本发明公开了一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,它由以下重量百分比的原料组成:包括:聚四氟乙烯、乙烯、乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、氧化硅、氧化锆溶胶、树脂、固化剂、二甲苯、石墨烯、石墨粉、玻璃粉、正丁醇,各组分的质量分数为:聚四氟乙烯10‑25份、乙烯5‑10份、乙烯‑乙烯醇共聚物8‑12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15‑20份、氧化硅20‑30份、氧化锆溶胶25‑35份、树脂5‑10份、固化剂份、二甲苯1‑10份、石墨烯1‑5份、石墨粉5‑15份、玻璃粉3‑8份、正丁醇10‑15份。通过上述方式,本发明一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,具有很好的化学稳定,耐腐蚀性强,几乎不受药品侵蚀,可以保护各种机构零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。

本发明涉及涂料技术领域,特别是涉及一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方。
背景技术
日常生产活动中,废水废渣处理设备容易受到化学原料的腐蚀,需要经常的进行清理更换零件,造成很大的资源浪费,人们一直在寻求一种稳定性高,造价低的耐腐蚀的材料。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,具有很好的化学稳定,耐腐蚀性强,几乎不受药品侵蚀,可以保护各种机构零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:在本发明一个较佳实例中,聚四氟乙烯、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、氧化硅、氧化锆溶胶、树脂、固化剂、二甲苯、石墨烯、石墨粉、玻璃粉、正丁醇,各组分的质量分数为:聚四氟乙烯10-25份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物8-12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15-20份、氧化硅20-30份、氧化锆溶胶25-35份、树脂5-10份、固化剂2-6份、二甲苯1-10份、石墨烯1-5份、石墨粉5-15份、玻璃粉3-8份、正丁醇10-15份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,聚四氟乙烯10份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15份、氧化硅20份、氧化锆溶胶25份、树脂5份、固化剂2份、二甲苯1份、石墨烯2份、石墨粉5份、玻璃粉3份、正丁醇10份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,聚四氟乙烯12份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物9份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯18份、氧化硅20份、氧化锆溶胶26份、树脂6份、固化剂3份、二甲苯2份、石墨烯3份、石墨粉8份、玻璃粉6份、正丁醇12份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,聚四氟乙烯11份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物9份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯16份、氧化硅25份、氧化锆溶胶30份、树脂8份、固化剂4份、二甲苯5份、石墨烯4份、石墨粉8份、玻璃粉6份、正丁醇13份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,聚四氟乙烯25份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份、氧化硅30份、氧化锆溶胶35份、树脂10份、固化剂6份、二甲苯10份、石墨烯5份、石墨粉15份、玻璃粉8份、正丁醇15份。
在本发明一个较佳实例中,所述树脂包括氨基树脂、环氧树脂或酚醛树脂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种防腐特氟龙涂料形成的保护图层抗摩擦,具有很好的耐磨性,耐腐蚀性强,可以保护各种机构零件免于遭受任何种类的化学腐蚀。

实施例2:一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,各组分的质量分数为:聚四氟乙烯12份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物9份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯18份、氧化硅20份、氧化锆溶胶26份、树脂6份、固化剂3份、二甲苯2份、石墨烯3份、石墨粉8份、玻璃粉6份、正丁醇12份。

实施例4:一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,各组分的质量分数为:聚四氟乙烯25份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物12份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯20份、氧化硅30份、氧化锆溶胶35份、树脂10份、固化剂6份、二甲苯10份、石墨烯5份、石墨粉15份、玻璃粉8份、正丁醇15份。
实施例5:一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,其特征在于,所述树脂包括氨基树脂、环氧树脂或酚醛树脂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐特氟龙涂料配方,其特征在于,所述防腐特氟龙涂料配方各组分的质量分数为:聚四氟乙烯10份、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物8份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯15份、氧化硅20份、氧化锆溶胶25份、树脂5份、固化剂2份、二甲苯1份、石墨烯2份、石墨粉5份、玻璃粉3份、正丁醇10份。
