本发明涉及一种齿轮润滑脂,包括胺化膨润土、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、环烷基中粘油、无机稠化剂、异丙醇铝、纯水,各组分的质量份数为:胺化膨润土3.5‑8、硬脂酸1‑3、苯甲酸2‑3、环烷基中粘油3.6‑7.3、无机稠化剂1‑1.5、纯水10‑17、异丙醇铝2.2‑5。本发明所述的齿轮润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,是用于齿轮和金属滑动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于办公设备的塑胶齿轮面对高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种齿轮润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的齿轮润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种齿轮润滑脂,包括胺化膨润土、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、环烷基中粘油、无机稠化剂、异丙醇铝、纯水,各组分的质量份数为:胺化膨润土3.5-8、硬脂酸1-3、苯甲酸2-3、环烷基中粘油3.6-7.3、无机稠化剂1-1.5、纯水10-17、异丙醇铝2.2-5。
作为优选,所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述齿轮润滑脂还包括胺化膨润土8、硬脂酸3、苯甲酸3、环烷基中粘油7.3、无机稠化剂1.5、纯水17、异丙醇铝5。
作为优选,所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,任一所述的齿轮润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述环烷基中粘油、胺化膨润土和纯水加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入硬脂酸、苯甲酸、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入无机稠化剂调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色齿轮润滑脂成品。

作为优选,所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述齿轮润滑脂还包括胺化膨润土8、硬脂酸3、苯甲酸3、环烷基中粘油7.3、无机稠化剂1.5、纯水17、异丙醇铝5。
作为优选,所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,任一所述的齿轮润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述环烷基中粘油、胺化膨润土和纯水加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入硬脂酸、苯甲酸、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入无机稠化剂调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色齿轮润滑脂成品。

1.一种齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:包括胺化膨润土、硬脂酸、苯甲酸、环烷基中粘油、无机稠化剂、异丙醇铝、纯水,各组分的质量份数为:胺化膨润土3.5-8、硬脂酸1-3、苯甲酸2-3、环烷基中粘油3.6-7.3、无机稠化剂1-1.5、纯水10-17、异丙醇铝2.2-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述齿轮润滑脂还包括胺化膨润土8、硬脂酸3、苯甲酸3、环烷基中粘油7.3、无机稠化剂1.5、纯水17、异丙醇铝5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的齿轮润滑脂,其特征在于:所述异丙醇铝是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
4.一种如权利要求1-3任一所述的齿轮润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述环烷基中粘油、胺化膨润土和纯水加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入硬脂酸、苯甲酸、异丙醇铝搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入无机稠化剂调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成米色齿轮润滑脂成品。
