本发明涉及一种导电型润滑膏,包括基础油、石墨烯、氟化稀土、二叔丁基对甲酚、聚乙烯醇、二硫化钨、纳米级锌粉、硅油,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55‑75、石墨烯3‑10、氟化稀土5‑8、二叔丁基对甲酚9‑10、聚乙烯醇10‑15、二硫化钨10‑16、纳米级锌粉5‑6、硅油5‑9。本发明导电型润滑膏采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的导电性,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种导电型润滑膏。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
随着我国经济的不断发展,工业化水平不断提高,先进装备技术的大量使用和国外先进设备的大量引进,许多润滑部位工作温度越来越高,机械设备要求润滑脂在高温工况下起到良好的润滑作用 ;为此,对润滑脂耐高温性能的要求也不断提高。我国的高温润滑脂起步晚,发展较慢,品种还不够理想。目前我国最常用的润滑脂是以矿物油为基础油的金属皂基脂,其最高工作温度不超过150℃;在高温环境下使用时,很容易软化脱落和挥发,失去润滑作用,导致机械设备磨损严重,噪音增大,经常发生卡死现象,大大缩短了机械设备的使用寿命。因此,必须研制能解决上述问题的导电型润滑膏。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的导电型润滑膏。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种导电型润滑膏,包括基础油、石墨烯、氟化稀土、二叔丁基对甲酚、聚乙烯醇、二硫化钨、纳米级锌粉、硅油,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55-75、石墨烯3-10、氟化稀土5-8、二叔丁基对甲酚9-10、聚乙烯醇10-15、二硫化钨10-16、纳米级锌粉5-6、硅油5-9。
作为优选,所述导电型润滑膏还包括基础油66、石墨烯7、氟化稀土7、二叔丁基对甲酚12、聚乙烯醇10、二硫化钨12、纳米级锌粉6、硅油7。
作为优选,所述氟化稀土中氢氧化锂的质量百分浓度为20~30。
作为优选,所述硅油优选为柠檬硅油,改善导电型润滑膏味道。
一种如上述所述的导电型润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将纳米级锌粉和二叔丁基对甲酚、二硫化钨依次投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌10min ;
②在步骤①混合物投入基础油,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
③在步骤②混合物依次投入石墨烯和聚乙烯醇,搅拌加热至100~130℃;
④将步骤③混合物继续加热至140~150℃,然后投入氟化稀土,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌 30min,使氟化稀土均匀分布在混合物里 ;
⑤在步骤④混合物依次投入硅油,搅拌加热至 180 ~190℃,然后搅拌自然降温至 40℃ ;
⑥均化脱气后成品。
本发明导电型润滑膏采用先进的生物技术,用于滚动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的导电性,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

作为优选,所述导电型润滑膏还包括基础油66、石墨烯7、氟化稀土7、二叔丁基对甲酚12、聚乙烯醇10、二硫化钨12、纳米级锌粉6、硅油7。
作为优选,所述氟化稀土中氢氧化锂的质量百分浓度为20~30。
作为优选,所述硅油优选为柠檬硅油,改善导电型润滑膏味道。
一种如上述所述的导电型润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:

1.一种导电型润滑膏,其特征在于:包括基础油、石墨烯、氟化稀土、二叔丁基对甲酚、聚乙烯醇、二硫化钨、纳米级锌粉、硅油,各组分的质量份数为:基础油55-75、石墨烯3-10、氟化稀土5-8、二叔丁基对甲酚9-10、聚乙烯醇10-15、二硫化钨10-16、纳米级锌粉5-6、硅油5-9。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导电型润滑膏,其特征在于:所述导电型润滑膏还包括基础油66、石墨烯7、氟化稀土7、二叔丁基对甲酚12、聚乙烯醇10、二硫化钨12、纳米级锌粉6、硅油7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的导电型润滑膏,其特征在于:所述氟化稀土中氢氧化锂的质量百分浓度为20~30。
4.根据权利要求2所述的导电型润滑膏,其特征在于:所述硅油优选为柠檬硅油。
5.一种如权利要求 1-4任一所述的导电型润滑膏的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
①将纳米级锌粉和二叔丁基对甲酚、二硫化钨依次投入反应釜中,搅拌加热至50~60℃,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌10min ;
②在步骤①混合物投入基础油,搅拌加热至 80 ~ 90℃,使基础油均匀分布在混合物里 ;
③在步骤②混合物依次投入石墨烯和聚乙烯醇,搅拌加热至100~130℃;
④将步骤③混合物继续加热至140~150℃,然后投入氟化稀土,保持在此温度范围下持续搅拌 30min,使氟化稀土均匀分布在混合物里 ;
⑤在步骤④混合物依次投入硅油,搅拌加热至 180 ~190℃,然后搅拌自然降温至 40℃ ;
⑥均化脱气后成品。
