本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种抗冻润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的抗冻润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种抗冻润滑脂,包括基础油、二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硫化鲸鱼油、蓖麻油钾皂、复合锆基稠化剂、硼酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、二硫代磷酸锌10-15、叔丁基过氧化氢10-15、硫化鲸鱼油5-10、蓖麻油钾皂50-60、复合锆基稠化剂5-9、硼酸10-15。
作为优选,所述抗冻润滑脂还包括基础油40、二硫代磷酸锌11、叔丁基过氧化氢14、硫化鲸鱼油7、蓖麻油钾皂56、复合锆基稠化剂9、硼酸12。
一种如上述所述的抗冻润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硫化鲸鱼油和蓖麻油钾皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硼酸搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬复合锆基稠化剂,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻润滑脂成品。
有益效果,本发明抗冻润滑脂采用先进的技术,用于高速齿轮箱零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于高速齿轮箱有抗冻,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效的优点。并可延长润滑脂的使用周期,对汽车、火车、船舶、各种汽油机、柴油机均可起到良好的保护作用。

本发明的一种抗冻润滑脂,包括基础油、二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硫化鲸鱼油、蓖麻油钾皂、复合锆基稠化剂、硼酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油40、二硫代磷酸锌11、叔丁基过氧化氢14、硫化鲸鱼油7、蓖麻油钾皂56、复合锆基稠化剂9、硼酸12。
一种如上述所述的抗冻润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硫化鲸鱼油和蓖麻油钾皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硼酸搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬复合锆基稠化剂,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻润滑脂成品。

1.一种抗冻润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硫化鲸鱼油、蓖麻油钾皂、复合锆基稠化剂、硼酸,各组分的质量份数为:基础油20-40、二硫代磷酸锌10-15、叔丁基过氧化氢10-15、硫化鲸鱼油5-10、蓖麻油钾皂50-60、复合锆基稠化剂5-9、硼酸10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗冻润滑脂,其特征在于:所述抗冻润滑脂还包括基础油40、二硫代磷酸锌11、叔丁基过氧化氢14、硫化鲸鱼油7、蓖麻油钾皂56、复合锆基稠化剂9、硼酸12。
3.一种如权利要求 1-2任一所述的抗冻润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、硫化鲸鱼油和蓖麻油钾皂加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入二硫代磷酸锌、叔丁基过氧化氢、硼酸搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬复合锆基稠化剂,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色抗冻润滑脂成品。
