技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种抗冻导电润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑膏相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的抗冻导电润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种抗冻导电润滑脂,包括基础油、银粉、二氧化钛、胺化膨润土、石墨烯、活性氧化镁、聚乙二醇,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、银粉10-15、二氧化钛10-15、胺化膨润土5-10、石墨烯0.5-1、活性氧化镁5-9、聚乙二醇10-15。
作为优选,所述抗冻导电润滑脂还包括基础油40、银粉11、二氧化钛14、胺化膨润土7、石墨烯0.5、活性氧化镁9、聚乙二醇12。
一种如上述所述的抗冻导电润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、胺化膨润土和石墨烯加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入银粉、二氧化钛、聚乙二醇搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬活性氧化镁,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻导电润滑脂成品。
有益效果,本发明抗冻导电润滑脂采用先进的技术,用于高速齿轮箱零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的导电性。适用于需要导电的场合。

本发明的一种抗冻导电润滑脂,包括基础油、银粉、二氧化钛、胺化膨润土、石墨烯、活性氧化镁、聚乙二醇,各组分的质量份数为:基础油40、银粉11、二氧化钛14、胺化膨润土7、石墨烯0.5、活性氧化镁9、聚乙二醇12。
一种如上述所述的抗冻导电润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、胺化膨润土和石墨烯加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入银粉、二氧化钛、聚乙二醇搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬活性氧化镁,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻导电润滑脂成品。

1.一种抗冻导电润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、银粉、二氧化钛、胺化膨润土、石墨烯、活性氧化镁、聚乙二醇,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、银粉10-15、二氧化钛10-15、胺化膨润土5-10、石墨烯0.5-1、活性氧化镁5-9、聚乙二醇10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗冻导电润滑脂,其特征在于:所述抗冻导电润滑脂还包括基础油40、银粉11、二氧化钛14、胺化膨润土7、石墨烯0.5、活性氧化镁9、聚乙二醇12。
3.一种如权利要求 1-2任一所述的抗冻导电润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、胺化膨润土和石墨烯加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入银粉、二氧化钛、聚乙二醇搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬活性氧化镁,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻导电润滑脂成品。
