技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种低电阻导热润滑膏。
背景技术
润滑膏是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。 与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的低电阻导热润滑膏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种低电阻导热润滑膏,包括基础油、电解银粉、纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、硅氧烷偶联剂、乙二胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠,各组分的质量份数为:基础油30-40、电解银粉7-10、纳米石墨3-5、导电聚苯胺3-6、硅氧烷偶联剂50-70、乙二胺3-5、醋酸乙酯5-9、硅酸钠2-6。
作为优选,所述低电阻导热润滑膏还包括基础油40、电解银粉9、纳米石墨3、导电聚苯胺4、硅氧烷偶联剂55、乙二胺4、醋酸乙酯5、硅酸钠5。
一种如上述所述的低电阻导热润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、电解银粉和硅氧烷偶联剂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬乙二胺,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色低电阻导热润滑膏成品。
有益效果,本发明低电阻导热润滑膏采用先进的生物技术,用于塑胶齿轮和金属滑动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的导电性适用于需要导电的场合。

一种低电阻导热润滑膏,包括基础油、电解银粉、纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、硅氧烷偶联剂、乙二胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠,各组分的质量份数为:基础油40、电解银粉9、纳米石墨3、导电聚苯胺4、硅氧烷偶联剂55、乙二胺4、醋酸乙酯5、硅酸钠5。
一种如上述所述的低电阻导热润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、电解银粉和硅氧烷偶联剂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬乙二胺,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色低电阻导热润滑膏成品。

1.一种低电阻导热润滑膏,其特征在于:包括基础油、电解银粉、纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、硅氧烷偶联剂、乙二胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠,各组分的质量份数为:基础油30-40、电解银粉7-10、纳米石墨3-5、导电聚苯胺3-6、硅氧烷偶联剂50-70、乙二胺3-5、醋酸乙酯5-9、硅酸钠2-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低电阻导热润滑膏,其特征在于:所述低电阻导热润滑膏还包括基础油40、电解银粉9、纳米石墨3、导电聚苯胺4、硅氧烷偶联剂55、乙二胺4、醋酸乙酯5、硅酸钠5。
3.一种如权利要求 1-2任一所述的低电阻导热润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、电解银粉和硅氧烷偶联剂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入纳米石墨、导电聚苯胺、醋酸乙酯、硅酸钠搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬乙二胺,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色低电阻导热润滑膏成品。
