Abstract
本发明涉及一种新型润滑脂,包括基础油、二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、琥珀酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20‑28、二叔丁基对甲酚0.8‑1.2、石墨粉2‑2.3、苯并三氮唑5‑8、琥珀酸酯5.1‑8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯20‑38、香精1‑2。本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本产品能长久保持润滑脂的抗氧化,抗极压,抗摩擦等各种性能并有降低噪音,减少机器设备的震动的功效,同时延长润滑脂和机器的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种新型润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的新型润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种新型润滑脂,包括基础油、二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、琥珀酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-28、二叔丁基对甲酚0.8-1.2、石墨粉2-2.3、苯并三氮唑5-8、琥珀酸酯5.1-8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯20-38、香精1-2。
进一步的,所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述新型润滑脂还包括基础油28、二叔丁基对甲酚1.2、石墨粉2.3、苯并三氮唑8、琥珀酸酯8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯38、香精2。
进一步的,所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述基础油选自合成烃、合成酯、聚醚、硅油、含氟油、磷酸酯中的一种或任意几种的混合物,所述基础油在50℃运动粘度范围在500cst ~15000cst,优选为硅油、磷酸酯的混合物。
进一步的,所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善新型润滑脂味道。
进一步的,所述的新型润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将基础油投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃;
②在加热后的基础油中投入二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、三乙醇胺硼酸酯,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
③在步骤②混合物投入琥珀酸酯,搅拌加热至100~130℃;
④在步骤③混合物投入香精,搅拌,自然降温至 40℃。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:本产品能长久保持润滑脂的抗氧化,抗极压,抗摩擦等各种性能并有降低噪音,减少机器设备的震动的功效,同时延长润滑脂和机器的使用寿命;
本发明的新型润滑脂制造简单、制备方案经济实用,可使普通润滑脂的防锈防腐功能大幅提升,并且在提升润滑脂防锈防氧化的同时,提高润滑脂的各种综合性能,并可延长润滑脂的使用周期,对汽车、火车、船舶、各种汽油机、柴油机均可起到良好的保护作用。

本发明提供一种新型润滑脂,包括基础油、二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、琥珀酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-28、二叔丁基对甲酚0.8-1.2、石墨粉2-2.3、苯并三氮唑5-8、琥珀酸酯5.1-8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯20-38、香精1-2。
进一步的,所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述新型润滑脂还包括基础油28、二叔丁基对甲酚1.2、石墨粉2.3、苯并三氮唑8、琥珀酸酯8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯38、香精2。

1.一种新型润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、琥珀酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-28、二叔丁基对甲酚0.8-1.2、石墨粉2-2.3、苯并三氮唑5-8、琥珀酸酯5.1-8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯20-38、香精1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述新型润滑脂还包括基础油28、二叔丁基对甲酚1.2、石墨粉2.3、苯并三氮唑8、琥珀酸酯8.9、三乙醇胺硼酸酯38、香精2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述基础油选自合成烃、合成酯、聚醚、硅油、含氟油、磷酸酯中的一种或任意几种的混合物,所述基础油在50℃运动粘度范围在500cst ~15000cst,优选为硅油、磷酸酯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的新型润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善新型润滑脂味道。
5.一种如权利要求 1-5任一所述的新型润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将基础油投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃;
②在加热后的基础油中投入二叔丁基对甲酚、石墨粉、苯并三氮唑、三乙醇胺硼酸酯,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
