本发明公开了一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,它由以下重量份数的原料组成:包括:聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯、丁二醇乙醚、环氧树脂、胶粘剂、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化铜,各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20‑30份、聚全氟乙丙烯25‑30份、丁二醇乙醚2‑8份、环氧树脂3‑10份、胶粘剂5‑15份、玻璃纤维3‑6份、二氧化硅1.5‑5份、二氧化铜0.5‑6份。通过上述方式,本发明一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,具备卓越的电气性能,高绝缘、耐高温、低温、耐酸碱、低电解、良好机械性能、耐磨擦、抗撕裂,特殊粘剂处理,粘着力强,撕去后被遮蔽表面不留残胶等特点。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶。
背景技术
高温胶带,即高温作业环境下使用的胶粘带。主要用于电子工业用途,耐温性能通常在120度到260度之间,常用于喷漆、烤漆皮革加工、涂装遮蔽和电子零件制程中固定、印刷电路板及高温处理遮蔽。现有的耐高温胶带在耐酸碱、耐高温方面还有欠缺。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,本产品具备卓越的电气性能,高绝缘、耐高温、低温、耐酸碱、低电解、良好机械性能、耐磨擦、抗撕裂,特殊粘剂处理,粘着力强,撕去后被遮蔽表面不留残胶。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,包括:聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯、丁二醇乙醚、环氧树脂、胶粘剂、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化铜,各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20-30份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-30份、丁二醇乙醚2-8份、环氧树脂3-10份、胶粘剂5-15份、玻璃纤维3-6份、二氧化硅1.5-5份、二氧化铜0.5-6份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-份、丁二醇乙醚2份、环氧树脂3份、胶粘剂5份、玻璃纤维3份、二氧化硅1.5份、二氧化铜0.5份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯22份、聚全氟乙丙烯28份、丁二醇乙醚3份、环氧树脂5份、胶粘剂6份、玻璃纤维4份、二氧化硅2份、二氧化铜1份。

在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述环氧树脂包括双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,具备卓越的电气性能,高绝缘、耐高温、低温、耐酸碱、低电解、良好机械性能、耐磨擦、抗撕裂,特殊粘剂处理,粘着力强,撕去后被遮蔽表面不留残胶。

本发明一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,其特征在于,包括:聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯、丁二醇乙醚、环氧树脂、胶粘剂、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化铜,各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20-30份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-30份、丁二醇乙醚2-8份、环氧树脂3-10份、胶粘剂5-15份、玻璃纤维3-6份、二氧化硅1.5-5份、二氧化铜0.5-6份。
实施例1:所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-份、丁二醇乙醚2份、环氧树脂3份、胶粘剂5份、玻璃纤维3份、二氧化硅1.5份、二氧化铜0.5份。
实施例2:所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯22份、聚全氟乙丙烯28份、丁二醇乙醚3份、环氧树脂5份、胶粘剂6份、玻璃纤维4份、二氧化硅2份、二氧化铜1份。
实施例3,所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯25份、聚全氟乙丙烯26份、丁二醇乙醚4份、环氧树脂5份、胶粘剂10份、玻璃纤维5份、二氧化硅2.5份、二氧化铜3份。
实施例4:所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯30份、聚全氟乙丙烯30份、丁二醇乙醚8份、环氧树脂10份、胶粘剂15份、玻璃纤维6份、二氧化硅5份、二氧化铜6份。
实施例5:所述环氧树脂包括双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂。

1.一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,其特征在于,包括:聚四氟乙烯、聚全氟乙丙烯、丁二醇乙醚、环氧树脂、胶粘剂、玻璃纤维、二氧化硅、二氧化铜,各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20-30份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-30份、丁二醇乙醚2-8份、环氧树脂3-10份、胶粘剂5-15份、玻璃纤维3-6份、二氧化硅1.5-5份、二氧化铜0.5-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,其特征在于,所述特氟龙耐高温双面胶各组分的重量份数为:聚四氟乙烯20份、聚全氟乙丙烯25-份、丁二醇乙醚2份、环氧树脂3份、胶粘剂5份、玻璃纤维3份、二氧化硅1.5份、二氧化铜0.5份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种特氟龙耐高温双面胶,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂包括双酚A型环氧树脂或双酚F型环氧树脂。
