本发明涉及一种高能润滑脂,包括基础油、硅油、聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土、二氧化硅、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20‑40、硅油10‑15、聚四氟乙烯10‑15、苯甲酸10‑16、胺化膨润土5‑10、二氧化硅50‑60、纳米石墨5‑9。本发明高能润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异性能。尤其适用于高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种高能润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的高能润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种高能润滑脂,包括基础油、硅油、聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土、二氧化硅、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、硅油10-15、聚四氟乙烯10-15、苯甲酸10-16、胺化膨润土5-10、二氧化硅50-60、纳米石墨5-9。
作为优选,所述高能润滑脂还包括基础油40、硅油10、聚四氟乙烯10、苯甲酸11、胺化膨润土9、二氧化硅60、纳米石墨7。
一种如上述所述的高能润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硅油和二氧化硅加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能润滑脂成品。

作为优选,所述高能润滑脂还包括基础油40、硅油10、聚四氟乙烯10、苯甲酸11、胺化膨润土9、二氧化硅60、纳米石墨7。
一种如上述所述的高能润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硅油和二氧化硅加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能润滑脂成品。

1.一种高能润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、硅油、聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土、二氧化硅、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、硅油10-15、聚四氟乙烯10-15、苯甲酸10-16、胺化膨润土5-10、二氧化硅50-60、纳米石墨5-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高能润滑脂,其特征在于:所述高能润滑脂还包括基础油40、硅油10、聚四氟乙烯10、苯甲酸11、胺化膨润土9、二氧化硅60、纳米石墨7。
3.一种如权利要求 1-2任一所述的高能润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硅油和二氧化硅加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入聚四氟乙烯、苯甲酸、胺化膨润土搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能润滑脂成品。
