本发明涉及一种防腐润滑脂,包括烷基化二苯胺、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、三乙酸胺、无水乙醇、香精、聚异丁烯,各组分的质量份数为:烷基化二苯胺20‑40、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑10‑15、硫磷丁辛基锌盐10‑15、三乙酸胺5‑10、无水乙醇50‑60、香精5‑9、聚异丁烯10‑15。本发明防腐润滑脂采用先进的生物技术,用于塑胶齿轮和金属滑动零部件上的一种高性能的油脂,含有特殊的聚合物使它具有优异的消音性。适用于办公设备的塑胶齿轮面对高速齿轮箱有消音降噪和润滑消阻的作用。耐高温,粘度高,不易跑油,持久高效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑材料,具体地讲,本发明涉及一种防腐润滑脂。
背景技术
润滑脂是为了解决设备在运转时产生离心力的状态下,为减少设备摩擦磨损需要的一种润滑材料。
与润滑油相比,由于使用更加容易的原因,被更广泛的应用于润滑各类产业机械的润滑部分。
目前的普遍现象是用国产高温脂使用,频繁停机、注油,影响正常生产,浪费能源,污染环境,劳动强度大,设备养护成本高。一部分企业用进口产品(例如美国LE公司的1275脂),价格昂贵,运输周期长,成本费用高。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保养效果好的防腐润滑脂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:提供一种防腐润滑脂,包括烷基化二苯胺、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、三乙酸胺、无水乙醇、香精、聚异丁烯,各组分的质量份数为:烷基化二苯胺20-40、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑10-15、硫磷丁辛基锌盐10-15、三乙酸胺5-10、无水乙醇50-60、香精5-9、聚异丁烯10-15。
作为优选,所述防腐润滑脂还包括烷基化二苯胺40、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑11、硫磷丁辛基锌盐14、三乙酸胺7、无水乙醇56、香精9、聚异丁烯12。
作为优选,所述烷基化二苯胺为硅油。
作为优选,所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善防腐润滑脂味道。
一种如上述所述的防腐润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
将所述烷基化二苯胺、三乙酸胺和无水乙醇加入反应槽中以 400-600 转 / 分速度搅拌,再加入二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、聚异丁烯搅拌 20-60 分钟后,加入柠檬香精,调速300-500转/分速度搅拌,一小时到一个半小时后,静置完成淡黄色防腐润滑脂成品。
本发明的防腐润滑脂制造简单、制备方案经济实用,可使普通润滑脂的防锈防腐功能大幅提升,并且在提升润滑脂防锈防氧化的同时,提高润滑脂的各种综合性能,并可延长润滑脂的使用周期,对汽车、火车、船舶、各种汽油机、柴油机均可起到良好的保护作用。

1.一种防腐润滑脂,其特征在于:包括烷基化二苯胺、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑、硫磷丁辛基锌盐、三乙酸胺、无水乙醇、香精、聚异丁烯,各组分的质量份数为:烷基化二苯胺20-40、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑10-15、硫磷丁辛基锌盐10-15、三乙酸胺5-10、无水乙醇50-60、香精5-9、聚异丁烯10-15。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐润滑脂,其特征在于:所述防腐润滑脂还包括烷基化二苯胺40、二烷基氨基亚甲基苯三唑11、硫磷丁辛基锌盐14、三乙酸胺7、无水乙醇56、香精9、聚异丁烯12。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防腐润滑脂,其特征在于:所述烷基化二苯胺为硅油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的防腐润滑脂,其特征在于:所述香精优选为柠檬香精,改善防腐润滑脂味道。
5.一种如权利要求 1-4任一所述的防腐润滑脂的制备方法,其包括如下步骤:
