚能提高黄体荷尔蒙及女性荷尔蒙分泌的作用,以提高生殖力,治疗不孕症及消除早产,流产等危险现象,保护母体的安全。
叶酸,为市面购买。叶酸是一种含单一有效成分的维生素,能够预防胎宝宝畸形,从孕前3个月开始,直到孕后3个月结束,每天需要补充0.4-1mg叶酸。叶酸缺乏可导致胎儿畸形,包括无脑儿、脊柱裂等,还可引起早期的自然流产。
DHA粉末,为市面购买。DHA,中文名:二十二碳六烯酸,英语:DocosahexaenoicAcid,是有六个双键的多元不饱和脂肪酸(C22H32O2),是一种ω-3必需脂肪酸。DHA,可以促进胎儿大脑发育、促进视网膜光感细胞的成熟。在孕期,DHA能优化胎儿大脑锥体细胞的磷脂的构成成分。尤其胎儿满5个月后,如人为地对胎儿的听觉、视觉、触觉进行刺激,会引起胎儿大脑皮层感觉中枢的神经元增长更多的树突,这就需要母体同时供给胎儿更多的DHA。DHA不仅对胎儿大脑发育有重要影响,而且对视网膜光感细胞的成熟有重要作用。孕妇在孕期可通过摄入DHA,然后输送到胎儿大脑和视网膜,使神经细胞成熟度提高。
花生四烯酸粉末,为市面购买。花生四烯酸,含有四个碳-碳双键,一个碳-氧双键,为高级不饱和脂肪酸。广泛分布于动物界,少量存在于某个种的甘油酯中,也能在甘油磷脂类中找到。花生四烯酸是人体大脑和视神经发育的重要物质,对提高智力和增强视敏度具有重要作用。
磷脂,为市面购买。磷脂,是含有磷脂根的类脂化合物,是生命基础物质。而细胞膜就由40%左右蛋白质和50%左右的脂质(磷脂为主)构成。它是由卵磷脂,肌醇磷脂,脑磷脂等组成。这些磷脂分别对人体的各部位和各器官起着相应的功能。磷脂对活化细胞,维持新陈代谢,基础代谢及荷尔蒙的均衡分泌,增强人体的免疫力和再生力,都能发挥重大的作用。另外,磷脂还具有促进脂肪代谢,防止脂肪肝,降低血清胆固醇、改善血液循环、预防心血管疾病的作用。
菊粉,以菊苣根为原料,经去除蛋白质和矿物质、喷雾干燥后所得,为市面购买。菊苣根,为菊科植物菊苣的根。气微,味淡,有清肝利胆、健胃消食、利尿消肿之功效,用于湿热黄疸、胃痛食少、水肿尿少等病症。菊粉中含有一种功能性强、水溶性好的植物多糖——低聚果糖,具有以下作用:增殖人体内双歧杆菌,可抑制腐败菌的生长,促进肠道蠕动,调节肠胃功能;促进维生素的合成和矿物质吸收,增强免疫,提高免疫力;排除体内毒素,减轻肝、肾等脏器负担;改善脂质代谢,降低血脂、胆固醇及脂肪;5、控制血糖,防止龋齿等。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉91.4328%、叶酸0.0006%、DHA粉末2.75%、花生四烯酸粉末0.4833%、磷脂0.3333%和菊粉5%。
采用上述进一步的有益效果是:此为最佳参数。采用上述参数,得到的哺乳期营养粉的效果最好。
本发明的目的之二,是提供上述哺乳期营养粉的制备方法。本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合规模化生产。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55-65℃,干燥10-20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30-40分钟,得到炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉97.3492-97.8996%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、DHA粉末1.5-1.8%、花生四烯酸粉末0.30-0.45%和磷脂0.30-0.40%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取叶酸、DHA粉末、花生四烯酸粉末、磷脂和菊粉,分别粉碎,过筛,混合均匀,即得到所述哺乳期营养粉。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,步骤1.2所述炒制后的麦胚的含水率≤3wt%。
进一步,步骤1.3所述过筛的目数为80目。
进一步,步骤2所述过筛的目数为80目。
本发明的营养粉的规格为20g/袋,3袋/日,即按照每日服用60g计算。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明以小麦胚芽为原料,可以为哺乳期女性提供哺乳期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,改善母体由于哺乳引起的必须脂肪酸不足的现象。
(2)本发明的制备方法简单,市场前景广阔,适合工业化生产。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉90.1492%、叶酸0.0008%、DHA粉末3.0%、花生四烯酸粉末0.50%、磷脂0.35%和菊粉6%。
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55℃,干燥20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30分钟,得到含水率为3wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉90.1492%、叶酸0.0008%、DHA粉末3.0%、花生四烯酸粉末0.50%、磷脂0.35%和菊粉6%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取叶酸、DHA粉末、花生四烯酸粉末、磷脂和菊粉,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述哺乳期营养粉。
