本发明涉及一种高能导电润滑膏,包括基础油、石墨烯、季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙、水玻璃、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20‑40、石墨烯1‑2、季戊四醇10‑15、苯甲酸10‑16、高碱值磺酸钙5‑10、水玻璃50‑60、纳米石墨5‑9。本发明高能导电润滑膏采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异性能。尤其适用于高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种高能导电润滑膏。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的高能导电润滑膏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种高能导电润滑膏,包括基础油、石墨烯、季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙、水玻璃、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、石墨烯1-2、季戊四醇10-15、苯甲酸10-16、高碱值磺酸钙5-10、水玻璃50-60、纳米石墨5-9。
作为优选,所述高能导电润滑膏还包括基础油40、石墨烯1、季戊四醇10、苯甲酸11、高碱值磺酸钙9、水玻璃60、纳米石墨7。
一种如上述所述的高能导电润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、石墨烯和水玻璃加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能导电润滑膏成品。
本发明的高能导电润滑膏采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异性能。尤其适用于高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

本发明的一种高能导电润滑膏,包括基础油、石墨烯、季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙、水玻璃、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、石墨烯1-2、季戊四醇10-15、苯甲酸10-16、高碱值磺酸钙5-10、水玻璃50-60、纳米石墨5-9。
作为优选,所述高能导电润滑膏还包括基础油40、石墨烯1、季戊四醇10、苯甲酸11、高碱值磺酸钙9、水玻璃60、纳米石墨7。
一种如上述所述的高能导电润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、石墨烯和水玻璃加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能导电润滑膏成品。

1.一种高能导电润滑膏,其特征在于:包括基础油、石墨烯、季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙、水玻璃、纳米石墨,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、石墨烯1-2、季戊四醇10-15、苯甲酸10-16、高碱值磺酸钙5-10、水玻璃50-60、纳米石墨5-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高能导电润滑膏,其特征在于:所述高能导电润滑膏还包括基础油40、石墨烯1、季戊四醇10、苯甲酸11、高碱值磺酸钙9、水玻璃60、纳米石墨7。
3.一种如权利要求 1-2任一所述的高能导电润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、石墨烯和水玻璃加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入季戊四醇、苯甲酸、高碱值磺酸钙搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬纳米石墨,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色高能导电润滑膏成品。
