本发明涉及一种降噪润滑脂,包括基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、二氧化钛、铵盐、辛基酚、肉桂醇、二硫化钼、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油10‑15、丙烯酸甲酯2‑7、二氧化钛4‑5.8、铵盐2‑2.6、辛基酚1‑1.3、肉桂醇4‑5、二硫化钼20‑26、香精0.5‑1.3。本发明降噪润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,是一种高性能的润滑油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于办公设备中高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种降噪润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种效果好的降噪润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种降噪润滑脂,包括基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、二氧化钛、铵盐、辛基酚、肉桂醇、二硫化钼、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油10-15、丙烯酸甲酯2-7、二氧化钛4-5.8、铵盐2-2.6、辛基酚1-1.3、肉桂醇4-5、二硫化钼20-26、香精0.5-1.3。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述降噪润滑脂还包括基础油10、丙烯酸甲酯2、二氧化钛4、铵盐2、辛基酚1、肉桂醇4、二硫化钼20、香精0.5。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述肉桂醇是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,用于改善降噪润滑脂的味道。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、铵盐和二硫化钼加入搅拌槽中以 400±100转/分速度搅拌,再加入二氧化钛、辛基酚、异丙醇搅拌20-60分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色降噪润滑脂成品。

作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述降噪润滑脂还包括基础油10、丙烯酸甲酯2、二氧化钛4、铵盐2、辛基酚1、肉桂醇4、二硫化钼20、香精0.5。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述肉桂醇是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,用于改善降噪润滑脂的味道。
作为优选,所述的降噪润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、铵盐和二硫化钼加入搅拌槽中以 400±100转/分速度搅拌,再加入二氧化钛、辛基酚、异丙醇搅拌20-60分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色降噪润滑脂成品。

1.一种降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:包括基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、二氧化钛、铵盐、辛基酚、肉桂醇、二硫化钼、香精,各组分的质量份数为:基础油10-15、丙烯酸甲酯2-7、二氧化钛4-5.8、铵盐2-2.6、辛基酚1-1.3、肉桂醇4-5、二硫化钼20-26、香精0.5-1.3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述降噪润滑脂还包括基础油10、丙烯酸甲酯2、二氧化钛4、铵盐2、辛基酚1、肉桂醇4、二硫化钼20、香精0.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述肉桂醇是溶于醇的氢氧化铝。
4.根据权利要求2所述的降噪润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,用于改善降噪润滑脂的味道。
5.一种如权利要求 1-4任一所述的降噪润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述基础油、丙烯酸甲酯、铵盐和二硫化钼加入搅拌槽中以 400±100转/分速度搅拌,再加入二氧化钛、辛基酚、异丙醇搅拌20-60分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色降噪润滑脂成品。
