本发明公开了一种阻燃型特氟龙润滑油,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:包括:聚四氟乙烯微粉15‑25份、聚碳酸脂18‑20份、聚醛树脂12.5‑16份、ABS树脂6‑8.5份、聚乙烯2.5‑8.5份、丁苯橡胶5‑10份、氟橡胶8‑12份、乙丙橡胶3‑5份。通过上述方式,本发明一种阻燃型特氟龙润滑油,具有理想的摩擦性能、熔体流动性、阻燃性和耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃型特氟龙润滑油。
背景技术
聚四氟乙烯是氟塑料的主要品种, 目前供应市场的三大产品是悬浮树脂、分散树脂和深缩分散液, 悬浮法聚四氟乙烯主要用于密封圈、垫片, 化工泵、阀、管配件和设备衬里, 电绝缘零件和薄膜,近年来,关于合成材料改性研究与应用扩展到不粘性涂层和润滑剂领域,但在阻燃性方面仍有不小的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种阻燃型特氟龙润滑油,具有理想的摩擦性能、熔体流动性、阻燃性和耐磨性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种阻燃型特氟龙润滑油,聚四氟乙烯微粉、聚碳酸脂、聚醛树脂、ABS树脂、聚乙烯、丁苯橡胶、氟橡胶、乙丙橡胶,各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉15-25份、聚碳酸脂18-20份、聚醛树脂12.5-16份、ABS树脂6-8.5份、聚乙烯2.5-8.5份、丁苯橡胶5-10份、氟橡胶8-12份、乙丙橡胶3-5份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述阻燃型特氟龙润滑油各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯微粉15份、聚碳酸脂18份、聚醛树脂12.5份、ABS树脂6份、聚乙烯2.5份、丁苯橡胶5份、氟橡胶8份、乙丙橡胶3份。
