Abstract
本发明公开了一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:包括:聚四氟乙烯微粉25‑35份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉15‑25份、环氧树脂8‑12份、聚乙烯醇蜡5.5‑8份、松香15.5‑20.5份、硅油6‑13份、矿物油5.5‑10.5份、石墨粉1.5‑3.5份。通过上述方式,本发明一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,可以得到高质量的润滑油,明显改善润滑油的滑动性、表面光滑性,适用于球轴承、耐磨轴承,明显改善其耐摩擦性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂。
背景技术
聚四氟乙烯是氟塑料的主要品种, 目前供应市场的三大产品是悬浮树脂、分散树脂和深缩分散液, 悬浮法聚四氟乙烯主要用于密封圈、垫片, 化工泵、阀、管配件和设备衬里, 电绝缘零件和薄膜,近年来,关于合成材料改性研究与应用扩展到不粘性涂层和润滑剂领域,但在阻燃性、耐酸碱、耐高温方面还有欠缺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,可以得到高质量的润滑油,明显改善润滑油的滑动性、表面光滑性,适用于球轴承、耐磨轴承,明显改善其耐摩擦性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,包括:聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉、环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇蜡、松香、硅油、矿物油、石墨粉、各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉25-35份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉15-25份、环氧树脂8-12份、聚乙烯醇蜡5.5-8份、松香15.5-20.5份、硅油6-13份、矿物油5.5-10.5份、石墨粉1.5-3.5份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述特氟龙润滑油添加剂各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉25份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉15份、环氧树脂8份、聚乙烯醇蜡5.5份、松香15.5份、硅油6份、矿物油5.5份、石墨粉1.5份。

实施例4,所述特氟龙润滑油添加剂各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉30份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉20份、环氧树脂11份、聚乙烯醇蜡7.5份、松香20份、硅油12份、矿物油10份、石墨粉3份。
实施例5,所述特氟龙润滑油添加剂各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉35份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉25份、环氧树脂12份、聚乙烯醇蜡8份、松香20.5份、硅油13份、矿物油10.5份、石墨粉3.5份。

1.一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,其特征在于,包括:聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉、环氧树脂、聚乙烯醇蜡、松香、硅油、矿物油、石墨粉、各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉25-35份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉15-25份、环氧树脂8-12份、聚乙烯醇蜡5.5-8份、松香15.5-20.5份、硅油6-13份、矿物油5.5-10.5份、石墨粉1.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙润滑油添加剂,其特征在于,所述特氟龙润滑油添加剂各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉25份、聚全氟乙丙烯微粉15份、环氧树脂8份、聚乙烯醇蜡5.5份、松香15.5份、硅油6份、矿物油5.5份、石墨粉1.5份。