实施例2:
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉91.4328%、叶酸0.0006%、DHA粉末2.75%、花生四烯酸粉末0.4833%、磷脂0.3333%和菊粉5%。
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于60℃,干燥15分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制35分钟,得到含水率为2.5wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉91.4328%、叶酸0.0006%、DHA粉末2.75%、花生四烯酸粉末0.4833%、磷脂0.3333%和菊粉5%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取叶酸、DHA粉末、花生四烯酸粉末、磷脂和菊粉,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述哺乳期营养粉。
实施例3:
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉92.7496%、叶酸0.0004%、DHA粉末2.5%、花生四烯酸粉末0.45%、磷脂0.30%和菊粉4%。
本实施例的哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于65℃,干燥10分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制40分钟,得到含水率为2wt%的炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过80目筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉92.7496%、叶酸0.0004%、DHA粉末2.5%、花生四烯酸粉末0.45%、磷脂0.30%和菊粉4%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取叶酸、DHA粉末、花生四烯酸粉末、磷脂和菊粉,分别粉碎,过80目筛,混合均匀,即得到所述哺乳期营养粉。
实施例1-3所得哺乳期营养粉的检测指标,具体如表1所示。

由此可见,本发明可以为哺乳期女性提供哺乳期间所需的营养补充及微量元素,改善母体由于哺乳引起的必须脂肪酸不足的现象。

1.一种哺乳期营养粉,其特征在于,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉90.1492-92.7496%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、DHA粉末2.5-3.0%、花生四烯酸粉末0.45-0.50%、磷脂0.30-0.35%和菊粉4-6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种哺乳期营养粉,其特征在于,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉91.4328%、叶酸0.0006%、DHA粉末2.75%、花生四烯酸粉末0.4833%、磷脂0.3333%和菊粉5%。
3.一种哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制备麦胚粉
步骤1.1干燥:取新鲜麦胚,于55-65℃,干燥10-20分钟,得到干燥后的麦胚;
步骤1.2炒制:将步骤1.1得到的干燥后的麦胚,炒制30-40分钟,得到炒制后的麦胚;
步骤1.3粉碎:将步骤1.2得到的炒制后的麦胚,粉碎,过筛,得到麦胚粉;
步骤2:混合
一种哺乳期营养粉,按原料的总重量的百分含量计,由如下原料制成:麦胚粉97.3492-97.8996%、叶酸0.0004-0.0008%、DHA粉末1.5-1.8%、花生四烯酸粉末0.30-0.45%和磷脂0.30-0.40%,取步骤1得到的麦胚粉,再取叶酸、DHA粉末、花生四烯酸粉末、磷脂和菊粉,分别粉碎,过筛,混合均匀,即得到所述哺乳期营养粉。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1.2所述炒制后的麦胚的含水率≤3wt%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1.3所述过筛的目数为80目。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种哺乳期营养粉的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2所述过筛的目数为80目。
